Cons: Car at pick up was not clean, salted sits, sand here and there

Pros: Almost new car, really clean with windshield washer fluid ;)

Pros: Contrary to the reviews, I had a great experience with Vettura. Everyone was very friendly and not pushy at all. I reserved the car on Discovercars, but bought the Gold insurance from Vettura themselves. When I returned the car they didn’t even check anything because I had taken the insurance. I do recommend taking insurance because other people might create problems for you, like bumping their door into yours. I was lucky and they gave me a brand new car.

Pros: despite the long waiting time, I feel they really tried to be helpful

Cons: they are clearly understaffed. I can foresee efficiency gains.

Cons: We had a problem with the account what was know at the broker. There was no possibillity to change the agrement, so we had to buy an extra incurrance from your company. During the trip we had a flat tire, this is part of the Gold agrement. But we didn't see the repayment yet. It is just € 30,- all together it doesn't give us a good feeling about Vettura.

Cons: Very confusing where to meet shuttle. They are off site and hard to find. They only open at 8:00 am

Cons: We had minor damage to a wheel because we drove into a hole in the road (it was dark and the road surface was very खराब), but they are charging €250 for a hubcap and a small dent in the rim. In my view, that is exorbitant.

Cons: Thw inside of the windshield was very dirty. Flat tire indicator was on when I drove off lot, wipers were in bad condition and did not properly clean windshield on outside. No spare tire was with the car

Cons: The only thing a bit less than excellent was I felt the car was a bit dirty upon pick up and had less than a half tank of gas. Although we only had to return it with the same amount of fuel it would be nice to start the journey not having to get fuel so quickly

Pros: The online booking process was simple and seamless and the office staff were friendly and professional. They responded promptly to emails and phone calls.

Cons: Although I booked a Seat Arona, I received a Fiat 500 without any explanation or price reduction. On return, I was charged with hidden scratches under the front spoiler, which I hadn't noticed when I picked it up, having to check the car myself in poor light with a torch. With other companies, the existing damage was presented to me at the handover, I didn't have to look for it myself.

Pros: I had problems right from the beginning , from reservation to drop off . The wait for pick up the car was 2 hours, the car was initially advertised at 375 but when paid was 475 . The car was not comfortable , an old fiat ! I dropped off the car full tank , which was more than 1/8 more than pick up but they did not give me the money . The car rental called me twice during my stay to ask me to drop the car sooner than arranged which I rejected !

Pros: Auto odpovidalo objednanemu vozu, na začátku jsme vozidlo společně prohlédli včetně natočení videozáznamu na mobil. Vozidlo bylo 3 roky staré a mělo najeto jen 45 tis. km. Bylo tedy ve výborném, čistém a velmi zachovalém stavu. Obsluha byla milá a vstřícná, dostačovala má částečná znalost angličtiny. Návrat vozidla byl rychlý a bezproblémový, stejně jako následný odvoz na letiště. Mohu jen poručit.

Cons: They had a odd clause I needed to sign which stated that if the car was too dirty, I had to pay an extra 25 to 75 Euro in cleaning costs. Also, they took a massive 1,500 Euro security deposit up-front, which is way too much.

Pros: I was charged €70 for picking the car after 22:00 pm. I actually arrived in the airport at 21:30 and communicated I was available for picking up the car but I was informed of the extra charge only after. The contract of the car rent didn’t show the amount, but only outlined in a very small font size of the extra amount. On top of that, I booked Fiat 500 (as shown in the contract), but had to take Panda instead (bc of no availability).

Cons: we had to arrange a taxi to pick us up upon dropping the car due to the distance to the airport and the only one way "meet and greet" service they provided. We also had to pay an exceedingly high insurrance premium 289 euros due to issues with accepting the credit card and no option to opt out. It felt like we were being conned and had no other way bu to comply. Overall value of car rental came to 560 euros which a super basic Opel Astra is not worth for 4 days. Very poor start to the holiday.

Pros: Even though the car that we had booked had broken down they were able to find us an alternative and delivery the correct size car when it was available.

Cons: We were forced to buy the insurance twice as the credit card was in my name and not the main driver (my husband). We have never encountered this problem before as my husband has always been the main driver and never held a credit card. We offered a debit card in his name or to pay the 2000 euro in cash but this wasn't accepted. Really frustrating as we either paid for the insurance again or walked away without a car. This was because the booking was made through a broker.
