Cons: charged a "cleaning fee" when returned the car. Yes the car needed to be washed and vacuumed but so does every other car between renters. Seemed like a corrupt money grab

Pros: Quick friendlly service, flight was delayed for 4 hours, arrived almost at 1 am, but still was accepted, no fault-finding, got good car - Citroen crossback, compact SUV 2022 year. enough power, good A/C, high car (not much worries about whats beneath)

Cons: Price increased at check-in by 200 eur. Had to pay 100 eur fee for check-in after work hours (flight was late) and was offered additional 100 eur for technical aid in problematic situation. Got Citroen crossback, compact SUV 2022 year. Back seats (for my daugthers) werent comfortable for long rides.

Pros: Car was similar suv than the one that I selected prior booking and it was better than my selection.

Cons: Car was a little bit dirty inside. Mostly on the back seats. It seems that kids were seating there on the previous rental.

Cons: The first agent , in a hurry to sort us out as wanted to shut up shop and tried to sell us breakdown policy .Said that we would definitely need it and was quite aggressive about it. If the car breaks down I would say that would be their responsibility!

I paid for the discover car full coverage and then at the counter the Car wiz ppl said that insurance is nothing, does not cover you and said only our insurance will give you full coverage. Next time I will decline the ins from discover car as I paid for things twice

Pros: I liked everything about Carwiz! The car and the employees were the best!!

Pros: They were really speedy, kind and spoke good English and offered free kids boosters and a phone holder on the spot when asked for.

Cons: I only wish that CREDIT card required (instead of debit card) would be written in much larger fonts on the documents. I might have not spent extra money on a bigger daily insurance pay on the spot, because for some reason that was the only option to pay on the spot instead of other insurances. Then again, for ca. 100 bucks extra, I felt really free from worries.

Cons: I was offered an additional insurance which I declined. No problem with that. However, then I asked whether the rental agreement included the insurance as indicated in the voucher (with deductible as in the voucher) and I did not get a clear answer.

Pros: driver ready to take us to the office, fairly quick journey. The guys at the the office sorted the car out speedily really clean car and almost new. No hassle when returning the car I did not get a chance to put enough fuel in the car but gave the guy enough money to sort it out, very pleasant people.

Cons: only thing was I booked the car full to full but it was 1/2 full so difficult to gauge but was sorted out

Pros: The preis. It was easy to reach the highway from the office. The check-out was fairly fast. The rental agents were very polite and, after checkout, brought us to the airport in 5 mins.

Cons: It was difficult to reach the Carwiz office by bus No.72 from IKEA, Thessaloniki. The bus stop is directly opposite the office, but there is no pedestrian path. The check-in lasted 35 min. We didn't get the newest car.

Pros: Carwiz were fantastic. The car was new, clean and very reasonably priced. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The check in online function helped the pick up go faster. Would definitely use them again!

Cons: All car hire companies in Thessaloniki close at 9pm. So take this into account if your flight gets in later, as and out of hours fee will be charged.

Cons: When we arrived, we couldnt find rental agent. He had sign "carwizz" but as made reservation via your rental booking website i couldnt know thats him.
