Cons: The car listed on the rental agreement was a mid-size SUV and we struggled with the car that was assigned fitting 4 adults and the luggage in the vehicle.

Cons: I arrived late due to the slowness of the shuttle service and was informed that my prepaid rental would not be honored and was charged a much higher rate

Pros: Nothing. The agent was unprofessional and uncaring.

Cons: It was a very disappointing experience. They did not answer their phone and claimed that they rented my compact car to someone else before my grace period was up.

Pros: There was no service provided. I never received the rental car. I attempted to call the third party company, who was not who they were advertised as, several times. No one picked up the phone.

Cons: “AddCar” was not the rental company. Site was deceiving.

Cons: First I had to wait in like for 25 min just for them to say they don’t see my reservation and then when they did find it I was to wait another 10-15 min for it to “load” on their computer. I give the associate all my information and give him my insurance information. I’ve rented car many times and I never have issues with my full coverage insurance. At the very end when it comes time to put a deposit he states I have to pay $300 because my insurance is not “enough” which I have full coverage!

Cons: Flight was delayed until 9:15pm and rental center closed doors at 9pm. I returned the following morning and waited 3 hours for the agent to complete the paperwork for the TWO people in front of me. Then I was told that they only had a Dodge Charger which would cost me more than the agreed upon contract I signed. So after sitting there for three hours I was forced to take a bus back to the airport to rest a car from Enterprise, which only took 20 minutes

Pros: The blinker didn’t work, the car door rubbers were coming apart, we waited 1 1/2 hours at the airport till they sent a car to take us to pick up the car and then more than an hour to get a car that wasn’t the one we booked

Cons: They will not accept your insurance and you have to use their Sunpass at $30 a day. Never rent from Add car I should’ve just rented from one of the major carriers at the airport

Pros: Oh is that what the company is called? I thought it was five other companies that have been listed throughout this process.

Cons: Almost everything. If you can even find the companies that are listed, you will wait on hold, have to take multiple shuttles and vans, wait forever and deal with extremely disgruntled other people in line. Also, the car seats provided were so low quality it was unacceptable.

Cons: First off, no ‘AddCar’ shuttle existed. Phone number went to a message for another car company - ‘AddCar’ was still not mentioned. No matter what option we chose on the phone tree the call disconnected - there was no possible way to talk to an actual person. We realized it was ‘Green Motion’ after an hour of waiting. I’ve never seen a company try so hard to piss off their customers and go out of business. Worst rental experience of my life.

Cons: No customer service help or branded shuttle from the airport. Office was another company without notifying. Unexpected costs were added increasing costs by almost 3x.

Cons: The car ran Terrible, the customer service was HORRIBLE! when we dropped off the car they rushed us to to airport and didn't even stay for them to do the inspection.

Pros: The staff at front desk is horrible not been advising costumer to call there insurance and change cover policy's up to 300,000 and they ripe me off on the spot because my policy covered up to 100,000 and I payed extra 350.00 for not to have coverage up to 300.000 This is not acceptable and this business not gonna be much longer .

Cons: When I booked it's was good price ant that time until I picked up my car with surprises and saw so many people not happy and turn around and left with out car .

Cons: The terms of the agreement at time of booking were not clear. When I picked up the car I was informed my insurance would not be valid and I would also have purchase their insurance. Also I had EZ Pass and I could not use it. I think that this should have been clearly defined at time of purchase on line.

Cons: They never provided the car rental service they promised to me. I witnessed 4 other customers have the identical same problem with them in 20 minutes. Not a single person left the rental counter with a car!!! OVERBOOKING IS FRAUD.

Pros: Nothing - I will never use them again. They operate under another name (GreenMotion). They are thieves and their Trip Advisor ratings reflect that. I sure wish I would have checked that before I rented.

Cons: Everything - The first real issue was that upon arrival, they would not accept my personal proof of insurance and proceeded to charge me an additional $350 for insurance - this was not disclosed to me at the time of booking. The second primary issue is the condition of the car. The car’s interior was dirty with the roof material stained all over. I asked for a replacement vehicle and they did not provide one. Lastly, I wasted significant time dealing with these issues which delayed my departure.

Pros: Terrible service. Deliberately hanging up the phone on us repeatedly while we’re calling trying to solve the problem. Road side assistance jumped the car and immediately left. The car turned right back off as he was walking away and just drove off. Wouldn’t answer phone either.

When the reps did say anything they said they couldn’t help or offer any type of refund and to contact the support email. No supervisor to talk to. On the way out multiple other customers with problems waiting.
