Cons: Strange story i should take a second all risk insurance. Contract in Italian. What about English. We live in 2025!!

Cons: We get car with damages but in contract they wrote no damages. You have to be responsible for that by yourself( to check the car). We get car without A/C. We had to open windows in 37C degrees, because a/c haven’t work.

Cons: There is no company called Discover cars so it took a while to find we were with Drivalia, then I had to pay the whole sum again because I wasn’t made aware that I couldn’t pay by debit card, so this car cost me over £700 but the girl at the desk left me no other choice but to pay their insurance 😡 never ever again, as a pensioner it will take me ages to recover this money.

Pros: Very friendly employee, although try to sell me recovery policy saying that if you've a puncture there isn't spare tyre ... of course the spare tyre was in the boot.

Pros: They run an efficient and convenient operation at the Olbia airport. I was upgraded to a larger good gas mileage car at the reserved lower cost.

Cons: During our rental period, we had a problem with the car's electrical system (locks would not work and trunk would not open). We could not reach Drivalia at any of the numbers they provided.

People have a plane to catch. It can't be that inefficient. Although pricing was good, I can't afford the headache in the future.

Pros: Absolutely nothing! Avoid at any costs!

Cons: Drivalia is a big scam, they don’t provide vehicles advertised, overcharge without explanation, rude staff, enormous waiting times - everything from start to finish was not right! Huge disappointment and lesson learnt for future ! Official complaint has been sent.

Cons: Rental agents forgot to give back my passport and ID. We drove 1 hour to the ferry dock to realize we could not board. Drivalia did not pick up the phone for the 17 times we called. Finally picked up, immediately saying they had my documents. By the time we returned and went back to the dock, the last ferry was full and we could not board. We had to cancel our hotel booked for that night as well as reservations without a refund (they were nonrefundable for no show)

Cons: Having to waste almost 4 hours. This was by far the most popular rental service and two members of staff was not enough to process the number of customers efficiently. They need a bigger desk with a lot more staff.

Cons: queue was long. But the worst thing is I was declined a car due to a payment card type (MC Revolut with sufficient funds for deposit) while my prepayment was not refunded.

Pros: Nothing, we went there and they didn’t allow us to take the car as we didn’t have a credit card which I think it’s not enough really because we were willing to give a debit one and to give 2000 dollars as deposit. Anyways they weren’t helpful at all and told us we had to call the website we booked from cause they couldn’t do anything about it not even change the name of the booking. Anyways we didn’t have an Italian number to call and nobody had a WhatsApp working number.

Cons: When we asked the receptionist if we could please use the office phone she wasn’t helpful and just gave us a new number to call and dismissed us carelessly. (Of course I couldn’t even call the new number she gave me but she didn’t seem to care at all) We had to cue to other car rentals and rent another car. Absolutely never again!!

We got a larger car than requested, which turned out to be a nuisance in narrow town streets. At Cagliari airport there was no one at the Drivalia car return booth at the car park, no note with instructions what to do or where to leave the keys. No one answered when we called the provided phone number. Finally another renter told us to drop off the keys at the airport car pickup desk.

Pros: My flight got delayed the day I was going to pick up the card. I called customer services in UK, and spoke to Igor, who helped to contact Drivalia and let them know about the delay on my flight.

We arrive at the terminal with a queue of probably 50 people (no kidding) in front of us, with one operator sitting in front of a computer and three employees in the back drinking coffee. With an average time per customer of about 15-20 minutes, this resulted in us waiting 4+ hours to pick up the car. The worst rental car experience I have ever had, period.

Cons: First the huge queue for picking up the car, more than 1 hour !!! It was the only rent a car at Olbia airport with queue. Just gave us the key, without checking the car with us, I didn't understand the fuel level on the car(it was a EVO, never heard of this brand) and the level indicator was with some leds, not clear at all. I thought it was full, but I just understood later, that it was half full. So they charged me for refueling !!! The windows were all dirty inside, I had to wash them all.

Cons: Our flight from Gatwick was delayed by three hours, and landed at 12am midnight. Called Leasy Cars while still at Gatwick, but they wouldn’t wait over their official 11pm closing time. There are 13 of including 5 young children from the same flight could not get their rented car to drive to their hotel because Leasy shut its office whereas other car rental companies were waiting for their customers despite delays. We all slept in the arrival hall until 8am next day to get our rental cars.

Pros: The service desk lady was very friendly. The car was clean and new, we paid for a 500 and got a jeep at no extra cost. The drop off was easy, just handled back the keys. No hidden fees.
