Pros: Ticket system used at office desk. Ticket issued by shuttle bus driver.

Cons: The agent didn't explain very well the costs I was going to be charged. She was rushing through the explanation and included in the total a specific cost for a service that I didn't want or request. I'm referring to the car excess insurance. I also found scratches on the car that were not present in the contract. I had to chase the agent so as to add the scratches on their system. Then I had to chase the agent again for a new contract to be printed so that I would have proof of all the scratchs.

Pros: Car was good

Cons: The agency is scamming on pre-existing minor scratches under the bumper. Clearly they are making lots of money through this scam. Stay away!

Pros: They changed rapidly our car when we took it back right after we got the first one which was broken.

Cons: Location far from terminal, had to wait for transport bus. At first we got a car which was broken or there was some malfunction with diesel filters... Couldnt accelerate at all and car was going really slow speed. They changed our car and after we got really good and new car, which was quite an upgrade for the first one.

We were forced to spend €220 on a new battery as both companies stopped receiving our calls and didn’t respond to email. Absolutely appalling customer service

Pros: At the time of returning the car, the lady (local) was super friendly and helpfull.

Cons: Rude personnel (foreign) refusing to do their job. At the pickup time the agent refused to do the car visual inspection, claiming that the car is OK. Scratches and a dent on the car have to be mentioned on the paperwork before the vehicle pickup.

Pros: The fact that their full insurance really covers everything and they do not hold any excess.

J'ai l'habitude de louer des voitures, et le processus de vérification des dommages (avant et après) était le pire que j'ai eu. Je ne recommande à personne cette compagnie.

Cons: très long et aucune prise en charge pour la vérification des dommages. Par la suite, ils nous charge des frais sur des dommages qui étaient déjà présents. Nous allons utiliser tous les recours pour ne pas payer ces frais, compte tenu que la personne en charge du retour était aucunment sympathique et compréhensive dans nos discussions.

Cons: Que contraté full / full y me dieron medio depósito, en la letra pequeña ponía que podía pasar pero a mí nunca me paso . Al final llenamos prácticamente el depósito pero solo devuelven medio. Quise contratar un servicio adicional y estuve 45 minutos al teléfono antes de poder hablar con un agente. Y por último, no tienen servicio de entrega fuera de horario y tuvimos que dejar el coche un día antes y cancelar la reserva en un restaurante de palma para cenar. En fin, nunca más.

Cons: We had to wait over one hour to pick up our rental car. There is a ticket system that does not work and we had to wait in line a long time to be told that we were not on the list. After seeing three full buses of customers be served before us and cutting the line to insist we had been forgotten, we were finally attended because an employee made an exception. It's unacceptable. There was chaos in the office, people don't know where to go and end up cutting the line to be served.

Cons: Dreadfully slow and shambolic pick up. Just 5 of us in the queue, took over an hour, why?! Gave me a much larger car then I had rented which made it difficult to drive the small tight roads, I booked a small car for a reason. Car was supposed to have fuel full and to return full. Instead it was at 40%, very difficult to bring it back like that!

Cons: I booked full to full fuel policy. Cantauro took £125 payment from my card which is recredited when the car is returned with a full tank. I would have preferred this amount to be blocked as I now have to pay this off on my latest statement as the credit did not reach my card account in time.

Pros: Very nice representatives with great English. Brand new clean car with low mileage. Deposit was returned within 48hrs. I would highly recommend centauro and discover cars.

Cons: Dark parking lot at Palma airport but no biggie. Insurance deposit was way too high (1200eur) for a rental contract worth eur500. The deposit should be no more than Eur200 if you have full insurance coverage.

Cons: Carnage at check in is all I can say. There was some form of priority system which one knew what was going on. People were dropped off on a coach and got served straight away while we were waiting for an hour or so, others had been there for 2 hours. Bit nuts but once we got served everything was fine

There was a long line for return, I told them that I was in a hurry to catch my flight and the answer was "as everybody else". I asked if I could leave the keys and go and they said that to release the $1,000 let as a guarantee I have to be present until they gave the OK. Such a lack of confidence!

Pros: Picking up was seamless!!!. Lucia was GREAT!!!! The drop off was a nightmare! We had NO idea that the rental place didn't open until 7 am. Our flight was at 7:40. We sat in front of the rental car gate since 5am. There was no drop box to return key. No customer service line at that hour. There were several people in the same predicament. Once it was 7 am ALL of the agents and employees arriving were rude. Terrible Terrible! I would probably not rent from them again.
