Pros: NOTHING, YOUR COMPANY IS THE WORST I HAVE SEEN.
Cons: NO CAR, COULDN'T SPEAK TO ANYONE THAT YOU COULD UNDERSTAND. CHARGED FOR A CAR I DID NOT GET!
Pros: Drop off wasn’t as terrible as pick up but had to drop the car off the night before and Uber back to the hotel because we needed shuttle service during Easirent’s off hours. So, had to Uber to airport the next day. Also, did not receive a discount on my rental fee for the decreased time I had the vehicle....check in guy was rude too...never again
Cons: It was all terrible. Difficult to find. Not enough shuttle service. Shady part of town. Crappy facility. Overcharged on everything - toll pass for $12/day?! Had to drop off early due to poor shuttle service. No compensation for renting the car for fewer hours. Terrible experience.

Cons: I was not able to get the rental as the place easirent were rude and did not honored my reservation through your page due to the high demand for spring break. Bad customer service and I loosed my deposit and had to go direct to the rental office at the airport to get a car. Worse experience when traveling to another country.

Pros: The drop off was easy and shuttle back to airport was fine. Not sure why he couldn’t drop us off at the terminal. We had to take a transport back to the terminal which took another 20 mins due to heavy traffic coming into airport.

Cons: Pretty much everything. Location is terrible, service was poor, and the car I received was WAY different (Toyota Pathfinder) than what I paid for (Chevy Tahoe). I will never rent here again for any reason, and really don't think this is a legitimate well run business.

Pros: Hated it.. No one picked us up from the airport. No one answered phone or emails. Waited a hour hour for someone to come only to catch a uber to get to rental car company and still waited another hour to receive a minivan. No one wants to drive a minivan on vacation but was the only car they had, even though our rental was already PAID FOR.
Cons: The whole experience messed up our whole day! The manager did however attempted to fix it by bringing us a different car the next day... but we couldn't get our time back.

Cons: We recently had to shorten our vacation d/t covid and after 8 days returned our rental (it was to be 27 days) As to this date we were charged full price. No credit as yet. There should be one shouldn,t there be?

Cons: they did not to transfer the rent agreement to my name (it was already on wife name but she did not have her credit card with her and they said I can not drive it also) therefore I was forced to pay another extra for additional driver) , other than that it was overall okay .

Waited in line for close to an hour, while the employees dicked around, wasted time (e.g., sat on their cell phones), and exuded a high degree of indifference towards fulfilling the duties of their job. Our vehicle was not available to rent due to deployed air bags. They then offered an upgrade vehicle, which was parked across the street. They then proceeded to stall another hour so that they could fetch a vehicle from a different car rental agency, while claiming they lost the keys.

Then the car I upgraded to smelt like cigarettes, they gave me a smoke damage car. They were not even willing to give me a discount on this rental. I am contemplating disputing this with my Credit Card.

Pros: Pretty much nothing. One of the worst service provider experiences I’ve ever had. The car rental office was far from the airport and waiting for the shuttle took a long time. I was given a car with an empty tank and there was no nearby gas station - we almost ran out of gas before finding one
Cons: Then I was lied to by the agent about both the need to take the Sunpass for $10/day because of all the tolls I would be passing. Secondly I was forced to take supplemental insurance over and above that which my credit card covers even though there was nothing in my online agreement about needing to take this. All of this made this “value car rental” much more expensive than one of the top tier companies like Enterprise who I normally rent with.
Cons: We waited for over 30 minutes for a shuttle. We called them several times and they did not answer. We also did not know we needed proof of insurance. When we returned the car the shuttle was not available and we had to take a cab to the airport.

Required Proof of Insurance, which should have been notified to me in advance, rarther than me having to log into my insurer on a cell phone application to retrieve one.
Cons: The rental agents are slow and seen to have little knowledge of what they are doing. Geting to the agency took over 45 minits between waiting on the tranportation and the ride to the office. Then the wait in line was 50 min. And then there were no cars ready for another 15 min.There were hidden charges. No one that i saw or spoke to was pleased.

Pros: Absolutely nothing. These guys are pure scammers and we witness so many customers getting caught up in the same situation as ourselves with Easirent.
Cons: For some particular reason they would not allow us to rent a car unless we had PERSONAL LIBILITY INSURANCE to cover vehicles or a 3rd party! We were forced to take their insurance policy of $20 USD PER DAY which resulted in an additional payment of $200 USD for the hire. Absolute joke and disgrace.

Cons: It’s not customary to provide proof of insurance when you pick up the car, so some people in front of me were unable to do so. It’s important to let people know in advance that this will be a requirement to speed things up. Also, I had to wait for someone to return a car before I could obtain my rental, even though I had reserved in advance. This seemed very unprofessional.

But as another reviewer said, my "hands were tied". There is even a surcharge for the airport shuttle to the off-site location. Please, avoid my mistake. Read the reviews on Yelp and Trip Advisor. I don't need to repeat what others have already written. SCAM SCAM SCAM.

Cons: I did not like the fact the car did not have current up to date license tags. Nod did I like the fact the cars brakes were seizing to the point I had to return the original car. I did NOT like the fac that the check engine light came on three days after the rental i HATED the fact I had to take time from my vacation to go back to the rental spot to change cars and NOTHING was done to compensate despite the fcta they made me wait three days.

It is not made clear that you have to have extra insurance costs on top of the (whats seems) complete coverage. This way the purchased “complete coverage” is not complete at all.

I also had to wait a long time at the airport for the shuttle bus. Many, many other companies' shuttles came and went (3 or 4 buses from same company) during the time I waited

Cons: Horrible service by Easirent at FLL, the women named Carolina was the rudest and most unprofessional person. Didn't get the car, she started yelling from her counter only because I asked a question on car insurance and helped other customers by telling them to get only third party liability as damage is covered by credit cards mostly up to 60000. They cancelled by booking, asked me to pay extra fees and I came out without car. Not recommended. Went to thrifty car instead.

Cons: The car needed cosmetic and mechanical attention. I had to add air to a tire immediately after leaving, and add oil during the rental period.
Pros: almost nothing! The only thing I did like was the helpfulness of the older lady after over an hour of calling multiple times for shuttle pickup then waiting even longer for it to show up.

Cons: Booked a premium vehicle and they gave me a Nissan. They asked me to wait two hours, then to call the Miami office, then to come back to Ft Lauderdale; never got the car I booked or another premium. The agents are overwhelmed due a small fleet and overbooking. There is never a manager on site to make decisions involving booking problems. I saw 6 other customers in my two visits and at least three of them had problems. 2 hours to pick up, 1 hour to drop off. Horrible experience, still unresolved.
Cons: They try to get money with additional insurance otherwise they don’t give you the car. Not only I’ve lost the money I put down for booking it but also I had to take a one hour Uber for 60$, rent another car at my destination and pay it more, and lots of problems and time lost. Will never rent again with any of the two companies.

I also needed to drop off at 5:30AM, which I made clear at booking, and was not informed that the office would not be open at that time, so I had to pay for my own transportation to the airport at that time. Also, I was charged a $500 deposit to my credit card, which I was not informed about. This has not yet been refunded.

Cons: The inside of the building is filthy. the walls have black dirt/filth marks along the walls with chipped paint, like the building has employees standing against the walls with dirt and never has been cleaned or painted.The agent was not even polite, just like a computer, processing the paperwork. I felt like i was a burden to her. RBF all the way. The vehicle 1st assigned was filthy, with smoke smell, and check engine light on. I came back in to change the vehicle. she didn't even apologize.
