Wiber at Palma de Mallorca Airport

Cons: The car was dirty. They ask for pictures of the car, taken at night for reporting the damages and at the delivery i was pretty sure that they will find a damage to retain my fee. But after disagree they attend to proceed without damages.

Pros: rude staff, I would not recommend them.

Cons: They do accept AMEX and charge huge amounts for insurance.

Cons: Payment suprises that dont match their written payment options. You have to check in online to get a seat on their shuttles to and from the location.

Cons: Very salesy trying to make us buy additional coverage and saying the additional coverage we had through discover was not sufficient. Scaring us with threats of high excess. The car was in an awful state and the agent didn't look over the car with us so we had to try and take photos in the dark and had only 2 hours to upload them one by one one annoying WhatsApp bot

Cons: The Agent was initially pleasant and helpful, then when I baulked at the 2nd deposit (They already had 1000 euros), then at the additional insurance, which I declined, as I thought I had already taken some out with Discover cars, she became rude and said she didn't want my custom anyway because I didn't pay them (SIC - i.e. not all of their extras) She was very pushy and almost threatening about the insurance and how easily I will be paying them for damage at the end of my hire. Never again

Cons: They tell you that there are no scratches, cracks and bumps on the car so nothing for you to mention, then you get there and there are loads. Then when you drop off they clearly have a list of all the pre-existing issues that they try to fine you for (and probably everyone else before and after). Fortunately I had photos for evidence, but clearly a scam

Pros: The collection process was easy and quick, although it was quiet when we arrived so it may not always be this easy.

Cons: The car was battered. It had dents and scratches all over, didn’t even have a the fiat badge on it anymore. The drop off service was horrific. It took 50 minutes for them to provide a shuttle from the offsite to the airport. There was no clear instruction. There was people and bags everywhere. It was chaos. They had loads of spare buses sitting around with no one to drive them. They clearly didn’t have the staff for the demand.

Dla osoby przyjezdnej ciężko jest znaleźć miejsce odbioru auta tym bardziej że nie ma biura na lotnisku a jedynie co 15 minut na parkingu podjeżdżają busy, które to zabierają z lotniska do biura. Kolejny minus to godziny otwarcia. My londowalismy w nocy i niestety musieliśmy kombinować aby odebrać samochód następnego dnia rano.

Cons: They charged me for two pre-existing small and inconsequential marks which they did not identify when I picked up the car (which was at night when it was dark)

Pros: It was easy to find the shuttle bus; one turned up within ten minutes with no need to call the company, which was nice. We were handed the keys without issue, even after declining their additional cover. There is good value for money, and our full deposit was refunded without issue. The rental office is clean, organised, and the staff were helpful.

Cons: The usual upselling tactics are used by staff to scare you into taking their additional insurance.

The additional cost was much more than I was expecting when I reached wiber with the cost doubling. Zapewne to nie wina Pani która goode mnie odbierała ale wina całej firmy za niedopilnowanie. Udowodniłem jedną szkodę która nagrałem w trakcie odbierania samochodu, na drugą przypisali mi szkodę 220 euro gdzie również mam udokumentowane że była przed moim wypozyczeniem. Nie polecam tej wypożyczalni. Oceny jakie wystawiłem powyżej są adekwatne, proszę je udostępnić wraz z moją opinią.

Cons: They didn’t wait my delay flight. They didn’t answer on the phone. I called them 100 times. So bad experience.

Cons: Picking up the car took us 2 hours. There was no communication why it was all taking so long. When we finally were called up, (it was 7pm, we booked to pick the car up at 4.30pm) they informed us we had to return it at 4.30pm on the final day. I asked if it couldn't be extended due to the long delay we experienced and only then we were explained that there had been an accident earlier which was the cause for the delay. They then proceeded to get annoyed at us for asking for an extension.

He refused to give you the keys to the car until we took out premium cover which cost us €150 more. He said we were driving illegally with the basic cover we had. It was 12am and wanted to get to the accommodation after a delay. We felt pressured and had no choice even through we were covered with a policy already.

Cons: No signage at the airport meant that many people arrived and did not form an orderly queue as they were unsure of where to wait. This lead to huge tensions as people accused others of queue jumping. Only two shuttles running despite a large number of bookings. Took over 2 hours from landing to get into the car. Car worked fine but pretty much every single panel, wheel and mirror had damage to it which Took over 30 minutes to photograph.

Pros: We had broken a taillight lens, but the rep waiting for us at drop off was able to handle the issue and reporting with great efficiency!

Cons: It was very busy at check in and it was a considerable wait to see the agent. Once we got to the front of the line, the agent had us going within a few minutes.

Pros: Pick up from airport a bit difficult to find as carpark so busy. Transfer to Wiber office straight forward. Collection of car quick. Decent car, only 1500k on the clock. Return of car couldn't have been easier. And Transfer back to airport within 10mins.

Cons: The vehicle could not top 60MPH without losing traction on straight roads with dry clear weather conditions. The car was a Citreon SUV, we originally booked a Mercedes and got this instead at the last minute. Terrible vehicle. The customer service when dropping the car off at Wiber was poor, and we had to drop it off early and spend a fortune on taxis back and forth from our hotel because it was not disclosed they do not have a drop off box for keys. Would not recommend.

Cons: On collecting the car it was extremely dirty, making it impossible to take photographs of the car's condition. I was physically assaulted by a wiber staff member when dropping off the car. Rude, confrontational and hugely unpleasant. Refused to give me her name to enable submission of a complaint.

Cons: We had to wait about 30-40 minutes upon arrival as there were a lot of people waiting for the shuttle bus. We also had to wait an other 30-40 to get the keys at Wiber office. I think they worked very efficiently at the desk but there has been a lot of people arriving at the same time. At least the shuttle could be done quicker as at Wiber offoce we could already sit down and have some snacks/drinks. Also I could not reach anyone on the phone numbers provided.Called the numbers app 8 times

Cons: Rep tried to upsell us on the insurance and said that going through a 3rd party is like scam. The rep said that it is difficult to get insurance coverage through third party and they won't pay for unless you go to police station and make claims. Said I needed to buy their own insurance to make sure I was covered correctly for every scratch and incident. I denied it and he got rude with me because I wouldn't.

Cons: It is ridiculous that a car rental company at an airport doesn't allow rentals to be returned in the early morning. I had a flight at 6.45 AM so needed to return the car at 5 AM and the only way to do that was to return the car the night before. I ended up paying $200 for taxi (car rental place to hotel and then next day hotel to the airport). This was more expensive than the car rental cost!!!!!! Again first time ever I have heard of this!!

Pros: - reliable company - cars in good condition - transparency about existing car damage - easy check-in and fast check-out - fast transfer from and to the airport - we had a Kia Stonic that came with built in screen and navigation

Cons: - Wiber could use bigger minibuses for the transfer so people do not need to wait for a long time. Other than that everything was fine and I recommend them.

Cons: A Wiber staff was seriously uninformed and uneducated by the company and unprepared to work efficiently. It took too much time to input the data into the renting server at the beginning and too much error that seemed to be such clear. For example, she didn’t even know the correct nationality codes so we should have tried three times. Hope that the staffs at the desk become more educated.

Pros: Very efficient both pickup and drop off. Hybrid automatic was a dream!

Cons: No manual in car but this may be outdated. Car had some dents but I guess they only do esthetic repairs in low season. Car ran great!

Pros: I have rented cars, motorcycles and boats before. I can quite honestly say, that Wiber has been the best experience. I picked up the car at their office, which imo is a bit far from the airport, however their shuttlebus takes you there in just 5-10 min. The agent tried to sell me the extra insurance, but I had already bought the full insurance through discovercars. If you don’t buy their full insurance you have to make a deposit of 789 euro for damages and fuel. Drop off went smooth.

Pros: Brand new Ford Kuga, different from the pictures on the website… and so much better. It must have been a 2021 or 2022 model. Easy at desk, Kevin was friendly and provided a great service.

Cons: It was not clear where to meet the shuttle bus driver when we arrived out of the airport. We followed the directions but spent approx 10 minutes walking around trying to find the pick up location. That element needs serious attention.

Cons: No real idea where to stand to get on shuttle to get to the pick up location. Driver was a bit rude, as there was definitely not enough space for the people waiting to get to the rental location. As everyone is trying to rush on(not drivers fault), driver response to me was there will be another shuttle and we expect you to act like adults and queue. With no one explaining that, it is just a free for all.
