Cons: The worst hire car I’ve had for years.

Pros: Quick service

Cons: Car had a lot of damage but no problem with the handover process

Pros: Large crack down the side of the front windscreen, although this had been deemed 'ok' by their me having, it did make the driving more nerve wracking, in case the glass were to break whilst driving.

Pros: Friendly staff and god service.

Pros: I was not satisfied with my experience at this car rental. Despite their low prices, the hassle simply isn’t worth it!

Cons: The car rental location was inconveniently far from the airport, requiring us to drive extra distance. We were charged an additional fee for being just 30 minutes late for pickup due to an airline delay—completely beyond our control. Furthermore, when we returned the car, we were hit with an excessive cleaning fee, despite the vehicle being in good condition. The staff members were also quite rude, which added to our frustration. Overall, I was very dissatisfied with my experience at this car rental. Despite their low prices, the hassle simply isn’t worth it.

Pros: Not impressed overall, had to wait an hour at the airport for a pickup.

Cons: Mostly everything from long pick-up wait, faults on the car, parking sensors not working, tire pressure sensor was on all the time. Stuff was rude on my 1h late return drop-off and didn't want to drive me back to the airport. Overcharged

Pros: They exchanged the car after us chasing them. No apology and still nothing in the way of support or help from Discovery Cars. Will not be using AA or discovery again

Cons: Car had engine management light on which had been coloured over. Suspension knock DPF warning light Service light on All highlighted by us when we picked the vehicle up but despite our numerous protests we were told they had nothing else and this was an upgrade!! In addition were also told by one rep that not sure what the problem is, because we weren't buying it!! Also had almost 300,000 miles on the clock

Pros: Never had such an service, gave me upgrade to 8y old car, after arguing I received different car sedan, 4y old car that run out of water and oil, I was isolated by agent that ask me to cancel my order.

Cons: Absolutely nothing, they definitely not from the business.

Cons: Unfortunately we aren't satisfied with the overall services. The pick up time was scheduled at 0800 (confirmed email) and we did not find someone on the phone until 0815 telling us that they thought it was 0900 and overall 1 hour late. When we arrived in their office they did not even serve us first but other customers after us and we are a family with a kid. Last but not least, we have included a child seat in our booking, AA cars stored all their car seats outside in the parking in a terrible

Pros: I liked the friendly, relaxed and responsive staff. Never tried to push an insurance to me. I had to change the car, and they found a replacement.

Cons: When I booked in UK the website said it would be £170 British pounds but when I picked up with the extra €50 for late arrival it worked out at £300 €360 great start to holiday

Cons: The car (Mercedes B-class) was “old” - the engine functioned perfectly OK however warning messages (about tire pressure, reverse back light and 3rd brake light) continued to pop up. Quite annoying and something that could have prevented - nevertheless: hope to see you soon again, thanks!

Pros: they were nice and fair. they were available to us when we needed. the car was big, comfortable and spacious (peugeot travller) that didnt use much disel so it wasvery economical.

Cons: we did not feel that the car was in great condition but we got refunf for the oil and water that we filled. we were surprised that the car came with very few gas (but we turned it in the same condition as well).

Pros: As I said, I liked the crew very much and they did a great job of getting us to and from the airport to their rental car place (about a 5 min drive from the airport).

Cons: The car that we were given had a lot of km on the lock (close to 60,000) and didn't drive well at all. Most other locations I've rented cars, they wouldn't let a car still be rented after about 12,000 mi and certainly no more than 20,000. This felt like it'd been driven very hard and was not a pleasant experience. Also, the petrol was 8 bars out of 10 full and I was asked to bring it back the same. How do you do that? Why not just make it full-to-full? It felt unnecessary hassle for the driver.

They do have other quality and newer cars, seems like i had bad luck in the middle of a high season and they type of car i needed. The minivan broke down at the end of the 27 out of 30 days rental, but it was replaced quickly with a better one.

Cons: It wasn't AACARS - it was ECO Cars. The car had several technical issues prior to the rent and we were told "it's not serious". We got a lower class car (ordered Peugeot 208 and got Fiat Panda). The baby seat was old, insecure, and dirty. It took more than an hour to get the car and as it was 10PM we couldn't refuse it.

Pros: Pick up and drop off processing didn't take too long and the people were friendly and helpful. Cost was competitive
