CarQ at Thessaloniki Airport

Pros: We hired different cars at different locations around Greece this summer. CarQ was the only company whose driver was actually waiting at the airport to pick us up. Great start! Besides that the process of picking up and dropping off the car was very easy and everyone there was very kind, calm and helpful.

Cons: The van that dropped us off to the airport didn't have a functioning aircondition. Considering the shortness of distance to the airport, it was a minor issue for us.

Pros: Really quick and easy. They offered full insurance on collection cheaper than online.

Cons: n/a

Pros: Amazing service, amazing people Good condition car Good availability

Pros: Staff were excellent.

Cons: Nothing. All good.

Cons: Hard to find the office when returning the car

Pros: Fast and great service. Very friendly staff.

Cons: This time the car I got was not in the best condition but everything was working as expected

Pros: Fast and efficient

Pros: Excellent customer care, friendly and excellent communication.

Pros: Staff were nice and welcoming

Cons: Garage is a bit far and tricky to find

Pros: Everything. Great service and good value for money

Pros: Very kind man on transfer. The car was very clean and new.

Pros: Friendly and professional

Pros: Easy to communicate.

Cons: Standard service, didn't like the 1/4 tank at arrival would have preferred full to full.

Cons: I received a relatively dirty car inside, the lighting inside the car does not work and there was no light in the air conditioning panel either. I took the car at night after a flight and even when I complained the representative was very unkind and said that it is what it is and there is no choice, the next day I also discovered that the air conditioner in the car was barely cooling and even that I complained there was nothing to be done. The vehicle had 135,000 kilometers and its condition was

Pros: The car was over 100 000 km and front axle was little damage. The car was lot of scratches and bends. I didnt know all of this whem I took the car.

Pros: I recommend the rental - our flight arrived delayed and it was already quite late, but the shuttle bus was waiting for us. The car was new and working well, there was an inspection of the condition both at the check in and check out. All of the costs were as agreed.

Pros: Uwaga oszuści. Kradną pieniądze od ludzi ,którzy wynajmują samochód.

Cons: Od razu wiedzieli ,gdzie szukać uszkodzenia! Pod samochodem znaleźli rysę. Oszuści.

Pros: the agent was very cooperative

Cons: the office isnt at the airport. the office isbt open 24/7 therefor we had to pay extra 40Euros so that the agent will come at 5AM and he took us by car to the airport

Pros: Service was outstanding!

Pros: the pickup and drop to the airport was good.

Cons: asked for too many cards for payment. After I paid over online for reserving the car, I have paid some more money in the office asking for too many things not accepting digital cards. I was standing with my family for 30 mins in the night, finally got a different car. fuel was not tank full. it was below half tank but I filled it more than half tank and gave back. not a true concept. same to same is full tank. overall bad experience.

Pros: Nothing. Totally damaged car

Cons: Unfriendly and unprofessional staff

Pros: Very friendly stuff, very quick process and good value!

Cons: Nothing to not like. I would definitely use them again and recommend it to friends!

Pros: The reasonable price charged (holder) by the bank card..and not 1100 as requested by other companies..

Cons: All perfect.

Pros: Evi was amazing, on time, had great communication, very friendly and helpful in both instances. Very pleased with CarQ also.

Cons: Just the car had some use wear I guess at the end of the season. Low battery so wouldn't unlock or start sometimes, It had a slipping clutch and some knocking sound when you turn the wheel from the centre point. Not stuff regular drivers would catch or notice.

Pros: Very friendly and supporting car rental with a great value for money

Pros: The car rental was value for money. Although the car had 79k km, it was still in a very good condition. I highly recommend this service provider.

Cons: I don't have anything to complain about. There were no surprises.

Pros: employees

Cons: nothing

Pros: helpful and nice staff, clean car in great condition

Pros: cena wynajmu

Cons: koszty za mokre siedzenie

Pros: Excellent service and good cars

Cons: They had a lot of patience for us - even though we were disappointed that we were paying 25 euros for the fact that the website did not inform them of the change in the car's return time

Pros: Overall very good service.

Cons: Insurance price €80 is a bit too much in my opinion

Pros: Άψογη εξυπηρέτηση πολύ καλή εξυπηρέτηση

Cons: Όλα καλά

Pros: Car rental company staff was EXCELLENT! He waited very patiently and graciously late at night for more than 30 minutes because of airport baggage delays.

Cons: The car was ok, just a little old.

Pros: The whole service was excellent. very nice and efficient guy in the office, upgraded the car to automatic with very small difference

Pros: Good car no glitches

Cons: Return is difficult to find even when marked on Google maps as it is on private roads. If you miss the turn you have to detour several miles

Pros: All good! kind stuff

Pros: Good and helpful staff

Cons: Rundown cars. No post rental service. Broken car that we had to return and spend half a day (from 2014!!!)

Pros: The lady who picked us up from airport was very friendly, helped us with some advice. The car was great.

Cons: We had a query during the rental, the person on the phone was rude and hang up on us.

Pros: Responsible friendly family company with new cars at good prices.

Pros: friendly

Cons: seats in the car were dirty from sea salt - maybe use some covers - but the car was the new and in great condition . friendly customer service
