Pros: Γρηγοράδα και ευκολία!
Cons: Κάθε φορά που έπρεπε να συνεχίσω την ενοικίαση του αυτοκινήτου, έπρεπε να πηγαίνω στο κατάστημα ώστε να γίνεται όλη η διαδικασία από την αρχή.
Cons: The wipers were worn, the 12v socket was not working, service light and low pressure weals light was on.
Pros: Car was good, returning the car was easy and straight forward

Pros: After explaining the 3 huge/major damages to the rental agent, he agreed to them + signed my copy of the contract and made a copy for his record...but forgot to update them in the system.
Cons: There were 3 huge/major damages to the car which were not on the rental contract + in the computer system before I rented the car which made me very insecure.
Pros: The price, the car, and the gentleman that received the car on the way back was a very nice person and his customer service was excellent.
Cons: The lady at the agency trying to sell more "top-up" insurance made my husband feel that he never wants to rent a car again in his life. She painted all the horrible things that can happen to one person if you don't have "better insurance". It was a bit stressful and annoying to me. the last thing you want when you rest a car is to worry and to have to drive so carefully because she scared my husband that didn't want to have a big bill.
Cons: Their card reader couldn't read my Credit card, so I had to pay for full cover insurance, which was more expensive than the car. It is interesting, because I always use this card for rental and never had problem with it. Last time when I use was 2 weeks ago.... I had to wait 40 minutes for the transfer at the airport. There is no sign for the GoldCar in the carpark. And they are not accept the reservation from discovercars.
Pros: Never ever have I gad such a bad car: we couldn’t put the AC on, the tires were gliding on the road, the brakes were making noise and weren’t too efficient, the steering wasn’t properly set (car steering to the right on its own). Not only did Goldcar ruin an entire day of our holidays but the car itself made it very complicated to enjoy the trip (imagine driving at 40C+ without AC…)
Cons: In complete coherence with the car, the service we got at Goldcar was honestly the worst we ever experienced. The lady at the desk made us wait 3 hours because we wouldn’t pay the extra insurance, going from one customer to another. The experience was so hateful that at some point the 3 groups of people waiting to get the car starting to feel very nervous because of the lady. Impolite, inefficient, really not professional are the words that come to my mind when I think of Goldcar service.
Pros: Goldcar service and car was very good. Car was new
Pros: Did not except our first customer service person was good but then passed us on to the hard sell person
Cons: Very hard sell on insurance which was very uncomfortable and we did end up purchasing. Wouldn’t let it go saying we will be charged $300 for every little scratch and showed us the size which was about one half inch. Cost almost as much as the rental. Would not rent from gold car again and will do my research about insurance I already have which she kept saying would not be enough.
Pros: The agent was very calm and very helpful.
Cons: I could not find the bus stop at the airport - there are no markings on the parking. The logo on the bus is different then on the confirmation what is confusing.
Cons: Hidden fees; too much push to buy insurance; discrediting already purchased insurance; unregistered scratches on car that were known to agent; did not accrpt crefit card used to rent car online
Pros: The representative was ill-informed. Advised me that I will HAVE to take the car with full fuel and then return with an empty tank. I asked her to change this, but she was adamant that this arrangement was fixed and could not be altered at any cost. When I went to return the vehicle, the representative in fact advised me to return the car with full fuel to save costs. Since I had taken the car in empty, I had to fuel up. Due to a fault in the car's fuel guage, I had to go to the fuel statio
Cons: False statement in the contract, excess fees which were not explicitly defined, unfriendly staff, long waiting time, not the car provided which i booked, no alternative suggested AS PROMISED by email!
Pros: The flight was late, so the vehicle that collected us did not arrive. They would answer for two hours in the parking lot and then we took a taxi to the hotel. The next day we got by taxi to the rental agency so they did not keep a car for us so we canceled the deal. We went to another agency and received excellent treatment and service
Pros: the car was clean
Cons: 1. I booked a renault clio (or similar) 1400cc but i got a 1000cc. I had problems driving with the car full. 2. When i tried the credit card it was denied and the salesman tried to sell the full coverage with an extra 150€. I didnt agree an i asked him to cancel. Then i recieved a notification with a charge in my card. 3. The employee was rude and he inspired insecurity. 4. I wanted to keep the car for one more day. I tried to call them 2 times and i waited 40’ & 50’ on hold. Nobody answered

Pros: Nothing. Phone customer service was non existent.
Cons: Everything. This was pretty much a fraud.
Cons: I think Goldcar should be more clear regarding the type of card needed to rent a car. You should give more details about the additional fees you have to pay if you do not have a "credit card". As a customers it is very unpleasant to pay more than the price announced or expected.
Cons: Rip off extra fees. Beware
Pros: Rate was booked for 59€,I ended up paying 157€ and tbis although i returned the car a day earlier
Cons: there was no option or resolution given. Just had to pay more money than we reserved at which makes no sense. Would have rented with someone else
