Click&Rent at Palma de Mallorca Airport

Cons: Car broke down, I was expected to get back to the airport on my own expense to get a replacement car. I was charged more than 3 times the rental price, on collection day for insurance. Terrible experience.

Cons: When I arrived at the Click&Rent desk to pick up the car, they told me I needed an international driving permit. There was nothing in the information from DiscoverCars or Click&Rent prior to my arrival that stated the permit was required. I spent $150 to purchase the permit immediately online. Then Click&Rent was unable to process my transaction, with either my credit card or debit card. Meanwhile, my bank said they were not declining any requests. Click&Rent agents were unconcerned.

Cons: This car broke down and had to be towed back to Clickrent depot. The mechanic, sent by Click rent said that there was an underlying defect which meant that the car could not be restarted, which he could not resolve at the roadside. The car had an inherent defect , not caused by us. It did not have a flat battery as the mechanic said that this could have been resolved at the roadside. The “underlying defect” was Clickrent mechanic’s own diagnosis. We were left abandoned without a car.

The shuttle service is a little unclear as to where to need to wait and frequency of shuttles its also a bit of a free for all to get on when with people swarming the bus once it shows up (generally only take 8 passengers at a time) at the collection location it just seemed to take a while to get through the line of people

Pros: I was given a car with a very poor trim level. For the first time in 20 years, I received a car without rear parking sensors. Unsurprisingly, the rear bumper was already covered in scratches and dents. Because of the lack of sensors, I added one small scratch, for which the company charged me an amount that would be enough to repaint the entire bumper three times.

Still i had to pay more money to them that I was not expecting because i am 24 years old. Finding their shuttle from PMI airport to their renting was impossible, I had to give up and walk on my own. On the way back though it was really fast and super convenient (5 minutes with private, gratis shuttle, instead of 40 minute walk under the sun).

The insurance would have more than the total cost of the rental. It was a very stressful situation.

Cons: Vi bokade två bilar, en till mig, en till min man. Vi hade kontakt med biluthyrningen innan resan. De bekräftade att det inte var några problem att hans namn stod på bägge bokningarna. Vi kunde dock inte få ut mer än en bil när vi väl var på plats. Vi fick abara hämta ut en bil förbokade bil och fick INTE tillbaka bokningsavgiften på 688 sek.(De ville dock hyra ut en bil till mig, men cancellera den förbokade = dubbelt så dyr och även mindre bil) Bedrövligt. Cons: Everything Arrived at Hire centre after getting bus from terminal, retrieved a voucher from their ticketing system machine. Waited over 1 hour with an 19 month old baby at 8pm and was still 10 customers back in the queue. Had to leave and get a taxi to hotel!!!

Cons: The representative could have a rented me the car, but she chose not to. I took the shuttle back to the Airport where I was able to rent a car with my New York driver's license. I will never use Click Next.

Pros: I've rented a car from Click&Rent. It was a very good experience. The car and the service were good, the price was low. Everything went smoothly. I'll choose Click&Rent again next time.

Refused to provide important documentation in English, and became hostile when I used google to slowly translate it, saying I was “wasting his time” and “should be able to understand Spanish”. Clearly attempting to use confusing language, and be unhelpful in order to confuse us into believing their additional insurance was mandatory and that our insurance would not cover us.

Pros: Fast transport from the airport to car pickup facility. Fast initial handling. Fast drop-off.

Cons: Description of the place where one should wait for the shuttle bus. It would be easier to find the place using GPS coordinates- Everybody has some kind of mobile device with GPS service. Instead of trying to explain using long sentences provide additional coordinates for those that can use these to locate the approximate position of the shuttle bus service. One should be cautioned to make detailed photos and videos of the car prior driving off with the car. It will be crucial when returning car.

Cons: I ordered insurance with DiscoverCars, but was suddenly asked a much higher price at Click & Rent, which I declined. Totally overpriced for scratches.

Cons: They tried to charge me for damage to vehicle that was already there when we picked it up and after I had already purchased additional insurance to cover me from potential damages.

Pros: I had a terrible flight which was delayed and then my baggage was lost. I was over an hour late getting through to departure door. No transfer bus or help available. I was dismissed as a ‘no show’. I had to get a taxi to port de pollensa with my child at 1am

Cons: No one was contactable to tell you about my issues as I think it was so late. Miserable journey made worse by then arriving after the agreed time yet unable to tell you and then left without transport. Added 100 euros onto my visit to Mallorca after having barely set foot there.
