Cons: Ma carte a bloqué lors du paiement du siège enfant, il a des lors été impossible pour les personnes de record go d’accepter un paiement par un autre moyen de paiement (autre carte ou cash). Il s’agit de la sécurité de mon enfant mais il était impossible pour eux que je paye d’une autre façon le siège. J’ai donc du louer sans siège auto et me débrouiller par un autre moyen pour louer un siège auto.
Pros: Liked the efficiency at the airport and simple drop off
Cons: Record go using partners such as Discovery cars that has poor consumer information and also the car had many scratches

Pros: Et je pense qu’avec la combinaison de la caution et de notre assurance nous aurions été correctement servi. Aujourd’hui nous avons le sentiment d’avoir eu des voleurs et nous avons perdu 230€.

Pros: We were given a hybrid Lexus which was a nice surprise and saved us money! We also were pleasantly surprised they didn't take a huge bond as we had been informed they might.
Cons: We would have liked them to be open when dropped of the car at 6.50am so they could check and we could hand over our gas receipt as requested. But all went OK.
Pros: Terrible service. We couldnt do the deposit with a creditcard of another person. Because of that, we needed to pay the full amount of 200!!! Euro’s extra for full protection. That was more expensive than the car itself.

Cons: The first driver had a limit of 1000 euro on his creditcard, and me als his girlfriend could not do the authorization. The men at the desk says that he could make me the second driver, and then I could do the payment, but when my card was already in the machine, the manager came and canceled it. The only option was to pay 198 extra for the full insurance, but we already had that option with discover cars. When we picked that option we should get the second driver for free. but we didn’t get that
Pros: Rather efficient process. The car I ssigned was not quite what I ordered (I know, it says "SImilar), but overall of a higher class.
Cons: Time spent to pick up the car. Although RecordGo location has many desk points it can get very busy upon arrival of a next flight.

Pros: Fast, fair, good car condition. It was first time that we got the same model we made reservation for.
Cons: Difficult to find office at the Mallorca airport if arriving after 11.00 pm. The first office we walked by when arriving to the airport was closed, with a note saying “we are at the other office” with no directions where that other office might be :-). The clerk at the store next to that was probably used of being asked for directions all the time :-)

Cons: The company policy of not handing over the sheet (nor via email) with all the car’s scratches and bumps. You’re supposed to take pictures of everything and, when you bring the car back, if there’s something you have to show them the pictures justifying that it was already there… Fortunately it was easy to give it back, but I was a bit worried during the trip thinking that I might have to discuss or argue over some scratches that were already there.

Cons: Unable to contact anyone, when key was thought to be missing, calling numbers listed on booking, before 23:00hrs as well (stated office hours) these were listed as contact points. I believe a contact point is needed for issues if they arise, in another country, alone, when an issue arises, it’s worrying.

Cons: They was trying to sell insurance eventhough knowing that i have brought full insurance on discover car .Kind of they were trying to misguide and provides wrong information about car had no damage even we found few scratches while inspection.
Pros: I spent only 5 minutes at Just Go Box, get PDF to e-mail, than in pick-up office grabbed keys without any other needs. On DiscoverCars I have paid FullCover and RecordGo accepted it without any suspension. I was paying via DebitCard, no deposit was taken (except 137€ to full tank, which was returned to card within 40 hours).
Pros: Car we received was OK and in accordance with our booking.
Cons: To be honest, we didn’t like our experience with RecordGo and will most likely never use their services. Will also not recommend them to others. Main reason for that is their policy and not being transparent - on the page of discover cars there are certain information listed, and when you get to the counter they explain you their additional conditions. you need to pay their insurance (how they call it), and insurance you can pay via doscover cars is not valid for them. Really bad experience.

Cons: Don’t like console I have to complete and then agent to recheck the same, waist of time. Agent was not able explain why I have got this car model but not another. Strange rule of last bill of fuel to be done within 10km radius of airport. Car was a bit dirty, and I didn’t have windows washing fluid - that was almost dangerous situation on the road when I wanted to clean dirty window and became for a few seconds blind because of now liquid.
Pros: The service was terrible, they tried to take the deposit from us twice which was incredibly disappointing. They also gave us no information about the charging situation.

Pros: The only positive aspect with Record-Go was the lady we did the dropping off with, who was extremely helpful and friendly.
Cons: The car rental agents (airport & in the vehicle pickup terminal) are unfriendly, they don't make any effort to help. Upon the rental, the car assigned was a Fiat 500 or similar, and I got a DR. The car was spacious and comfortable, but when it came to the engine, it was sluggish. To reach 100 km/h, it had to be downhill, and the car's fuel consumption was above 10liters per 100km. I didn't even drive 400km with the car and had to spend 77€ on 95 octane gasoline.

Pros: Tires were unbalanced and warning light was on. Showed them this after turning on the car but refused to change the car. Came back again after a day as car dragging but again refused to change it. SPENT the entire 10 day holiday with problematic car. No concern for safety.

Pros: As soon as we found the desk as they had moved to a new location near the exit of the airport the agent pointed us towards a screen to do it ourselves and it worked perfectly. They even helped to look over everything when I mistakenly put the wrong date in for my driving licence, quickly solved and on our way to collect the car which was very fast.

Cons: Rental agents at the pickup desk, all try to scare you to buy insurance from them. Very distasteful way to start your vacation with their scare tactics. They confuse you. Tell you, that you will be sorry if I don't get their insurance. They scare you to believe that the deposit made on your credit card is not coming back. Even though I said I had full coverage from DiscoverCars, they were behaving like thugs forcing you to buy their insurance. I refused their offers. But many people got tricked.
Pros: There was a large queue so the service was slow. I took full insurance out with Discovercars but the agent was very pushy about accepting their insurance ( that I declined). Had to pay €40 out of hours charge even though we were in the queue b4 11.00pm! No staff at the car garage so you need to spend a lot of time checking previous damages and marks and scratches that are not showing on the rental agreement. Non of this was explained by the agent… obviously he was miffed that I refused insuran!

Pros: The first car provided was dangerous to drive, this was found out when arriving at the first roundabout from the rental car park. At speed the brakes shook the car and nearly made us crash as they were not safe. My wife and child were quite shaken from the experience. When I came back with the car to the rental car park the staff just said oh ok here’s another car. There was no concern over my family’s well being or effort to provide help from what had happened. I was not impressed.

The only thing I want to clarify is that the incorrectness, which you have in the sense it would be better to enter the daily amount for driving under the age of 39 in the price of the car quote, without having to wait for a surprise when you arrive at the desk or in any case through an e-mail that arrives a week after booking

We booked a larger car with as much boot space as we could find as there were 5 of us plus luggage and we were given a Corsa. A Corsa! So while we thought we were saving money thru you, it was just because we were given a tiny car. We have decided to just pay the extra and go thru a reputable company next time.

Return was a bit of a chore as there were no Record Go return spaces left but they insisted the vehicle be left in one of their spaces.

As we were waiting in the que to pick up about 30-40 min the time for pick up ran out and we were 6:20 min after the pick up time that we were seting on the booking . And our order was canceled , and the agent made us pay 100 eur extra for a reactivation of the canceled order that was atotal nonsence. Also they said they can not give us the car that was ordered and can provide a smaller car for the same price.
