Pros: Fast and simple process of renting and return, nice and competent staff. The rental agent. When picking up the car, the rental agent encouraged me to inspect the car carefully and take photos, which I consider to be very good practice.

Cons: Even though I had full insurance through DiscoverCars.com, the rental agent offered to buy their policy, claiming that mine wasn't sufficient and that there would be problems in the event of a collision or breakdown. I disagreed and believe such practices should not be allowed.

Cons: No pick/up drop off shuttle service from terminal to car rental office. You have to walk 5 minutes dragging all your luggage with no sidewalk. Unfortunately it was rainy when we dropped the car off on the return so had to walk back to the terminal with our luggage in the drizzle. However their deposit was extremely low and very reasonable as compared to some other agencies that wanted to put a hold in the $1,000 range. They also were one of the few agencies that took debit card as a deposit.

Pros: VW T-Cross ordered and We've got a T-Cross. Low deposit. Possibility to use debit card for deposit. 3 work days deposit return. Honest and fair checking car at the drop off, without any shady attempts to cheat.

Cons: One thing only. The baby sits were low quality. I guess like in most rental companies. And We need to mount the baby chair by ourselves without and instruction, which Was a bit dificults because of the totaly different mount system as in our coutry.

Cons: They did not accept Revolut cards for some reason, and the pickup took a considerable amount of time, of course they wanted to sell you more insurance. And they gave me to sign one paper that I think that was not necessary to sign.

Pros: The staff were so friendly and helpful. They were very transparent with what you were paying for, the insurance cover etc. No hard sell on insurance extras (I didn't take any) they just make your options clear.

Pros: Good value and great car, plus they don't require IDP for UK licences and take a smaller deposit than other companies. They also don't require a credit card.

Cons: There was a long wait while they cleaned the car when i tried to collect it. There was also an attempt to claim a scratch was new, but luckily I'd taken photos and there was no issue once that was clarified.

Cons: The car had a hole in the rear bumper, plus loads of scratches. It should not be rented out in such a condition. Especially given all the insurance charges!!! The child seat was a joke! It was the cheapest possible one, looking completely unreliable and with loads of stains. It probably costs less than the 25 euro we were charged for it. Which is the worst is that it didn't have Isofix e.g. was very VERY unsafe. It had to be attached in a weird way using the seatbelts, which was very unsafe

Cons: They did not accept my debit card because it was revolut. They claim that it is a prepaid debit card and not a real debit card... No idea what that means

Pros: The entire car rental process was top notch. The rental service was very polite and presented everything in detail. I recommend and will use again. I received my deposit back within 3 days.

Cons: Unfortunately, minor reservations concern only the condition of the rented car (when going uphill, the car's engine did not run smoothly, there was slight interruption). The car could be a bit cleaner. I won't nitpick about the condition of the upholstery because it's impossible to keep it completely clean, but the car windows were dirty with something greasy, which caused it to scatter the lights of other cars after dark. It was difficult to wash the dirt off the windows.
