Pros: I was given a car with a very poor trim level. For the first time in 20 years, I received a car without rear parking sensors. Unsurprisingly, the rear bumper was already covered in scratches and dents. Because of the lack of sensors, I added one small scratch, for which the company charged me an amount that would be enough to repaint the entire bumper three times.

Still i had to pay more money to them that I was not expecting because i am 24 years old. Finding their shuttle from PMI airport to their renting was impossible, I had to give up and walk on my own. On the way back though it was really fast and super convenient (5 minutes with private, gratis shuttle, instead of 40 minute walk under the sun).

Cons: The customer service was pretty bad, lots of misdirection and attempts to oversell you cover etc. I can see why there are so many poor reviews.

Pros: Fast transport from the airport to car pickup facility. Fast initial handling. Fast drop-off.

Cons: Description of the place where one should wait for the shuttle bus. It would be easier to find the place using GPS coordinates- Everybody has some kind of mobile device with GPS service. Instead of trying to explain using long sentences provide additional coordinates for those that can use these to locate the approximate position of the shuttle bus service. One should be cautioned to make detailed photos and videos of the car prior driving off with the car. It will be crucial when returning car.

Cons: I ordered insurance with DiscoverCars, but was suddenly asked a much higher price at Click & Rent, which I declined. Totally overpriced for scratches.

Cons: They tried to charge me for damage to vehicle that was already there when we picked it up and after I had already purchased additional insurance to cover me from potential damages.

Pros: I had a terrible flight which was delayed and then my baggage was lost. I was over an hour late getting through to departure door. No transfer bus or help available. I was dismissed as a ‘no show’. I had to get a taxi to port de pollensa with my child at 1am

Cons: No one was contactable to tell you about my issues as I think it was so late. Miserable journey made worse by then arriving after the agreed time yet unable to tell you and then left without transport. Added 100 euros onto my visit to Mallorca after having barely set foot there.

Cons: There were no signs at the airport indicating where the Click&Rent shuttle bus picked up from. There was far more minor damage on the car than was indicated on the rental agreement form. This was questioned when we returned the car and if we hadn't taken loads of pictures when we picked up the car, I'm sure that they would have charged us for these.

Pros: Very friendly staff and can rent with debit card but you'll need to pay the compulsory coverage and a deposit which is fine and turns to be cheaper deposit than renting with a credit card

Pros: Car hire can have a bad reputation but this service completely changed our minds. The whole process was easy. The staff were accommodating. The car was perfect and it was obvious that in depth records were kept on the cars. We were worried we may be charged for a pre existing scratch in the car but this wasn't the case. Very very happy and would definitely recommend this service

Cons: It wasn't clear that you needed to get a ticket when you entered the building. We stood waiting for ages without realising. Then another person got a ticket and was served before us though we were first in the queue. At that point we realised a ticket was needed and we got one.

I would prefer to take pictures from car with Click@rent stuff before pick up. It tokk a little time to find the shuttle bus from airport. I would have more time and exact information about insurance and time about my creditcard money refund
