Cons: They double charge you at the desk. Do not promote these people at all, when I called and complained they screamed at me on the phone. Disgusting company

Cons: This was the worst experience I've ever had with a car rental. Waited one hour in line to pickup the car, paid extra fees because I used my own car insurance, the car needed to be services, not rented to me. One of the tires was so old, the pressure went from 30 to 20 in one day. I had to spend my own money to put air in the tires, DAILY. Customer service was awful, they told us there are no SUVs left and after 5 minutes he said he found one outside ( I don't think this car was ready for rental)
Pros: Very easy to deal with. Even spoke to my insurance company to get policy information to save on rental fees
Cons: I didn’t realize they were not located at the airport so it took me a minute to figure out how to get my car but the shuttle came quickly and the return trip was easy
Pros: Car was clean and no major defects. Shuttle was quick and driver was efficient. Rental clerk was very courteous and answered all questions.
Cons: I never received the email confirming condition of vehicle upon taking possession, despite a follow-up request with another agent. There was a very long wait at pick up but it could have been because it was school vacation week. I did not receive a call back after leaving a message. Hold time for customer service number is very long.

Cons: Car did not have a full tank when I accepted it. I filled tank upon return to avoid ridiculous fee. Tried to contact company about the fuel issue, but couldn't speak w/a helpful representative.

Cons: Other reps were reviewing all the documents with the renter before they signed. Mine just pointed where I had to sign everything and due to the line behind me I felt rushed in reading my contract. Also, if you have not rented a car in Florida or if you didn't review the car renter policy many renters do not bring their declaration page from their Insurance policy, which ties up the line. If they do not have it, the rep should ask them to leave the counter for the next client until they find it.

Pros: I hated this service my family and I showed up to Economy at 3am on Wednesday and experienced the worst customer service from the Economy representative. He told he’d have to add as a second driver even though we only wanted one driver which was my dad. He didn’t want to take our credit card because he questioned if it would be valid for our transaction with Economy. On the website I paid in advance for full coverage insurance and once I got there the representative said that we’re not covered..
Cons: Because we didn’t purchase liability insurance as well: I told him that I was never told that I had to purchase liability insurance through the booking site and he said that I should have know. Then the representative said that without liability I would have to pay over $200 dollars for a rental that was originally less then $90 and that if I didn’t have my insirance information then I had to definitely purchase the additional insurance. At close to 4am I had to leave Economy for another option.
Pros: the manage that help me with refilling of the GAS.
