Pros: I was waiting over one hour to collect my car. Long queue with just three people working on.

Cons: Charge me full tank of fuel and when I arrive to the car found out it’s not full. And I know if I do not fill up to full the car they will charge me extra money for fuel. Very poor service

Cons: I have a Five star status in Hertz that wasn’t even considered because the booking was done with this platform. Agent at the desk rude

Pros: HERTZ agency was supposed to close at 2.00am; several flights were delayed due to weather conditions and we reached the agency only at 2.30am and the agents were there waiting for customers to pick up their car. Thanks for that.

Cons: The car was not in the place where we were told it would be. Hertz appears to have charged me 365 pounds more than the agreed price for the car rental. They were very insistent that I take out thier extra insurance despite me refusing and threatened the risk that I might not be able to claim back on the pre bought insurance. I was told I would receive an email with all the existing scratches shown on the car. I never received that email. The car was in a very dark park of the parking area which

Cons: They said your insurance is not worth nothing and I need Hertz own insurance which of course is a scam. Unfriendly and rude. Ordered a suv due to the upright position, but got a lowdown ford focus instead. They could not get me anything else and no discount due to my inconvenience. Rubbish company on Mallorca airport. Stay away.

Cons: Not easy to setup the navigation details for the return of car, it seems Hertz office at the airport has wrong details on Google. It would be much easier if this can be more precise.

Pros: The car rental agent was particularly engaging and had a keen sense of humour (that really appealed to us). He offered practical advice of the choices available.

Cons: It was a bit tricky finding the rental desk at the airport - we were arriving from the bus terminal as we decided to rent a car after being on the island for a couple of days.

Cons: Queuing to collect. I think there were people who hadn't booked or were like kids in a sweet shop and pondered over everything on offer.

Pros: Short queue. Representative was very polite and efficient. An upgrade was offered and was good value for money - no pressure though. The car was in good condition. Drop off was easy and very well organised.

Cons: More expensive than most other companies but it was worth it. Having been ripped off but more budget options (Goldcar!) I think Hertz represents much better overall value and crucially less stress!

Cons: They didn't have the car that I pre booked and then charged me more to get an upgrade. This has never happened before, it has always been a complementary upgrade if the pre-booked car isn't available.

Cons: Charged 140 euro for the smallest of small marks on the bumper which I absolutely know I didn’t do. Will hertz repair the mark? Absolutely not. It will remain and they will keep the money! First time charged by a hire company in 40 years of car hire.

Cons: The char was supposed to be delivered r-with a full tank (in the contract) but in reality it was not full an d but was very late and no-one available at the parking lot to explain. I thus had two bring it with a full tank but Hertz's agent didn't want to offer a compensation in spite of the pictures taken at the car delivery time.

Cons: Very hard to contact the local office by phone when we wanted to extend the period. We either couldn’t get through or had the call drop any time we did manage to connect
