The reservation is confirmed, they charge your credit card and when you arrive at the agency they tell you that they do not have a car and that they will not refund your money because it is supposedly an administrative fee. I had to call the bank to place the claim and the bank tells me that the bank is from Russia. How are you?

Cons: I didn't receive any. paperwork, there was an unadvertised minimum required $20/day for insurance even though I have excellent insurance on my own cars and registered with a platinum card, and they don't have an address on their web site, didn't answer their phone, and without paperwork, had no idea where to return the car.

Very difficult to pickup car, as it took a long long time to receive help and get the car. They barely answer the phone, so if you have a question good luck reaching them. Would rather rent a car from the airport to make it easier and less of a hassle. We also had to wait over 30-45 min for the Easirent shuttle to pick us up, even though it’s supposed to circulate every 15 min. Etc….

Cons: The prices quoted were lower than when I picked up the car. Upon picking up the car they charged me an additional $19/day for insurance. I never received any paperwork including a receipt at the time of rental or drop off. Now I see on my CC that they've over charged me at least $200.

Pros: I was lucky and got a very good rental Agent she was polite and provided good customer service. Some other agents were pretty rude with customers. Overall, the pick up went well and it took less than 30 min. dropping off was even easier, took less and 15 min and was a breeze.

Cons: The location is crappy looking, and shuttle van isn't that big. Was lucky to get a seat when I was picked up at airport. I also didn't like having them hold a $250 dollar deposit on the vehicle. That's something usually done with a debit card not a credit card.

No one wants to drive a minivan on vacation but was the only car they had, even though our rental was already PAID FOR.

Our vehicle was not available to rent due to deployed air bags. They then offered an upgrade vehicle, which was parked across the street. They then proceeded to stall another hour so that they could fetch a vehicle from a different car rental agency, while claiming they lost the keys.

Pros: Pretty much nothing. One of the worst service provider experiences I’ve ever had. The car rental office was far from the airport and waiting for the shuttle took a long time. I was given a car with an empty tank and there was no nearby gas station - we almost ran out of gas before finding one

Cons: Then I was lied to by the agent about both the need to take the Sunpass for $10/day because of all the tolls I would be passing. Secondly I was forced to take supplemental insurance over and above that which my credit card covers even though there was nothing in my online agreement about needing to take this. All of this made this “value car rental” much more expensive than one of the top tier companies like Enterprise who I normally rent with.

We were forced to take their insurance policy of $20 USD PER DAY which resulted in an additional payment of $200 USD for the hire. Absolute joke and disgrace.

Didn't get the car, she started yelling from her counter only because I asked a question on car insurance and helped other customers by telling them to get only third party liability as damage is covered by credit cards mostly up to 60000. They cancelled by booking, asked me to pay extra fees and I came out without car. Not recommended. Went to thrifty car instead.

They asked me to wait two hours, then to call the Miami office, then to come back to Ft Lauderdale; never got the car I booked or another premium. The agents are overwhelmed due a small fleet and overbooking. There is never a manager on site to make decisions involving booking problems. I saw 6 other customers in my two visits and at least three of them had problems. 2 hours to pick up, 1 hour to drop off. Horrible experience, still unresolved.

Not only I’ve lost the money I put down for booking it but also I had to take a one hour Uber for 60$, rent another car at my destination and pay it more, and lots of problems and time lost. I also needed to drop off at 5:30AM, which I made clear at booking, and was not informed that the office would not be open at that time, so I had to pay for my own transportation to the airport at that time.
