Cons: Over a hour spent waiting to be served whilst picking up the car and I was disappointed to be given only a partial refund on returning the car back full of fuel ( however it is in the Terms and conditions). All great apart from that !
Cons: The Mercedes continually lurched to the left dangerously. On reporting this it took 4 days for the car to be collected. I was charged 180 Euros for the car to be collected. This should be REFUNDED

Makes zero sense!! Would not recommend this rental company in a million years!!!

Cons: I was presented a great value deal for money. I paid low daily rate with some higher insurance. When I arrived to the rental desk, i was forced to pay another 72-78euro insurance + another 110euro for petrol!! when only 66eu would be returned...????? what is the rest for?????? I was totally outraged and had I not spent considerably amount of effort to travel back to airport (only where was this "great deal for money" available) I would never accepted the rental. very dissapointig and I am anrgy!

Cons: Worst customer service I have ever experienced, their goal is to frustrate you in to paying more money. It is consciously understaffed with people getting angry and roaring at the staff as it takes so long to pick up and return the cars. I would strongly recommend not to use RecordGo at Palma airport
Pros: The car was as a whole preserved, probably about one year old, 17,000 km on speedometer. Despite that, I noticed three damages, two on front bumper, one on the roof. All of them I made pictures when picking up.
Cons: They communicate with clients in a modern anonymous way. Whereas in Centauro car rental a queue of clients if getting in contact with 4-5 workers, at Record car expect you just one hard-pressed young woman whose task consisting to send every client to an PC automatic device. Moreover this process absoIutely ignores, what I booked and paid before departure to Mallorca. E.g. on my voucher after booking at home is printed 23.04 EUR payable whereas they charged another 115,38 EUR.

Cons: Staff very rude. Sniggered when I did not want the extra insurance and mutters well your very brave. Then on top of that charged me for fuel I did not use. As that is there policy. Very underhanded. I use car hires 6 times a year and thought i would try them as it was only a Short trip. My mistake. However I will never use them Again and will definitely never recommend. Cons: Cost was double advertised cost, including a "refuelling" charge when no refueling was needed - simply dishonest. First car provided was faulty - had no air conditioning. Second car had un-recorded paintwork damage and no rear windscreen wiper.

Cons: Absolutely terrible process at Palma airport. We had to wait almost an hour and half with a disabled child to finalise the car with the agents. A ticket system was in place but meant nothing as people jumped the queue. Everyone was furious. I will never use Record Go again and you should drop them from your organisation otherwise it will impact on your reputation.

Pros: The car was great and suited our needs while we were in Majorca. The condition of the car was overall good. The drop off we were seen quickly. The car seat hired was of good quality.
Cons: The time to pick up the car was very long with a queuing system in place. There were also additional costs added over and above that quoted by Discover Car Hire. The amount quoted to be paid at pickup was significantly lower than what was charged.

I was then charged a 27 euros for some kind of admin fee on top of what I had already paid that I was not made aware of?!. On returning the car they tried to pin some old damage to the car on me before capitulating?! The car ran well but was under powered for its size. Regards M
Pros: Very unhelpful at desk and assistant was rude. Only wanted to charge nearly double the online quote. In the end I rented a car from Avis and sacrificed my £40 deposit paid online. Would never use again.
Cons: No customer care, rude, obtuse and only interested in adding on additional charges which nearly doubled the original quoted online price. That bad that I used a different hire firm, losing my £40 deposit paid online.
Pros: It seemed cheap upon initial booking.

Pros: A very friendly and polite gentleman from the same company sorted out car hire following the very rude aggressive man that we were forced to walk away from. Car was in good condition and very clean.
Cons: What a rip off. I have rented cars hundreds of times in many countries and never been stitched up with such huge hidden charges!! I purchased a full insurance package upon booking, upon arrival they insisted that this was not what the paperwork suggested and we were bullied into adding this for another £270ish. We asked to take the quote away to consider and the man quickly ripped it up and theatened to call security (An obvious sign we were being ripped off!).
Cons: We booked fully comprehensive cover with yourselves, but on arrival were advised by Record and Go that this was worthless, and would not cover us in practice. It's very poor to have such bad link between yourself and the rental company, and made the whole experience stressful and indeed like a scam.

Cons: Understaffed, had to wait in queue of 40 people to get car. During busy times plan about 2 hours get your car. Returns also understaffed and takes at least 30 minutes.

Cons: The car provided was all covered in scratches, had some stone chips, dent and a massive scuff on one side of the car. It is not hard to imagine that I was not too impressed. When pickin up the car I had to pay extra for the fuel tank and service and refuling. I was told that these charges are going to be returend, if the the car comes back with the tank full. I did what they asked me for, but the refuling charge was not returned. I had refulled the car to the max on the nearest petrol station.

Cons: Would have preferred it if on collection of car they walked round it with you and pointed out damage as well as giving you a diagram. Cars are parked in a very dark area and not easy to examine.

Cons: Ripped off! The cost was originally advertisde as 40euros for 4 days. However once I went to collect the car many charges were then piled on which were not expected or explained at the time of bookning. Total price 285euros!! Total scam. And the car was parked in the wrong place so took ages to find late at night. Every other customer at the desk was having the same dreadful experience. Will NEVER book with them again.

Cons: The queue for Record-Go at Palma airport was 31 deep, which would have meant waiting over 3h at the rate they were handling customers. We ended up using Sixt, which cost an extra £100 or so, but at least we got out of the airport.

Pros: Car was good and actual car hire was cheap. We had paid £40 for additional premium insurance in advance online but the excess with Record Go would still have required a credit card deposit of £1000+ (with the insurance only paying out up to £2500 to us - so not typical car insurance!). We also bought a €160 full damage waiver (8 days - Nissan Qashqai) which we think was worthwhile and removed any possibility of Record Go trying anything on/ claiming for damage that we did not cause.
Cons: Collection desk in airport was a little slow, but service when served was excellent, and in English.

Cons: The fact that they don't accept American Express to pay for the deposit - this policy wasn't obviously mentioned during the booking process, so I had to pay over £1k on my debit card. Once I'd dropped off the car, there was also no confirmation email/letter signed to say that I was going to get my full deposit back, it was only mentioned by the RecordGo representative.

At a point in your holiday when you just want to pick up your car and go, Record Go have a ticketting system where you can pay 50EUR to go up the queue. Not nice. Despite booking an automatic car, Record Go claimed not to have any when i got there and triend to insist on giving me a manual car. Eventually after I explained that I can't drive a manual car, they 'found' an automatic for me.

Pros: Location in airport terminal made it convenient to pick up.
Cons: Vehicle had some sort of pitch or sap spots all over and although it was there from a previous rental I was left wondering if it would be charged against me as damages. The agency employee doing the checkout of the vehicle really didn't seem to show concern but, also refused to note it on the damages record. Fortunately, we were not questioned or charged when we returned the vehicle.

Had I known when booking I would have paid the extra to go with sixt. Please note that even 40 Syria to jump the initial queue would still have left me with an but waiting in hot car park with no seats or feedback. Poor service.

The booking was confirmed very late - I called to confirm hours before and the agent could not confirm the booking. The car was confirmed just prior to pick up. The car was very damaged and not sufficient. I would have booked a different car if I knew the condition of the car was so bad.
