Pros: the pickup and drop to the airport was good.

Cons: asked for too many cards for payment. After I paid over online for reserving the car, I have paid some more money in the office asking for too many things not accepting digital cards. I was standing with my family for 30 mins in the night, finally got a different car. fuel was not tank full. it was below half tank but I filled it more than half tank and gave back. not a true concept. same to same is full tank. overall bad experience.

Pros: Evi was amazing, on time, had great communication, very friendly and helpful in both instances. Very pleased with CarQ also.

Cons: Just the car had some use wear I guess at the end of the season. Low battery so wouldn't unlock or start sometimes, It had a slipping clutch and some knocking sound when you turn the wheel from the centre point. Not stuff regular drivers would catch or notice.

Rate excludes
The following mandatory surcharge(s) will be applied: Accident Administration fee.
Driver requirements
Minimum rental age is 21 years.
A young driver fee applies to drivers under the age of 25.

Maximum rental age is 75 years.
A senior driver fee applies to drivers over the age of 72.

The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 1 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.

The driver license must be written in Latin alphabet.
A driver license printed using a non-Roman alphabet (Arabic, Japanese, Cyrillic, etc) must be supplemented by an International Driving Permit.
Please note that the International Driving Permit is valid only if accompanied by the regular driver license.
In order to pick up the car, the renter and each additional driver must present the following documents: passport, valid driver license, credit or debit card on a main driver's name, booking voucher.
Deposit and deductible policy
A deposit will be blocked on the customer's credit card until the end of the rental period.
The exact deposit is determined on pick up since the amount is dependent on the type of vehicle.
Optional extras and services
Available special equipment: GPS Navigation system, Baby seat (up to 1 year of age), Child seat (2-4 years of age), Booster seat (4-10 years of age), Roof rack, Snow chains, Wi-Fi.
Prices for extras are shown on the booking page.

Underage additional drivers are also subject to a young driver fee.
When picking up the vehicle, all drivers must be present and must provide valid documentation.

Booked extras are not guaranteed. All extras are subject to availability at the rental counter.

Delivery/Collection service is available only by previous request.
Fuel policy
The vehicle is provided with a certain amount of fuel and must be returned with the same amount in order to avoid additional charges.
Rental period
The maximum rental period per agreement is 31 days.
Business hours
Service outside of business hours is available by request and for an additional charge.
Period of time, during regular working hours, when the car is still guaranteed for the customer, if the customer is late for pick up (the grace period) is 59 minutes.
