Pros: They were very friendly, and everything was wel orgeniced.

Cons: The motor of the car was to light to drive in the mountains. Maybe they can get you an appropriate car for the region. We booked a Hyundai and they give us a Kia, that isn't so good.

Pros: After driving for about 250 km we noticed that there was no engine oil and we had to fill in a gas station. We got the money but it shouldn't happen.

Cons: Another thing - the fuel. We received the car with 7/8 tank. We had to bring back with the same amount. It is impossible to fill up to 7/8 so we returned the car with full tank. I recommend to give the car always with a full tank

Pros: Very professional on any aspect. Company Absolutely recommended, especially in Thessaloniki, as I got to know very weird and unpleasant experiences with other car renters

Cons: I had to wait 30 mins to be picked up from the airport but I’m aware that nothing could be done about that, especially because I think I was slightly late on my scheduled pick up time

Cons: SKG Rent A Car is the absolute worst company I've ever dealt with in Thessaloniki. I truly believe you should stop associating with them. They have the oldest and least maintained cars out of all their competition. They make pick-up and drop-off as inconvenient and as time consuming of a process as possible. They are snarky and have a terrible attitude and don't provide true damage paperwork but rather just take pictures on their own phone. They force you to clean the car yourself. Horrible!

Cons: i got the car with knozing breakes, ist didnt fit to the roads of tzomarka at the north. the problem litght was on for all the trip.after 50 KM\H, there is wind noise from the driver windows, after 3 hours of driving its a big headache. its the last time that i take a car from you. :-(

Cons: Car broke down with flat battery. Return to depot after half day lost waiting for services to jump start. Accused of leaving keys in ignition that may have excessively drained battery. Will be promptly posting on Google to warn any and all English speaking tourists to avoid this rental company, as the inventory is poorly maintained and customer service non existent

Cons: The car had many small damages. Furthermore, I was blamed for a preexisted damage and charged for. I had to find a picture I took that it was showing that the damage was already there the day I picked up the car. I was refunded fully but it did cost me stress and lot of concern.

Pros: SKG aimes at providing a smooth overall service experience. They delivered without doubt. Especially liked the sincere friendliness of the representatives.

Cons: - in order to save extra time some of the required information can easily be filled out by the customer prior to picking up the car (prevents hand written forms by either customer or representative for copying personal information) - provide a bit more information on meeting the representative at the meeting point (e.g. a representative will pick you up by a company-branded shuttle bus at platform x approximately at the scheduled time)

Cons: The car smelled of cigarettes, I don't smoke and when I switched on the airconditioning system the smell of cigarettes was awful. They overcharged me with gas, when I didn't bring it exactly where the indicator was. 20 euro for 2/8 of gas. Also I had to wait for 30 minutes in the airport until I was picked up by their bus service.
