Cons: We have arrived at renta place before 20. 00 after waiting 30 min at pick up location. When we arrived to rental office, renta agent left to drop off other customer to the airport. When he came back in 15 min he gave us a car and charged 50e extra for out of hours as it was 20.15 when we were leaving. But we arrived to the office before 20.00

Pros: Car was clean, new, price was perfect.
Cons: I had to wait more then 30 minutes for shuttle. After 3rd call to company had to ask for adress and call taxi. Once Ive boarded the taxi, shuttle arrived.

Pros: Efficient representative
Cons: Inferior car in bad condition, and no windshield liquid either. Dangerous, automatic shift not stable. I know now why I had to prepay this experience. It is Bait and Switch.

Free cancellation with a full refund up to 48 hours before your pick-up time, Unlimited mileage, Collision Damage Waiver (deductible: € 700.00), Third Party Liability (TPL), Personal Accident Insurance, Airport surcharge, Road tax, Environmental charge, Free modifications, State Tax.

A deposit will be blocked on the customer's credit card and will be released within 30 days after drop-off.

Cross-border policy
Crossing country/state borders is not allowed.
Using a ferry is allowed on the previous request and for an additional charge with special permission from the car rental company.
