Pick-up instructions
The Rental Branch is off-site, Alamo/Enterprise/National provide a courtesy shuttle bus located in the “Other VTC”/Parking lot G parking lot.
On arrival, turn left in the arrivals hall and follow the sign "Other VTC", exit the terminal through door #6.
You will walk through the palm tree corridor that will take you to the entrance of the airport parking building, located opposite to the terminal.
You will then cross two zebra cross walks.
As soon as you enter the building, continue to follow the sign for “Other VTC”, exit through the red door located to the right of the sign, there you will find the shuttle parking lot.
The shuttle bus, with the Alamo/Enterprise/National logo will take you to our Rental Branch.

Rate includes
Free cancellation with a full refund up to 48 hours before your pick-up time, Unlimited mileage, Collision Damage Waiver (deductible: € 1400.00), Theft Protection, Third Party Liability (TPL), Premium location fee, Vehicle registration fee, VAT (value added tax), Free modifications.
Rate excludes
The following surcharges may apply: Premium Location surcharge.
Driver requirements
Minimum rental age is 21 years.
A young driver fee applies to drivers under the age of 25.

Fuel policy
The vehicle is provided with a certain amount of fuel and must be returned with the same amount in order to avoid additional charges.
Rental period
The maximum rental period per agreement is 28 days.
If the renter would like to extend the rental period, renter should return to the car hire office at the end of the rental period to sign a new agreement.
