Surprice at Thessaloniki Airport

Pros: The staff was very friendly and polite. Pick up and drop off was very quick. Billy especially was amazing during drop off.

Cons: The car was quite old with manual window handles in the back, without parking sensors, weak a/c and no carplay.

Pros: The car was nice.

Cons: The agents , horrible customer service. Both at pickup and and also at return of the car. I would not recommend this company or use it again.

Pros: La gentilezza e disponibilità

Cons: Nessuno

Pros: Smooth process - quick turnaround

Cons: Nothing

Cons: The description on the website was not accurate. The car and company we chose was advertised as meet and greet but it wasn't like that. We had to wait at the airport for 30 minutes outside in 35 degrees celcius for a small shuttle bus which had no AC to take us to pick up the car 10 minutes away from the airport. The driver wouldn't even help with loading and unloading the bags. A lot of hidden costs comparing to other companies for example, additional driver is 6€ extra per day.

Pros: The pick up point was close to the terminal exit and easy to find. The staff were friendly and helpful.

Cons: We didn't quite get the model car we wanted - I know that this happens very often with most rental companies, but personally I would prefer to pay a little bit more to have the actual car of my choice.

Pros: The driver who picked up from the airport was very friendly and were there just in time. Car returning process was fast. Also you gave the deposit back immediately when returning the car.

Cons: We had to wait an hour to get a car because your network didn't work. And an officer didn't tell it - just when I asked what is the problem. Then you gave us a car which was just going to the car wash and had to do the contract again. The car was given us full of gasoline but in trouth it wasn't because this Fiat Panda Hybrid drive computer told that the consumption was 5 litres/100km and when I filled it up before returning it took gasoline such much that the consumption was 6,5 litres/100km.

Pros: Nothing.

Cons: Unfriedliness and absolute will to sell their coverage,

Cons: I would question the quality of the tyres

Pros: Friendly and professional. Allowed us to return car late without any problems

Cons: All good

Pros: Fast pick-up and drop-off, friendly staff, decent car.

Pros: Friendly, no hidden costs, everything was perfect.

Cons: None.

Pros: Very communicative and transparent.

Cons: At The dealership after landing the agents were not very pleasant

Pros: Minimum waiting time for pick up and drop off despite the location being off airport

Cons: The car provided was not a Volvo as advertised on booking but was a Fiat Tipo which was acceptable The onus was on the customer to inspect the car on pick up and be able to prove any damage on the vehicle existed upon pick up by photo etc when returning it

Pros: Everything from the first pickup to the drop off was super easy and fast and without any troubles! I definitely recommend this Surprice!

Pros: prompt & courteous service.

Pros: Friendly and quick.

Pros: Good service. Promt.

Cons: I thought I had paid for full coverage, but the agent that it was not the case. Also the car I received was not convenient for me. I could not raise the seat. Also, according to the information, I could pick up the car at the airport, which was not the case.

Pros: Very friendly personnel. Top car condition. Speedy registration.

Pros: Professional, new cars, deposit was returned on spot not like any other companies you need to wait for a month

Pros: Excellent professional staff..

Pros: Agents nice, good car

Cons: Insurance issues - see above

Pros: the car was not parked near the airport. we were picked in a van and driven to a different location. the car was not in good shape, not clean (not dirty, just not clean), bumped up with many scratches, door handles inside were broken, had only a quarter tank of gas, not the car we ordered (maybe in the same class). overall it drove ok but just not the kind of car you'd expact from a dealership.

Cons: the service was ok, the people were nice. we were told not to eat in the car, not to enter the car with bathing suits... its a beach resort in Greece, not that simple. also, we were told the agency is holding 900 euros blocked in case of damage to the car and we want we can add 170 euros on the spot and the 900 will be released, this was unusual and felt like they're trying to get more money on the spot, not sure, it may be acceptable... just felt weird. there was no heads up about this payment.

Pros: Friendly. Available. Excellent price. Easy documentation

Cons: N/A

Pros: Very straight forward company. They don't push you to buy extra insurance or try to charge you excess money.

Cons: The car had a lot of scratches and marks and the driver door was repainted. The miles of the cr was high as well . Besides that the car was great and didn't have any problem at all. Just make sure to take a lot of pictures of the car before you take it.

Pros: They were helpful and when returning the car Mr. Tou took us back to our hotel. When I started to look into renting a car for our trip I spoke with someone from this office and he was kind enough to suggest a hotel near by.

Pros: Everything was exactly as described and expected.

Cons: There was nothing we did not like. Great service.

Pros: Good value for money, availability of staff. Payed for taxi when first car failed. Provided another car next day.

Cons: First car failed on return and got stuck for 4.5 hours 3 hours from destination in the middle of rural area because of late arrival of roadside assistance. Unreliable communications from roadside assistance. Wife very unhappy luckily our baby was not with us.Second car also had minor mechanical/electrical issues.

Pros: Easy drop off

Cons: Arrived early and had to wait for pick up

Pros: That it was Diesel

Cons: The car had over 200 thousand kilometers. Made me nervous driving it far distances as the car must have been over 20 years old. Technology was very minimum, there was no USB for my phone to charge, thank goodness I always travel with a cigarette converter.

Cons: No one wait at the meating point. Surprice gave me an old car 2014 with 235000 km, a.c is not working well and the car was in bad condition, one hade light not working. After 1 houer and argue they chnge to a better one 58000 km but a gasolin car, i reserved and payed for disel.

Pros: Personal attention and courteous service. They called me during the trip to ensure all is ok for arrival, departure etc.

Pros: The service was excellent. I was called on my mobile just after picking up my bags and the representative was waiting outside who then drove me a few minutes to the car rentals location. I had no issues with the car for the entire 2 weeks. Dropping off the car was seamless, quick and efficient. I will definitely use again.

Cons: Staff were Rude not Not approachable or welcoming. Hired a car from here last in 2018 and staff were excellent but this year it was very different and I will not use this car hire place again

Pros: Price Service of delegate and by Phone

Cons: Old car (2011) Not 100% fit - Engine light turned on, wipers didn't clean well, no BT connection

Pros: Good value Efficient staff

Cons: The info provided for pick up suggested to meet at airport but we had to phone the office and wait for them to come and pick up

Pros: They didn't try to sell extra insurances, final price was as Web site. No overly fussy when checking car on return.

Cons: Car a little old, over 120,000km on the clock

Pros: Excellent quality vehicle friendly service and the fact was given a Lyft to my hotel after dropping the car off

Cons: Surprised I had to put an additional 980 euro As a security deposit for damages

Pros: good customer service

Cons: State and age of rental vehicle

Pros: Price of rental, Speed of getting and returning the car.

Cons: Car was very dirt/ dust covered when I recieved it. I had it washed immediately when I arrived at my town. It cost me 13 euro for inside and outside cleaning.
