I told the agent that i had taken out my own excess policy and he told me it would not cover scratches to the bodywork. Cons: At the desk, I paid for a upgraded car but the agent didn't update that on the system so it looked like I booked one car but took another one out. Week after I returned, my originally booked car got reported by OK to the police as stolen. Sorted it out with the OK security after their error and told me they'll give my deposit back. A week later and still hasn't been released. Called my bank and disputed that transaction. Tried calling OK multiple times but kept going back and forth.

Car already had many scratches. In the end, surprise! The agent inspected the car and found 2 “new” scratches. Luckily I had pictures. These were not new. So they closed the file without any charges, but did not enter the missing scratches in their database. They’re waiting for the next victim :-(

Secondly, only Visacards with PIN are accepted als deposit - a PIN for the Visacard is unusual in Germany, though it was provided onetime. There is no way round to pick up your car without th PIN other than to book just the "recommended" insurance. I had to pay the 176,- Euro on top of my complete payment I had settled in advance. They also did not honour our car preferences and so we did not get a car we wanted.

We took a taxi to the car site to speed up the process only to find a massive queue of customers waiting to pick up cars. Most people, including us, and even families with kids waited 3 hours to pick up their cars. This was in the middle of no where, with no food/ beverage options nearby, in the heat. Unacceptable! Cons: I had to pay €18 for "speedy" service, that took over 90 minutes, there was one toilet for over 100 people, the majority of which had to wait outside in the sun, there was no water available, appaling attitudes from most members of staff, misleading information from shuttle bus driver, I was told that when I return the car, they're open from 06:30, I turned up & I was told I had to pay €50 to return the car at that time or wait till after 7am, there was no queuing system in place when returning

Cons: Long delay in pick up due to several desks staffed by trainees who struggled to complete forms. Arguments over supposed damage to the car on return. Eventually they agreed that we had not damaged their car !!

Cons: The collection service was appalling. I was waiting for over 2 hours for my car amongst 50+ people. I am unsure as to why they request your collection time when they are so overwhelmed with customers that you will never get the car at your requested time.The police were called due to too many people indoors waiting (exceeding the COVID capacity) and during my 2 hour wait my bag was stolen. Unfortunately the service in the centre when collecting the car overshadowed the brilliant car and price.

Pros: This was the most horrible rental experience ever. Once we arrived we waited two hours because that’s how long it took to see an agent. Then when we got to the desk, despite having purchased insurance for the car through discover cars, the agent required a 1200 dollar hold over my account in case any damage incurred because discover cars is a third party agent. It felt like extortion.

Cons: Despite the terrible overall experience, the worst part of this experience was the two hour wait. It is unreal that a car rental agency would ask a customer to wait two hours to pick up a car. Never again.

Cons: The lady from the Ok Rent A Car tried to sell me additional insurance although I had a full coverage auto insurance and tried to convince me that mine is not enough.

Cons: Absolutely horrible service! We landed at 8.40 PM and got the car before 1 am. Out of 8 counters they had only 2-3 open. On top of it, they charged us with "OK Premium cover" for 161 Eur, although we paid full coverage already when booking the car via Discover Cars. I sent several emails immediately when I spot this during the stay, so far no response. Even calling to the Customer service didn't solve the situation (no response yet). These guys don't care about their customers at all!

Cons: Absolutely terrible. We were waiting an hour with no view in sight to be seen, with a pregnant wife and a young baby. Some people had been there for over 4 hours! Everyone was livid. In the end, we cancelled our booking and took a taxi to the hotel as we had to look after our child. Disaster. Staff were exasperated but non-apologetic. Wouldn’t touch this company again and strongly recommend others to avoid. Our hotel were lovely and arranged alternative car hire that was a breathe of fresh air.

Tratamos de contactar con "asistencias en carretera" durante 3 días, no obtuvimos respuesta algunas ("todo los agentes estan ocupados"), el coche se recalentaba, por momentos no tiraba mas de 30 y por autopista (un peligro), tuvimos que llevarlo a un taller por cuenta propia. Primera experiencia y muy insatisfecha.

Cons: When we came to OK Rental we wait 1 hour even thou we have booking on 10.00 a.m. After this young stupid girl refused me rent a car because she didnt like my belgish bank card!!! I have paid 40 eur advance and she didnt pay me this back. THEN WE STAYED WITHOUT CAR in the middle of nothing - 5 km from city without transport in Mallorca! Temperature 40 degrades! Then wa were without car. Super! The best!

They tell you it must be full of petrol on return yet provides it with half a tank. The car had a warning ‘low tire pressure’ warning in collection and even after I filled the tyre it still said the same.

Would never consider going back to OK and would strongly recommend against them to friends and family. Their aggressive sales technique of the insurance excess policy was misleading, inappropriate and lacking of factual basis. We left with an impression ‘you are not ensured’. The most unpleasant experience of the holiday. Never again.
