Pros: - car was in good condition - option of having an automatic car for not too expensive - economical car - drop off was super easy - the man who greeted us was very friendly and helpful (not the lady) - deposit hold was reversed VERY fast

Cons: Lady that gave in the car, was a little rude because she was not able to reach us over the phone. (We have a Canadian phone that was shut off during our stay in Europe). She said she needed the flight number , and that we should of left our phone on to answer her calls. But , you can’t expect all tourists to have an active phone with them when travelling.

Cons: Car provided had mechanical problems. When I asked to exchange the car they offered an upgrade for an agreed upon price over the phone. When I went to pick up the car the owner asked for a higher cost than agreed. When I complained he lost his temper and said he refused to rent ant car to me. They left me without a car at night in a very bad situation. It was terribly unprofessional and a very bad experience. I was very close to calling the police.

Cons: When car was collected, I checked damaged on car against what was marked down on waiver. There were lots of damages not marked down, including a large scuff on rear left bumper where paint was missing and down to the plastic. I went back to desk to show agent and asked him to mark all the damages down that I found on top of the ones narked on waiver. The agent was quite ignorant and not interested, I was marking these damages down as I was not willing to be liable for them.
