Customer Ratings and Latest Reviews
Because we want to make sure each review listed here is left by a real customer, we don’t have the option to post a review here. Instead, we ask each and every customer to leave a review after they return their rental car. This way, you know that all reviews are authentic.
Cons: I declined damage/collision waiver, but the agent charged me for it anyway (DiscoverCars will not assist because it was slipped into the rental agreement). Car key fob was low battery, tires were out of balance, car beeped loudly and "oil change needed" popped up every time it started.
Pros: Easy check-in/out, helpful & friendly staff.
Pros: nothing left me there with no car
Cons: not professional at all
Pros: Convenient on-airport locatin for pickup and return
Cons: Add-on fees.
Cons: I travel to Florida regularly and have a SunPass, which I maintain to be able to drive toll roads in FL. Ace made it impossible to register their car with SunPass, by registering all their cars as 'fleet cars', to chisel customers like me out of an extra $65/week for SunPass coverage. This is greedy, unethical practice by Ace Rent A Car.
