Pros: The shuttle bus driver on pick-up and the young man that arranged the car for me on pick-up were particularly polite and helpful

Cons: I had to return the car within an hour as it wouldn't lock with the remote nor with the key, as the latter only locked the driver's door. Changing the batteries meant that I could lock the car with the remote but not unlock it. To do so, I had to unlock the driver's door with the key, put the key in the ignition, turn it once, and then unlock the rest of the doors from inside. No apology was given. In fact I was told that this was a minor inconvenience (for a 2-week rental).

Cons: We reserved a car via a website, but had to phone aacars because the driver had not arrived at the time that was agreed upon. We are not from EU and could not buy greek SIM cards, so that was another complication.

Cons: Had to ring them as no sign of them at meeting place and time. Also when dropping off car at their premises had problems finding it even tho using sat nav.

Cons: Left us out in the sun waiting for half an hour for our pick-up to go to their office. Lied multiple times telling us they would be 1 minute. Went to drop the car off and the office was closed, no phone numbers. Had to just wait around and hope.

Cons: The car rental location was inconveniently far from the airport, requiring us to drive extra distance. We were charged an additional fee for being just 30 minutes late for pickup due to an airline delay—completely beyond our control. Furthermore, when we returned the car, we were hit with an excessive cleaning fee, despite the vehicle being in good condition. The staff members were also quite rude, which added to our frustration. Overall, I was very dissatisfied with my experience at this car rental. Despite their low prices, the hassle simply isn’t worth it.

Suspension knock DPF warning light Service light on All highlighted by us when we picked the vehicle up but despite our numerous protests we were told they had nothing else and this was an upgrade!! In addition were also told by one rep that not sure what the problem is, because we weren't buying it!! Also had almost 300,000 miles on the clock

Pros: Never had such an service, gave me upgrade to 8y old car, after arguing I received different car sedan, 4y old car that run out of water and oil, I was isolated by agent that ask me to cancel my order.

Pros: they were nice and fair. they were available to us when we needed. the car was big, comfortable and spacious (peugeot travller) that didnt use much disel so it wasvery economical.

Cons: we did not feel that the car was in great condition but we got refunf for the oil and water that we filled. we were surprised that the car came with very few gas (but we turned it in the same condition as well).

Pros: As I said, I liked the crew very much and they did a great job of getting us to and from the airport to their rental car place (about a 5 min drive from the airport).

Cons: The car that we were given had a lot of km on the lock (close to 60,000) and didn't drive well at all. Most other locations I've rented cars, they wouldn't let a car still be rented after about 12,000 mi and certainly no more than 20,000. This felt like it'd been driven very hard and was not a pleasant experience. Also, the petrol was 8 bars out of 10 full and I was asked to bring it back the same. How do you do that? Why not just make it full-to-full? It felt unnecessary hassle for the driver.

They do have other quality and newer cars, seems like i had bad luck in the middle of a high season and they type of car i needed. Cons: It wasn't AACARS - it was ECO Cars. The car had several technical issues prior to the rent and we were told "it's not serious". We got a lower class car (ordered Peugeot 208 and got Fiat Panda). The baby seat was old, insecure, and dirty. It took more than an hour to get the car and as it was 10PM we couldn't refuse it.
