Pros: Make online check in work. Accept all credit cards, not scam on insurance.

Pros: The lady behind the desk was brilliant.
Cons: The shuttle bus took an hour to collect us from the airport, which isn't helpful when we have a toddler, and they didn't provide a car seat for the bus.
Pros: The car conditions !
Cons: There was main issue, on the day of drop off, there was only one shuttle service working, and it took one hour to get to the airport after dropping off the car. Also there was only one quarter of the gas tank when picking up but I drop it off with more than three quarters and didn’t get any refund for that. The gas tank should be full at pickup! Also the washroom didn’t have toilet paper nor a dryer nor paper towel!!
Pros: Absolutely nothing, terrible terrible company
Cons: Long queues to pick up car, 45 minutes to an hour. Car had a lot of damage on it that was documented. Returning the car takes just as long. Agents try and make false claims about new damage, luckily we video all cars and photograph damage to prove it was already there. Once you show the agents the proof they become rude and just dismiss you as they are then unable to penalise you with fees.
Pros: Car was in perfect condition
Cons: Pickup was a little slow

A Young driver fee is not applied.
There is no maximum age.
A senior driver fee applies to drivers over the age of 76.
The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 1 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.
A driver license printed using a non-Roman alphabet (Arabic, Japanese, Cyrillic, etc) must be supplemented by an International Driving Permit.
Please note that the International Driving Permit is valid only if it is accompanied by a regular driver's license, is issued by an official authority or government-authorized organization, and is in physical (not digital) form.
In order to pick up the car, the following documents are required: passport, valid driver license, credit card on a main drivers name, booking voucher.
Crossing country borders are allowed for an extra charge of 20 EUR per day, with a minimum of 40 EUR and a maximum of 300 EUR applied.
Crossing country borders is forbidden if the car is rented in the following territory(ies): Madrid, Palma de Mallorca, Alicante, Valencia, Murcia.
From Spain, only travel to Portugal is allowed, when the vehicle has been picked up at any of the following offices: Sevilla.
From Spain, only travel to Andorra, France is allowed, when the vehicle has been picked up at any of the following offices: Bilbao, Barcelona, Girona.
From Spain, only travel to Portugal is allowed, when the vehicle has been picked up at any of the following offices: Santiago.
In the event that Cross Border & Territorial Restrictions are violated, all protections lose their validity.

There is an additional charge for each driver.
When picking up the vehicle, all drivers must be present and must provide valid documentation.
The vehicle is provided with a certain amount of fuel and must be returned with the same amount in order to avoid additional charges.
For electric vehicles: the customer will receive the vehicle totally charged, and it is NOT necessary to return it with a full charge.
The supplier will hold the vehicle for 60 minutes after your scheduled pick-up time as long as it is within their normal business hours. After this time, your booking may be canceled without refund.
