Pros: Although the agency is located outside the airport, there is a shuttle that takes you and even returns you to the airport. The agency is open 24 hours. We got a new, clean car. The employees were very efficient and nice.

Cons: we got an extremely dirty old unsafe baby seat without isofix in a vacuumed but dirty car, and in the end they made us pay extra cleaning money. It has not been washed since 2001.

Pros: I recently rented a car from SKG Rent A Car for a 7-day period, and once again, the service was exceptional. Being a loyal and returning customer, I continue to be impressed. The customer service is top-notch, and the drop-off/pick-up service is perfect. In my opinion, SKG Rent A Car stands as the best rental company in Thessaloniki.

Cons: 1) The car smell of fuel and as soon as it was parked for a short while the smell of the fume would burn my eyes. 2) the office near the airport is off of a busy road and has no signs. I spent 35 minutes to find it. When asked why don't they have a sign near the road, their answer was the ooluce will fine them. Every other agency had a sign.

Pros: The service I have received from the staff of the SKG Agency was impeccable! They were very friendly and polite! They took the time to explain everything about the rental and also thoroughly check the vehicle before handing it over to me. Even on a very early Sunday morning return, the Staff was super friendly and welcoming!

Pros: After driving for about 250 km we noticed that there was no engine oil and we had to fill in a gas station. We got the money but it shouldn't happen.

Cons: Another thing - the fuel. We received the car with 7/8 tank. We had to bring back with the same amount. It is impossible to fill up to 7/8 so we returned the car with full tank. I recommend to give the car always with a full tank

Cons: SKG Rent A Car is the absolute worst company I've ever dealt with in Thessaloniki. I truly believe you should stop associating with them. They have the oldest and least maintained cars out of all their competition. They make pick-up and drop-off as inconvenient and as time consuming of a process as possible. They are snarky and have a terrible attitude and don't provide true damage paperwork but rather just take pictures on their own phone. They force you to clean the car yourself. Horrible!

Cons: The car smelled of cigarettes, I don't smoke and when I switched on the airconditioning system the smell of cigarettes was awful. They overcharged me with gas, when I didn't bring it exactly where the indicator was. 20 euro for 2/8 of gas. Also I had to wait for 30 minutes in the airport until I was picked up by their bus service.
