Pros: No, customer service is basically unreachable (by phone endless waiting times and via e-mails it takes a few days to come back to you.

Cons: They do not update the booking system as soon as they sent the confirmation email. This means that I went to pick up the car at the agreed pick-up time but they did not sent the confirmation to the car rental company whereas they had sent it to me. That is the reason why I had to pay an extra fee for late pick-up and they refused to reimburse me the money even if it's fully their responsability I couldn't pick it up before. In fact, I was there on time and waited 20 minutes for them on the line.

Pros: Nothing. We never saw Keddy, only Europecar who were extremely rude. The only good thing was that they didn't have the car class so they upgraded us.

Cons: Europecar didnt wait for us when arrived on early morning, we had to phone them to send a shuttle. They were very rude, claimed we didnt have insurance, "forgot" we paid 2nd driver, requested money for a tiny scratch on a bumper that was broken in the first place, my worst ever car renal experience.

Rate includes
Free cancellation with a full refund up to 48 hours before your pick-up time, Unlimited mileage, Collision Damage Waiver (deductible: € 868.00), Theft Protection, Roadside Assistance (in the country of pick-up), Third Party Liability (TPL), Airport surcharge, VAT (value added tax), Free modifications, State Tax.
Driver requirements
Minimum rental age is 21 years.
A young driver fee applies to drivers under the age of 24.

Maximum rental age is 79 years.
A senior driver fee applies to drivers over the age of 76.

The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 1 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.

Driver licenses will be accepted if issued in the following country(ies): United Kingdom, EU.
Driver licenses from all other countries must be accompanied with International Driving Permit (IDP).
Please note that the International Driving Permit is valid only if it is accompanied by a regular driver's license, is issued by an official authority or government-authorized organization, and is in physical (not digital) form.


In addition to documents mentioned previously, the customer will need the following: flight information.
Deposit and deductible policy

Available special equipment: GPS Navigation system, Child seat (2-4 years of age), Snow chains.
Prices for extras are shown on the booking page.

Adding additional drivers is allowed.
There is an additional charge for each driver.
Underage additional drivers are subject to both Young Driver and Additional Driver fees.
When picking up the vehicle, all drivers must be present and must provide valid documentation.


Fuel policy
The vehicle is provided with a certain amount of fuel and must be returned with the same amount in order to avoid additional charges.
Additional information
Winter tires are not mandatory in Greece.
Business hours
Service outside of business hours is available by request and for an additional charge. The supplier will hold the vehicle for 29 minutes after your scheduled pick-up time as long as it is within their normal business hours. After this time, your booking may be canceled without refund.
