Cons: Routes/NextCar requires supplemental insurance or proof of coverage from your current provider. This is not uncommon. What is unusual is that they require a copy of your insurance policy's declarations page, they only accept certain insurers. None of this was disclosed ahead of time. Fortunately, I happened to have an approved insurer and was able to locate the paperwork on my phone. This probably took an extra half hour of my time. This is just one of many reasons I would not recommend.

Cons: The personal customer service was awful....awful. It was very evident that they did not care about me as a customer. Also, nobody was at the location when we dropped off the car. Nobody was there to check us in. Nobody was there to give us a free shuttle back to the airport. We had to spend $25 on a lyft. We waited over an hour to pick up our car when we first got there. This was the worst experience of our whole trip and I will certainly never use you guys ever again.
