Pros: The agency tried to shun me. How can it be that I am reporting various faults? They didn't really try to help, and how is it possible that I will get a defective car?
Pros: The staff really went out of their way to help, even though management was unwilling.
Cons: This business is run as cheaply as possible and you don't feel certain that they'll stand by their word if travel plans change (as they will when there are strikes and staff shortages in the airline industry). Responsiveness is low and it's hard to contact them.

Pros: Somehow hard to find at the outside meeting point. Just give them a few minutes - the traffic outside the airport can be mental.
Cons: Windows where quite dirty from the inside. But no biggie, cleaned it in a few minutes.

Pros: Cheap price, close to the airport
Cons: Although I ordered an E-grade vehicle equivalent to the Toyota Corolla, we received Citroën at the most heirloom level. No USB, no Bluetooth. The car was not clean, on the freeway I found that there was no window fluid exactly when I needed. The driver window button was broken, so to pay for Toll I had to open the door. Not a company I would go back to.

Cons: Rudeness of member of staff,waiting for car,giving us old car in very bad shape. Dents,damages,scrapes very bad interior of car high mileage,when I refuse to take that car,voice was raised what you think who you are,you get what did you pay all other cars in yard are five times more expensive then what you gave for your car (cost for our rental for 4 days was around 157€)including child car seat.We had 19 months old baby with us no difference we were waiting and waiting and so on.Not recommendin
Pros: There was not much to like to be very honest with you.
Cons: Staff were very rude and dismissive, Car was filthy and noone warned me until I pointed it out how dirty it was inside. At that point the only thing I was told it: you can bring it back on the same state. When I dropped the car off, the woman at the counter was very dismissive and did not want to hear about any of the issues I had, responding she was only doing her job. Didn't allow me to speak to a manager saying there is no manager available. Never had a worse experience in my life.
Pros: Just the ride they took us back and forth to the airport
Cons: The car was a disgrace, it was old, full of scratches all around the car, the inside was even worse, many things broken and not repaired. We told them about it when we saw it and they told us that they don’t have another car. They were lying. When I called them two hours later after picking the car that the reverse had a problem and I couldn’t put the reverse, the guy told us to drive back and give us another car. So they lied about not having another car. I managed the reverse though so I didn’
Pros: Dropping the car off was great service, different people than pick up.
Cons: 1 we had to ring them after waiting at the airport for nearly 1 hour, I think they had forgotten about us. 2 they took nearly 1 hour to sort our car hire out & had a row in front of us. 3 the car had serious mechanical problems an hour into our journey to the hotel. We phoned & they were very unhelpful, rude & threatening. I contacted discover & they sorted it right away. But we had to return the car (3 hour round trip) so with that , not being picked up on time & time waiting for car we feel we lost our 1st day of holiday. I am happy to discuss this further.
Pros: Overall, good value for money. But be ready to chase them.
Cons: Called five times before representative appeared. Cars ate 10 mins drive from airport. Accident reporting took 1,5 hours, there was a problem with insurance.

Cons: Had to pay the double price because I had a Debit card not a credit card, despite the debit card works in the same way and worked with every other car rental company I ever booked.
Pros: That the car had 4 wheels and a motor.
Cons: Everything else. Old, smelly car, which seemed like it was going to fall apart. The unclear communication of having to use a CREDIT card for the deposit, and not allowing the same card I used to make the booking, resulting of course in extra payments, or not clearly stating all additional costs.
Cons: When booking a car at your webpage I provided information that i will pick the car about midnight. At the end of the booking i was informed about total price of the rental. However when arrived at Green Motion I was informed that I need to pay addional 25 Euro for out-of-office-hours fee. What did your webpage need pick up time then? Couldn't you inform me about the VERY total price? This was weak...

Cons: We did not know where to return the car, the agent did not give us the address and explain where to go. The car was not returned at the airport and we rented a car from the airport. In addition, they charged us 20 Euros for bouncing from the airport to the agency and back to the airport. The agent said it was acceptable this way, in any case we did not think we should charge a fee because we ordered a car from the airport

Pros: The agents were helpful and patiently answered all our questions
Cons: There were no agents or representatives in the arrival hall of the airport as promised on the booking. Since we're new to the area and since we just landed in Greece, we did not have a local phone to call from. Waiting for them caused delay after we made the phone call.
Pros: Clean and reliable car, good service by the staff (except the manager)
Cons: Awful attitude by the branch manager - when picking up the car blamed us for the 1.5 hour delay of the flight, when dropping the car he moaned that we are an hour early.

A young driver fee applies to drivers under the age of 23.

A senior driver fee applies to drivers over the age of 75.
The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 1 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.
For vehicles in groups Luxury, Premium, Wagons a driver license valid for at least 2 years is required.
For driver licenses from countries not party to the International Driving Permit treaty, an official translation of the license must be presented with the original license.
In addition to the regular driver license, an International Driving Permit is also mandatory if the customer is not a resident of the following country(ies): EU countries.
A driver license printed using a non-Roman alphabet (Arabic, Japanese, Cyrillic, etc) must be supplemented by an International Driving Permit. Please note that the International Driving Permit is valid only if accompanied by the regular driver license.
Residents of the following country(ies): United Kingdom are required to present the following document(s): driver license with photo in order to pick up the car.
In addition to documents mentioned previously, the customer will need the following: valid driver license, credit or debit card on a main driver's name, Passport or ID card, booking voucher.
The exact deposit is determined on pick up since the amount is dependent on the type of vehicle.
It is possible to pay and leave the deposit only with the following payment methods: MasterCard credit card, VISA credit card.
The following payment methods are accepted: Diners, Visa Debit Card, MasterCard credit card, VISA credit card, American Express credit card, MasterCard debit card, American Express Debit card.
For the Luxury car group, a minimum of two credit cards issued on the main driver's name are required.
An administrative charge of 2 % will apply for payments made using the following credit card(s): American Express, Diners.
Visa Electron, Maestro, Cash, Prepaid cards is/are not accepted.
The main driver must provide a physical payment card in their name with enough funds to cover the deposit to pick up the car. The rental company will neither accept virtual credit cards (e.g., GooglePay or ApplePay) nor someone else’s card (including family members).

Adding additional drivers is allowed.
There is an additional charge for each driver.
Underage additional drivers are subject to both Young Driver and Additional Driver fees.
When picking up the vehicle, all drivers must be present and must provide valid documentation.
Certain additional drivers are subject to both an Additional Driver fee as well as either a Young Driver or Senior Driver fee.
Period of time, during regular working hours, when the car is still guaranteed for the customer, if the customer is late for pick up (the grace period) is 120 minutes.
