Pros: Service was fast. Pick up, drop off and all the arrangements were sorted smoothly.

Cons: I didn't quite appreciate the fuel policy. Car was received with 6/8 full deposit and was supposed to be returned the same, however, having returned it a little earlier the guel level was at 7/8ths, so I would expect a small refund. Instead, the member of the staff completely ignored me when I mentioned that. Furthermore the car had a few signs of scratches here and there.

Pros: The staff were friendly enough.

Cons: After waiting over an hour for the shuttle service, we were taken to the place where you pick up the car only to be told they don't accept American Express, and as we did not have another credit card, would need to pay for their most expensive insurance package - which cost an extra 200 euros (on top of the full insurance I had already purchased through discover cars). Instead of the Toyota Yaris we booked, we got an old Citroen, which was dirty and in bad condition (broken fuel gauge).

Driver requirements
Minimum rental age is 23 years.
A Young driver fee is not applied.

Maximum rental age is 69 years.
A Senior driver fee is not applied.

The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 1 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.

Driver licenses will be accepted if issued in the following country(ies): EU countries.
Driver licenses from all other countries must be accompanied with International Driving Permit (IDP).

In order to pick up the car, the following documents are required: passport, valid driver license, credit card on a main drivers name, booking voucher.
Cross-border policy
ferry use is available on previous request at least 2 days before the pick up date.
Using a ferry is allowed on the previous request and for an additional charge of 25 EUR per way.
Ferry usage is forbidden from: Samos
It is forbidden to cross country borders.
In the event that Cross Border & Territorial Restrictions are violated, all protections lose their validity.
