RentSmart24 at Olbia Airport

Pros: Had all information

Cons: The car was smashed upon pickup

Pros: Despite being understaffed, the guys were patient and helpful.

Cons: Communication is not great. Being super busy due to being understaffed, I had to chase the guys to get answers regarding next steps. Also, a minor thing, I asked for a Tonale, but lt got a Sportage. Good thing the car was almost new and in pristine condition.

Pros: Une voiture mieux que demande sans augmentation

Pros: No nonsense service, no hidden fees or sale pitches!

Cons: The rental agent at counter was slow and not very inspiring, I have been renting from this agency at least 10 times and previously persons at the desk were much quicker acknowledging my previous business with the company and therefore producing the rental agreement had been much quicker and more pleasant….not so this time.

Pros: Pick-up and drop-off speed

Cons: The car was dirty

Pros: Near the airport

Cons: 1. Called for the shuttle but no answer, luckily found the spot after searching and waited for a minibus to arrive but wasn’t clear it was via rent smart 2. Didn’t know I needed a credit card in the name of the person the booking was made under - if already paid online then had to pay 50 euros to get the main driver changed which then voided my separate insurance purchased 3. The car had lots of damage 4. I was charged £256 for no reason after dropping it off with no damage!

Pros: Oil light came on.

Pros: The Service was efficient and hassle free.

Cons: It was difficult to find the correct traffic entry point for returning the Car in Olbia. A map to assist would have been helpful.

Pros: Available cars and prices

Cons: That i couldnt pay with a digital creditcard, my cards got stolen and i was stuxk in the airport in the middle of the night

Pros: Appalling service - very publicised fire at airport delayed our pick up - we were 2 hours late and they cancelled our booking - very unhelpful! We where unable to contact discovery after several attempts

Cons: Everything

Pros: Nothing please stop working with them

Pros: Very sad the way the adviser takes advantage of the customer's need to pick up their car. And they give a very bad treatment and even raised their voices to us for not speaking Italian.

Pros: Car was dirty. Full of damages.

Cons: Italian customers were serviced even if they came to the desk minutes after us. We didn’t get service (workers went to the backroom).

Pros: not much

Cons: Your information is open to receive fake parking citations from places that you never visited. Because they can't control the information that they have, and because of AI, you and your home address are shared to scam organizations that try to tell you that you have parking violations from places that you never visited. And when you try to call customer service that can't comprehend.

Pros: Thanks for service

Pros: Car was clean

Cons: I was misled into signing what I believed was a standard security deposit, only to later discover I had been charged for an additional premium coverage that I never requested. When I raised this issue with a staff member, I was told that no refund could be issued because I had signed the document—despite not being properly informed. This is unacceptable and highly deceptive. I strongly advise avoiding this company at all costs.

Pros: Communication was clear and straiforward, they didn't push for extra services, pickup and dropoff were fast and easy also thanks to their automated document check-in.

Cons: Car had a problem with the radio, which was mentioned beforehand and apologized for. However, we couldn't connect our smartphone to the screen and navigate on Google maps. So, provide a different car or a free car upgrade would have been a better service.

Pros: Friendly staff when we picked up the car

Cons: they try to rip us off for 513,50€ for a damage, which was on the car when we picked it up. We noticed the damage, reported the damage, the employee noted and confirmed it too, but now they bill us for it. That’s theft.

Pros: Everything

Cons: Nothing

Pros: I liked that car was very very economic 4L/100km Fiat 500x and the price very affordable for the amount of days

Cons: In the pick up the Italian guy doesent speak English at all

Pros: nothing rascist company don’t use it!

Cons: nothing the tall bald guy is rascist close them down!!

Pros: It was impossible to get the car Nobody answered the phone numbers I have dialed No pick up was there So no car!!! Had to rent another car!!! So please give my money back! The thing is that nobody at the airport knew that company!!!

Pros: Great value for money

Pros: was efficient

Cons: I was sick one day, unfortunately we had to travel that they sincecwe moved the hotel, so we wanted to add a second driver. They didn‘t care and just told me that it‘s not possible, that‘s it. I would have paid for it. Since I worked at a car rental company for 7 year I now bow to do customer service, and that was just bad!

Pros: It was fast and correct.

Cons: That they still warned that there was no insurance from them, but in case of damage we had to pay this in advance and claim it from DiscoverCars. And we had received a message via Discover Car Hire that the telephone number of RentSmart 24 had changed, but that turned out to be incorrect, so we could not get in touch at the airport for the shuttle service.

Pros: Nothing

Cons: Absolutely no efficiency. I total I have used around 2 hours for pick up and return. Furthermore the pick up agent was extremely empty of servicemindness and smile

Pros: They are open 24 hours 7 days

Cons: Higher price and car was not clean

Pros: I had reserved a Hyundai i20 or similar. I got a Fiat Panda which was ancient

Pros: Kindness and efficiency

Cons: Probably, the only room for improvement is to provide some shade during the checkout. The sun is scorching 🥵.

Pros: Zero. Scammers

Cons: Everything. Rude, just to make money but fraudulent as everybody else said I will delete the DiscoverCars app and cancel all the other bookings that I have through you and never se you again How could you rekate with these kind of so called rent a car companies? Not my business anyway

Pros: Told me my car was not there, then gave me the same car for more money…They ripped me off

Cons: They are con artists

Pros: Car worked

Cons: They gave me a car with bumps that were not registered. Upon return there was another unregistered scratch se deep under the car that it was not visible from outside. It was from previous owner too, but now it was my problem even though I know with 100% certainty I did not make it. Would be very noisy if I had.

Pros: Niente, da dimenticarli per sempre.

Cons: Scortesi e inaffidabili.

Pros: The car provided was spacious and fairly clean.

Cons: The associates were less than attentive. We were also told there would be someone there to check us out early on the day of our departure and no one was there that could help.

Pros: It was easy and affordable. Kind people, well spoken. Just needed a quick phone call to the provided phone number, to figure out where the transfer car to RentSmart24 was located.

Cons: We were satisfied.

Pros: Perfect all times on Pisa, bad in Olbia

Pros: Il referente è stato preciso e cordiale

Cons: Se non avessi telefonato per avvisare del ritardo del volo, dopo 1 ora avrebbero cancerllato la prenotazione

Pros: Friendly staff

Cons: No directions in info pack that we had to go from baggage area to Zone A in car park.

Cons: The only thing I did not like is that we had to pay additional 30% of rental fee (we rented for 5 days but we were picking up 4 hours after a working day). I guess that's a thing in Italy, otherwise the car rental price is in okay-ish range.

Cons: We get difrent car without radio it was sad especialy in holiday

Pros: They were quick to help and drop-off at the airport.

Pros: Close to the aeroport with drop of and good price

Cons: It wasn‘t the care which I choose on the website

Pros: Overall I reccommend the service!!

Cons: When booking the car online, I wasn’t noticed that my debit card was not going to be ok and that I need a credit card to complete the payment - so we had to add another driver and pay more. But at the same time we got a better/bigger car, which is fine.

Pros: Very smooth process, very kind people working for this agency

Cons: Got smaller car…

Pros: warm & friendly welcome at the rentsmart24 desk

Pros: Easy online check in process and quick airport pickup and drop off - no hassle at all. Unlike other cheap rental companies that usually scam these were pretty good and straight forward! Definitely recommend

Pros: Literally the worst rental car service, support so on that I’ve ever experienced. The company is based around over charging tourist who cannot dispute

Cons: I do not like a single thing. Everyone told me everything was fine. I presented documents explaining my vehicle was scratched in a parking lot. At home, they say it buffs out, they answer phones, the rental service is actually at the airport. Do not expect this. They exist to do you wrong and charge you.

Cons: La minaccia di far pagare 50 euro per la pulizia dell'auto se non in perfette condizioni

Pros: I called them from Olbia airport when we arrived. The pickup shuttle was at the meeting point 10 minutes later. The rental agents were very kind.

Pros: Nothing

Cons: They provided a lower class car

Pros: I’ve scheduled to get the car at 7 am on jult 23th. There is no one until 8:15 am. I had to wait. And to give back at 6am on July 26th also there is no one to attend. So what do I have to pay the fee ? I would like to receive back this fee.

Pros: Nothing.

Cons: Limited characters so not able to detail, but extended issues including: - hard to find once arrived - given manual car even though paid for auto, without even telling us until we sat in car. Had to contact head office for reimbursement. - told it was full tank and to return as such, yet was only half. - noone available to inspect vehicle on return even though open 24 hrs, mystery scratches appeared with excess damage charges. Just trying to squeeze you for extra € on top of hire fee everywhere

Pros: Not alot

Cons: Wrong car at pick up, made my trip uncomfortable and unsafe for my kids. Inadequate lighting to determine damage. Difficult process to get my money back for a claim.

Pros: Worst ever

Cons: They charged 465 euros in my credit card without my authorization for one little scrat that isn’t visible in the photo

Pros: Very easy and fast. It was supported by Whatapp too!

Cons: when we returned the car the attendant was rather dismissive and unkind. Not the same when we pick up the car, the attendant was very smart and kind.

Pros: No mention about a shuttle service was available

Pros: Friendly service. Easy to pick up and drop off the car.

Cons: When I arrive to Olbia airport, was impossible to contact RENTSMART24 to get the shuttle from airport to rental to pick up the car. I tried to call them by different phone numbers unsuccessful. Had to go their by taxi.

Pros: No problems

Cons: Agent had little English when dropping car back. Car engine size was very underpowered especially as our accommodation was at the top of a number of very steep hills.

Pros: Good price/quality ratio, quick and hassle-free pick-up and drop-off, functional shuttle bus service, no unexpected terms or conditions, fine car.

Cons: Personnel speaks very limited English, which is a bit awkward during pick-up and drop-off (in case of questions or discussions) and I really can't understand this for a car rental company next to an international airport. This also applied to the shuttle bus driver, who couldn't even answer the phone in English when I called to be picked up on arrival, really weird. Fortunately there were no problems so also no need for discussions.

Pros: Easy

Cons: It was not easy to find the free shuttle bus.

Pros: Nothing, I didn't rent anything because they did not have automatics

Cons: That unfortunately they have no automatics

Pros: Everything was fast. Car was new hybrid (although Fiat Panda instead of Ford Fiesta). Price was low.

Pros: Professional and courteous, no pushing further insurance! Quick pick up and drop off of vehicle, deposit returned promptly!

Pros: Quick and uncomplicated

Pros: Friendly, efficiënt, easy and a brand new car. Excellent all round.

Cons: Nothing

Pros: Fast pick-up and drop-off.

Pros: Excellent service at desk

Cons: Shuttle service

Cons: Time it took, directions, lack of flexibility and short staffed

Pros: Efficient pick up. I arrived after hours so I checked in online prior to arrival. I simply walked in, got the keys, and drove away. The drop of was a little slow, but nothing to complain about. Only real complaint was the walk to Rentsmart24. It’s about a 17 minute walk from the airport.

Cons: Nothing about the service was negative.

Pros: Quick pick up at airport

Cons: Our car stipped working and this company was ot able to help us sove the issue. It was extremally difficult to contact them at Friday 7 p.m. They just told me to call everywhere instead of helping me finding the car. They left us with small children 100 km from our apartment with broken car.

Pros: ochota, příjemné vystupování

Cons: špatně popsané jak se k nim dostat, na letišti nejsou chyběla informace o zavolaní, aby pro vás dojeli

Cons: The price was high

Pros: Excellent

Cons: Excellent
