Pros: Nothing, Horrible, stay away as they will overcharge you once you are there.
Cons: First, their office is FAR from the airport and had to take a shuttle, then wait for another bus. Both were busy and we ended up waiting 1.5 hours to get to the rental place. Second, the rental place is FILTHY, stained carpets, garbage on the floor and most importantly, NO AGENTS to assist. You have to wait for an international person on a screen to complete your booking. After waiting for 45 minutes to get a turn, they could not find the booking and then, they started sneaking in EXTRA FEES.

Cons: Offsite, no person to deal with, done on monitor remotely, 45 min wait to get into booth and then 30 mins with person online then had to purchase insurance upgrade even though insurance was bought at time of booking as agent said it was not enough, this even though they sold it to me at booking, end up having to pay 45 dollars a day for insurance, no explanation provide by agent and no supervisor to speak to, terrible situation held hostage and this was a complete scam and fraud

Cons: hidden charges. I did not buy full coverage online because I do not need it, as I have my insurance coverage plus my credit card insurance coverage. They charged me USD 260+ tax as admin fees which turns to be 3 times the rental rate that I had booked!!

E-Toll is not mandatory, however, all of the rental cars are equipped with a SunPass/e-toll transponder that is glued to the windshield of the car and is not removable.
Prepaid tolls are available for 14.00 USD per day.
If the customer declines Sunpass, a penalty of 16.00 USD for each toll used in addition to the cost for each paid or unpaid toll will apply. If the customer removes Sunpass from the car, an additional penalty of 268 USD will apply.
A young driver fee applies to drivers under the age of 25.
Maximum rental age is 74 years.
A senior driver fee applies to drivers over the age of 71.
The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 2 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.
A driver license printed using a non-Roman alphabet (Arabic, Japanese, Cyrillic, etc) must be supplemented by an International Driving Permit.
Please note that the International Driving Permit is valid only if it is accompanied by a regular driver's license, is issued by an official authority or government-authorized organization, and is in physical (not digital) form.
In order to pick up the car, the following documents are required: valid driver license, credit or debit card on a main driver's name, Passport or ID card, return flight ticket.
Customers not resident in USA are required to present the following document(s): return flight ticket in order to collect the car.
The following payment methods are accepted: Cash, Diners, Discover, Visa Debit Card, MasterCard credit card, VISA credit card, MasterCard debit card.
It is possible to leave the deposit only with following methods: Diners, Discover, MasterCard credit card, VISA credit card.
Additional insurance (Full Damage Waiver (FDW)) must be purchased if using the following payment method(s): Cash, Debit cards.
The main driver must provide a physical payment card in their name with enough funds to cover the deposit to pick up the car. The rental company will neither accept virtual credit cards (e.g., GooglePay or ApplePay) nor someone else’s card (including family members).
In the event that Cross Border & Territorial Restrictions are violated, all protections lose their validity.

There is an additional charge for each driver.
Underage additional drivers are subject to both Young Driver and Additional Driver fees.
When picking up the vehicle, all drivers must be present and must provide valid documentation.

Certain additional drivers are subject to both an Additional Driver fee as well as either a Young Driver or Senior Driver fee.
Delivery/Collection service is available only by previous request.

If the renter would like to extend the rental period, renter should return to the car hire office at the end of the rental period to sign a new agreement.
Period of time, during regular working hours, when the car is still guaranteed for the customer, if the customer is late for pick up (the grace period) is 60 minutes.
