Cons: I have been charged for damage to the car that I did not do , I know 100% the 2 tiny scratches on the back bumper we’re definitely there when I picked car up , unfortunately I couldn’t prove it because of my terrible attempt to video the car when I picked it up , the lady showed me a picture of the car without the damage but when I asked her to show me a date and time for the picture she could not do so , she said there was no date for the picture which is just not true , if you take a picture .

Pros: Car when we eventually got sorted was excellent and drop off process went well.

Cons: Pick up coach not easy to find, process to get car very long. Car hired not available so had to upgrade to more expensive car. They seem to be more interested in taking more money off clients!!!

Cons: It took me 45 minutes to rent the car! The agent was very aggressive in trying to sell me extra insurance for the car. Kept trying to use scare tactics and claimed that the insurance I purchased from Discovery was not enough. She said for example if the car was dented in a parking lot and the police would not come to file a report then my credit card would be charged 1200 euros! The insurance would have more than the total cost of the rental. It was a very stressful situation.

Cons: Vi bokade två bilar, en till mig, en till min man. Vi hade kontakt med biluthyrningen innan resan. De bekräftade att det inte var några problem att hans namn stod på bägge bokningarna. Vi kunde dock inte få ut mer än en bil när vi väl var på plats. Vi fick abara hämta ut en bil förbokade bil och fick INTE tillbaka bokningsavgiften på 688 sek.(De ville dock hyra ut en bil till mig, men cancellera den förbokade = dubbelt så dyr och även mindre bil) Bedrövligt. We are still waiting for a full refund but no one is getting back to us, and every representative we spoke to doesn't seem to know anything about the company.

Cons: Description of the place where one should wait for the shuttle bus. It would be easier to find the place using GPS coordinates- Everybody has some kind of mobile device with GPS service. Instead of trying to explain using long sentences provide additional coordinates for those that can use these to locate the approximate position of the shuttle bus service. One should be cautioned to make detailed photos and videos of the car prior driving off with the car. It will be crucial when returning car.

Cons: Also I did reservation for car in internet, The rent company did not seen my datas and I needed to fill it once more. I would prefer to take pictures from car with Click@rent stuff before pick up. It tokk a little time to find the shuttle bus from airport. I would have more time and exact information about insurance and time about my creditcard money refund

Pros: Click and rent were great but I had to place a separate booking with them as the one placed with you had been cancelled.

Pros: The agent who served me was able to provide me a car for the entire time I was in town, rather than the initial shortened rental I'd agreed to. The car was clean, in good condition and my contract included additional insurance coverages NOT initially provided.

Cons: I waited for more than one hour in and around the lobby waiting to pick up my car. The ticket machine was regularly out of order and the agents that came out to repair it were not friendly, outside the protective confines of their counters. Oh and the airport return shuttle service was not orderly. No lines or instructions were provided, leaving passengers to argue about who was first or should be allowed on the next shuttles.

Cons: They were a bit pushy and unclear about the difference between required insurance and optional insurance. Didn’t feel like I had free agency and full information to make a good choice for myself.

Cons: Although the “Click&Rent” policy states that car will be provided with full tank of fuel but the car I was provided with had 75% of the tank filled with fuel. Although when I dropped the car the tank was 100% full. No money was refunded for the extra fuel that I put into the car. I have documents to prove the above. Car showed that it could run for 760 km at the time of collection but when I returned it was showing that it could run for 940 km. No money refunded for extra fuel that I provided.

Cons: Pushing insurance when already FULLY covered with threats of costs for scratches when online agency protects against, but they just don't understand.Time to collect car was one hour. Problems taking deposit and payment by card. Car was diesel and surcharge added with no option. Car was old with 26,000 km on clock. Disappointed and felt tricked.

Pros: The car was nice and new, had no problems with it at all

Cons: Pick up was an absolute disaster, we waited quite a while for the shuttle bus and it's not very clear where the shuttle stops. Once we got to the rental office, we waited almost an hour and a half to get the car, which wasn't ideal when travelling with a small child.

Cons: The car hire price seems to be very cheap online but when you get there and add on £25 per day insurance it soon goes up, but that being said for what I paid and the car I got it was still a good price they offered me a free upgrade of car to what I had booked
