Cons: Made it obligatory to buy insurance for taking the car earlier which I declined. Then tried to give me a manual car instead of automatic at the desk then when they gave me the keys. Car had child seat inside that had not been removed. When I got the automatic car, some 2 hours after I initially arrived, the aerial was defective, I took a picture of the damage. Then when I returned the vehicle, the female manager tried to imply I had damaged it, despite being told by collegue it was not the case

Pros: I have rented few times with them and unfirtunately the only good thing about the Recordgo was that the shuttle bus drivers are very polite and helpful.

Cons: Everythung else! The cars were nirmally new and in good condition but this time the Fiat I rented was not in gokd cindition.Their machines were not working and was forced to use my debit card. The staff, and in particular one of the Christina's who is the person in charge, was HIGHLY RUDE! No clue about BASIC customer service. I had issues with the car and had to get a different onw which was involved in an accident and was not in perfect condition. The seats were also stained. Avoid!

Pros: The service i received by Record Go agent was very bad !!! The agent forced me to do full coverage ensurace to the car although I already did full coverage with you. The exuse was that my credit card is not issued by physical bank ... I have 2 visa cards and one American express and they don't want to receive them at all - they said they cannot refund me the 1200 euro when I return the car back. They were not kind and the service was very bad !!! I will not recomend Record Go to anybody !!!

Cons: The exhorbedent charge and nasty surprise we got at the counter. This was totally unacceptable and put us in the situations where we had no choice than to pay for very expensive comprehensive insurance if we didn’t want commission charged on a deposit.

Pros: Nice dropoff driver, cheap price, quick deposit return. They do not block the funds on your card, they actually charge you the full amount, then instead of releasing the block, they initiate the refund, which may result in currency differences in your favour or the other way around.

Cons: Long wait for the car, sluggish staff and trying to make me feel I am taking a huge risk by not buying their insurance. Lack of interest when extra insurance declined, even signs of rudness towards my partner while she wanted to use the toilet.

Pros: It’s a first time that I had such good and friendly approach! The ladys working there is unbelievable helpful spending the time giving me a tips for everything I ‘d needed , f.e. , where to go what to eat what to see… I will come back for sure!

Cons: One car was not clean on pickup. Was missing window handles. Both cars had maintenance or service lights blinking that we were told to ignore. They were realy trying to sell their insurance. If anything happens to the car, they demand exorbitantly outrageous fees, like 1200€ for a windshield. They literally abandoned us in the middle of nowhere in the middle of the night. Saying it was late, they refused to take us to the airport when we dropped off the cars. We left on foot.

The car was clean and in very good condition. The car drop-off and inspection took a couple of minutes only and the fuel and car deposits were immediately released.

Cons: Worst car rental company ever. At the rental desk they wanted to sell an insurance (with the insurance no deposit needed), I said politely no. When I wanted to pay the deposit, the credit card was rejected (as it happened to many other customers before), I called my credit card (no issue with card), but it did not work. Again they tried to sell the insurance (no deposit), again I said no. After long discussions I could pay with the debit card. Attention: machine for credit card is manipulate!!!!

Cons: We did not know that RecordGo was the company to wait for at the airport. We waited for a transfer bus from Discover cars which was never there. After a while and some phone calls it was clear that we were looking for the wrong transfer car. So please make this clear for future customers.

Unfortunately on this Discovers car has fully responsibility!!!! no respect on customers !! simply we arrived there and blackmailed us if we do not accept their insurance NO CAR!!! this shows luck of control on the agreement between Discovers Car and Record go!! Never AGAIN !!! unprofessional without respect on customers and associates (discover cars) waiting a compensation otherwise EU directive !!!

Pros: They were quick and easy, had a choice of car and car was in good condition

Pros: At the reception, I encountered a very rude woman who was performing her job poorly and couldn't explain why I had to sign a form stating that the car had no damages, even though there was a scratched plastic threshold on the exterior side of the car, measuring over 5 centimeters. I was worried that I would be held responsible for this damage later on. To be safe, I took photos and videos of everything. The employee refused to acknowledge the defect is on the car.

Cons: It's good that everything ended successfully, and at the end of the rental period, a very pleasant guy took the car back. He explained everything clearly and immediately had me sign all the documents stating that the car had no damages. Overall, I am satisfied with the service.

Cons: We paid for a Jeep Renagade. We we very deliberate because of my bad back and I know that car is comfortable. We arrived and they’d given our car to someone else. They tried to pitch and “upgrade” to one of 3 cars, all which were much lower classes of vehicles. We ended up taking the biggest - an opal Crossland. It es really dirty (I didn’t mind) -It did the job, but we didn’t get any money back or apologies at all. I’ll never use Record Go again, and unlikely discover cars. Very disappointing.

Cons: When i did the reservation i wanted to call Record - go to see if they receive my reservation. To my surprise I realized that there is no greek number but only Spanish. I think is not helpful to have a Spanish number for customer service where the office is in Greece. They have to have a Greek number.

Cons: by the time of the dropping off the car nobody answer the mobile phone, so i paid an additional charge of 20 euros for somebody to drop me off to airport and parking for the car . (I made a mistake in reservation for dropping off the car at 19.00 but by the time of pick up the car i informed the agents that i will drop ther car finally at 7 in the morning)

Cons: Right from the beginning they told me that I made a reservation through a broker and they asked me for a deposit of 1100 euros as it is written in the reservation, but the surprise was that they only accept credit cards and not debit cards. Since I had only a debit card with me they explained to me that they will make a transaction of 1100 EUR, but they will reimburse only 890 EUR, because such transactions are commissioned. Finally I was forced to accept their new offer at an excessive price.

Other rental agencies were much closer to the airport or were sending shuttles to pick up customers when they arrived. The agent at pick up was rude and forced us into accepting an additional charge to take the car. Their English was terrible and claimed they didn’t understand us. The first car they gave us had steering problems and they made it difficult for us when we tried to exchange it.

Cons: Late to pick up at the airport, without any name cards, she said "no" she was not from discovercars. After 30 mind around came back to me. I did full insurance online and they said it's not valid, they should keep 1100 euros from my credit card or I should pay other 268 euro. I asked them to block 1100 on one card and to keep the rest of the money from another card because of the limits they refused. They refuse also payment with cash, so I bought their "insurance".
