Pros: The station manager Lia Kampouridou was very helpful and arranged a replacement car when others said nothing could be done. I appreciated her professionalism and willingness to actually solve the problem.

Cons: The phone agent I spoke with was unhelpful and dismissive. Instead of trying to solve my issue, they just told me there were no cars and offered no alternatives. It felt like they dumped the problem back on me rather than providing any support.

Free cancellation with a full refund up to 48 hours before your pick-up time, Unlimited mileage, Collision Damage Waiver (deductible: € 1000.00), Theft Protection, Airport surcharge, Third Party Liability (TPL), VAT (value added tax), Free modifications.
Driver requirements
Minimum rental age is 21 years.
A young driver fee applies to drivers under the age of 23.

There is no maximum age.
A Senior driver fee is not applied.

The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 1 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.

A driver license printed using a non-Roman alphabet (Arabic, Japanese, Cyrillic, etc) must be supplemented by an International Driving Permit.
In addition to the regular driver license, an International Driving Permit is also mandatory if the customer is not a resident of the following country(ies): EU.

Please note that the International Driving Permit is valid only if it is accompanied by a regular driver's license, is issued by an official authority or government-authorized organization, and is in physical (not digital) form.

Fuel policy
The vehicle is provided with a certain amount of fuel and must be returned with the same amount in order to avoid additional charges.
Additional information
In case of renting at the airport location, the customer must provide a valid flight number in order to make a reservation.
Winter tires are not mandatory in Greece.
Business hours
The supplier will hold the vehicle for 29 minutes after your scheduled pick-up time as long as it is within their normal business hours. After this time, your booking may be canceled without refund.
