After collecting the luggage, the customer exits through Exit 4, walks straight ahead to the building opposite (the parking garage), and goes up to the first floor. Once on the first floor, they should exit through the door on the right and will find the machines KeynGo by Goldcar in front of the office located on the right.

Pros: I will never find out as I will never attempt to use the service again. In a time where there are constant issues with flights and traveling, you need Customers Service people who actually care about the customer and the issues they are having.

Cons: The fact the it is nothing to do with Gold Car and the representatives can't deal with the issues. Customer Service was appalling, nothing positive to say about any of the service. Interestingly the Gold Car staff didn't have anything positive to say about Discovery Cars or of Key and Go scheme either. Obviously not the first having issues.

Rate includes
Free cancellation with a full refund up to 48 hours before your pick-up time, Unlimited mileage, Collision Damage Waiver (with zero deductible), Theft Protection, Roadside Assistance (in the country of pick-up), Tire & Glass Coverage, Third Party Liability (TPL), Premium Location fee, Road tax, Free modifications, State Tax, Environmental Contribution fee.
Driver requirements
Minimum rental age is 25 years.
A Young driver fee is not applied.

There is no maximum age.
A Senior driver fee is not applied.

The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 1 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.

Driver licenses will be accepted if issued in the following country(ies): United Kingdom, EU.
Driver licenses from all other countries must be accompanied with International Driving Permit (IDP).
A driver license printed using a non-Roman alphabet (Arabic, Japanese, Cyrillic, etc) must be supplemented by an International Driving Permit.
Please note that the International Driving Permit is valid only if it is accompanied by a regular driver's license, is issued by an official authority or government-authorized organization, and is in physical (not digital) form.
In order to pick up the car, the following documents are required: valid driver license, credit card on a main drivers name, Passport or ID card, booking voucher.
Fuel policy
The vehicle is provided with a full tank of fuel and must be returned with the same amount in order to avoid additional charges.
A deposit for a tank of fuel is required upon pick up.

Additional information


All refunds (unused fuel, deposit, etc.) are made in EUR even if the customer was originally charged in a different currency when picking up the vehicle.
If the vehicle requires a special cleaning procedure after it is returned, a minimum charge of 180 EUR will apply.
An administrative fee of 50 EUR will be charged for each request received from the traffic police.
Rental period
The maximum rental period per agreement is 28 days.
If the renter would like to extend the rental period, renter should return to the car hire office at the end of the rental period to sign a new agreement.
Business hours
The supplier will hold the vehicle for 360 minutes after your scheduled pick-up time as long as it is within their normal business hours. After this time, your booking may be canceled without refund.
If the customer is late for a return for more than 59 minutes, extra day charges will apply, in addition to any other rental charges.
