Pros: I will never find out as I will never attempt to use the service again. In a time where there are constant issues with flights and traveling, you need Customers Service people who actually care about the customer and the issues they are having.

Cons: The fact the it is nothing to do with Gold Car and the representatives can't deal with the issues. Customer Service was appalling, nothing positive to say about any of the service. Interestingly the Gold Car staff didn't have anything positive to say about Discovery Cars or of Key and Go scheme either. Obviously not the first having issues.

Cons: Not clear how to pick up keys, thankfully a representative was on hand. Need a follow up email/ text on dropping off procedure as it was unclear what to do
