Pros: The workers were very friendly and tried their best to do a good job.

Cons: The workers were friendly, but overall we did not have a great experience. We booked in advance on DiscoverCars for around $80 which seemed like a great price, but when we got there we were charged an additional $251, so it ended up being more expensive than if we had just rented a car at the airport. We were told we would absolutely need the toll pass to get around anywhere, which wasn’t true. The car reeked of cigarette smoke and when we contacted NextCar about it they didn’t seem to care.

Cons: Absolutely would not recommend this website to anyone I know. The quote that I got from the website ended up being completely inaccurate and hid so many fees. I legitimately paid over double of what I was supposed to pay, and I didn't find out that I had to pay that much until I arrived at the car rental spot where it was too late to make any changes or cancellations. Do NOT rent from this website

Cons: Attitude of agent and car check out person, charges for everything that other rental places don't charge for, and while checking car fir dents and scratches, all the employees left me there and went home with lights off with my kids. Never again. No customer service.
