Cons: At The dealership after landing the agents were not very pleasant

Pros: Minimum waiting time for pick up and drop off despite the location being off airport

Cons: The car provided was not a Volvo as advertised on booking but was a Fiat Tipo which was acceptable The onus was on the customer to inspect the car on pick up and be able to prove any damage on the vehicle existed upon pick up by photo etc when returning it

Pros: Everything from the first pickup to the drop off was super easy and fast and without any troubles! I definitely recommend this Surprice!

Cons: I thought I had paid for full coverage, but the agent that it was not the case. Also the car I received was not convenient for me. I could not raise the seat. Also, according to the information, I could pick up the car at the airport, which was not the case.

Pros: the car was not parked near the airport. we were picked in a van and driven to a different location. the car was not in good shape, not clean (not dirty, just not clean), bumped up with many scratches, door handles inside were broken, had only a quarter tank of gas, not the car we ordered (maybe in the same class). overall it drove ok but just not the kind of car you'd expact from a dealership.

Cons: the service was ok, the people were nice. we were told not to eat in the car, not to enter the car with bathing suits... its a beach resort in Greece, not that simple. also, we were told the agency is holding 900 euros blocked in case of damage to the car and we want we can add 170 euros on the spot and the 900 will be released, this was unusual and felt like they're trying to get more money on the spot, not sure, it may be acceptable... just felt weird. there was no heads up about this payment.

Pros: Very straight forward company. They don't push you to buy extra insurance or try to charge you excess money.

Cons: The car had a lot of scratches and marks and the driver door was repainted. The miles of the cr was high as well . Besides that the car was great and didn't have any problem at all. Just make sure to take a lot of pictures of the car before you take it.

Pros: They were helpful and when returning the car Mr. Tou took us back to our hotel. When I started to look into renting a car for our trip I spoke with someone from this office and he was kind enough to suggest a hotel near by.

Cons: First car failed on return and got stuck for 4.5 hours 3 hours from destination in the middle of rural area because of late arrival of roadside assistance. Unreliable communications from roadside assistance. Wife very unhappy luckily our baby was not with us.Second car also had minor mechanical/electrical issues.

Cons: The car had over 200 thousand kilometers. Made me nervous driving it far distances as the car must have been over 20 years old. Technology was very minimum, there was no USB for my phone to charge, thank goodness I always travel with a cigarette converter.

Cons: No one wait at the meating point. Surprice gave me an old car 2014 with 235000 km, a.c is not working well and the car was in bad condition, one hade light not working.After 1 houer and argue they chnge to a better one 58000 km but a gasolin car, i reserved and payed for disel.

Pros: Personal attention and courteous service. They called me during the trip to ensure all is ok for arrival, departure etc.

Pros: The service was excellent. I was called on my mobile just after picking up my bags and the representative was waiting outside who then drove me a few minutes to the car rentals location. I had no issues with the car for the entire 2 weeks. Dropping off the car was seamless, quick and efficient. I will definitely use again.

Cons: Staff were Rude not Not approachable or welcoming. Hired a car from here last in 2018 and staff were excellent but this year it was very different and I will not use this car hire place again
