Pros: Was unsure about the transfer from the airport initially as I didn’t know when a transfer bus would arrive. However I only waited a few minutes. Pick up at the desk and drop off were both very efficient, friendly and polite.

Cons: Only possible complaint was that the charge for out of hours service didn’t appear to be made clear enough at time of booking.

Cons: It took me 45 minutes to rent the car! The agent was very aggressive in trying to sell me extra insurance for the car. Kept trying to use scare tactics and claimed that the insurance I purchased from Discovery was not enough. She said for example if the car was dented in a parking lot and the police would not come to file a report then my credit card would be charged 1200 euros! The insurance would have more than the total cost of the rental. It was a very stressful situation.

The location is far away from the airport and at had to wait 15 min to the shutle to start to drive me to the ClickRent office to get the car and then more 10 min to get there

Cons: Vi bokade två bilar, en till mig, en till min man. Vi hade kontakt med biluthyrningen innan resan. De bekräftade att det inte var några problem att hans namn stod på bägge bokningarna. Vi kunde dock inte få ut mer än en bil när vi väl var på plats. Vi fick abara hämta ut en bil förbokade bil och fick INTE tillbaka bokningsavgiften på 688 sek.(De ville dock hyra ut en bil till mig, men cancellera den förbokade = dubbelt så dyr och även mindre bil) Bedrövligt. Hyr bil någon annanstans.

We asked for a replacement to be sent to our hotel and were originally told this was fine, but then later told we had to go back to the airport to pick up the replacement car. We are still waiting for a full refund but no one is getting back to us, and every representative we spoke to doesn't seem to know anything about the company.

Beware and take detailed pictures from all sides, otherwise you will be charged for a damage you did not cause.

Cons: Description of the place where one should wait for the shuttle bus. It would be easier to find the place using GPS coordinates- Everybody has some kind of mobile device with GPS service. Instead of trying to explain using long sentences provide additional coordinates for those that can use these to locate the approximate position of the shuttle bus service. One should be cautioned to make detailed photos and videos of the car prior driving off with the car. It will be crucial when returning car.

The car was perfect and it was obvious that in depth records were kept on the cars. We were worried we may be charged for a pre existing scratch in the car but this wasn't the case. Car showed that it could run for 760 km at the time of collection but when I returned it was showing that it could run for 940 km. No money refunded for extra fuel that I provided.

He told us, "what did you expect, to get a car for free?" then put the key on the counter and walked away from us.

Cons: Used Amex for the initial online deposit of £13 with the rest to be paid on collection. When I collected, Amex was then not accepted for a credit card so I had no card to secure the 1500 holding deposit for damages. This meant I had to take out an extra insurance of €20 a day making the value very poor. Why can you use Amex online but not for collection?? Also it took over an hour in a queue to see the rental agent.

Cons: Attitude of agent when additional insurance cover was offered to me. Clearly commission based. I didn’t feel the car I received was the same category as the one I ordered, making it overpriced. Car settings were all in German, a language I am unable to speak. This should have been set to my language on handover. Waited for ages to pick the car up. Car had damage that was not pointed out to me or recorded on the form. I noted this before driving away but it worried me all holiday

When returning the car, if you do it before 8am you have to pay an additional fee (even though they are open). The earliest they open is 6am so if you have an early flight, good luck returning the car… won’t happen until 6am

Pros: The staff was very honest and fair. The roof our Mini broke on our way back. They had a look at it and agreed that it was not our fault. Also, the car had a dent that was not marked in the papers and we also did not notice when picking up, to be fair, we thought someone had hit us during the trip and we were ready to pay for it, but the staff made a point of going through photos and noticed it was already there. We were not charged a penny!

Cons: You have to take a shuttle from the airport to get the car, which only holds six people but there are dozens of people waiting for the shuttle which comes every fifteen or twenty minutes, then we waited about an hour at the rental place. When we returned the car the rep that checked our car claimed we damaged the car and pointed to a tiny scratch that was only 2 or 3mm and charged 360€ for the damage, which was more than the cost of the car for the week. We know we didn’t scratch the car.

The car had a problem, it did not close, a towing service was necessary and they charged 180 euros for this service even if the car was parked (not road assistant). Hopefully I booked full coverage and I am waiting for reimbursement. To leave the car the reviewed all carefully and demanded me the photos, hopefully I had them and I did not forget anything!... There is not client attention telephone number, only mails

Cons: Don't accept American express. Charged extra for additional driver, instead of changing main driver name - said they could not do this, even though its a simple task. Charge extra for not having a credit card, ended up paying £150 extra than quoted online. Will charge for anything, novice driver, young driver etc.

Cons: No signs to find the pick up van at the airport--we waited 30 minutes in the heat until there was a van with space for us. We waited another 45 minutes to get to the rental counter. The returns system is a scam--if you want to return the car before 0800, you have to pay 40 euros, so if you have an early flight, you must pay. Finally, I was charged an eye-popping $1200 for cosmetic scratches without an itemized bill to explain how they arrived at that outrageous number. Never again.

When my husband asked what he said he just replied "it's a nice day outside". When we explain to another member of the staff that waiting this long with 2 young, hungry and tired children was really hard, he just replied "It's not my problem that you have kids!" Seriously, stay away from this place! As long as you don't want to pay those 40 euros to skip in line.

Would definitely not use click rent again in the future.

Never should be delivered as was You are charged with 31€ regarding some fuel task that Is totally ilegal. They pushed for an additional full coverage when I had already bought one. If I sum up these things, the final price os similar yo the main companies (goldcar, Europcar,..) and you can pick the car at the terminal.
