Pros: Great service for the staff

Cons: I got a pretty tired Peugeot 301 instead of a Fiat Tipo Sedan

Pros: Nothing.

Cons: First, they are impossible to find. Information are misleading. There are 4 or 5 different names outside their building, and the one used online is barely visible. Then, the car they gave me was not the one I booked. And in a very bad condition. After 2 days I found out that the brakes were not working properly, and also the cigarette lighter was not working. There were no USB port in the car, so the cigarette lighter was the only source of electricity for my GPS navigator.

Pros: Pickup and drop off was simple. Shuttle bus was a nice touch.

Cons: Had to call to confirm what to do at Airport.

Pros: Good pricing and the car was practically brand new.

Pros: The entire process was very quick and efficient.

Cons: My voucher sent me through the wrong door to find the office myself when really a pick-up service had been waiting at another door.

Cons: Had a horrible experience. The lady at the counter forced us and gaslighted us to buy even more insurance than we already had. She refused to give us the car unless we paid for more insurance. The clock was 23 and she told us to go to another place, knowing everything was closed. When we finally got the car it was empty of fuel so the first thing we had to do was to fill it up. Horrible experience 0/10

Cons: - Wasted 3 hours, gave us faulty car with check engine light, refused to offer replacement. - Could not give us valid proof that the check engine light was a ‘minor issue’ - Story kept changing on whether or not they had a replacement car - ⁠Intimidated us to take a manual instead (no discount offered either) - ⁠Dismissed our concerns for safety completely and kept pressuring us to accept the car - Was very unprofessional and called us ‘crazy’

Pros: We were given a larger car than booked. Usually this is a bonus, however made tight roads and parking more difficult. Taken back to the airport for our return flight was a bonus. We also received water when we arrived after our walk which was nice.

Cons: No sat nav despite specifically requesting on booking. No options when I explained I needed it. We were also advised to walk to the car lot which was a lot with large cases and mid day heat, only to find out someone had gone to meet us. Instructions need updating. Would have been so much nicer if we'd known.

Cons: Tank was not full so you have to bring it back the same level you found it when you picked the car up. A bit inconvenient, would rather find it full and bring the car back full.

Cons: It's been 2 weeks since I returned my car in original condition and the deposit is still blocked on my credit card. Emailed the company and got no response within 2 days.

Pros: I was told I was fully covered with insurance. I opted for the extra daily payment to cover me. I was then told I would lose €900 euros if I had a scrape etc. I spent 2 weeks worrying about the car. Thanks for ruining our holiday.

Cons: I booked for a baby car seat under 1 year and they gave us an over 3 years car seat and the gave us a different car

Pros: Inflexibility of deposit blocking process. They insisted on a credit card when other companies will take cash or debit cards.

Cons: Both myself and the customer before me were refused cars we already paid deposit and insurance for due to a failed credit card block of deposit. I lost £58 and ended up going over budget to get a last minute car rental while my mum and 1 year old daughter waited over 1 hour at the airport for me to return with the car to take them to the hotel. Not only that, the collection office is 15 min walk away from the airport. There was no shuttle bus. A tiring walk in 30 degree heat.

Cons: When we arrived they had lost are booking and did not have a car. We rang them and they were rude. An hour later some one arrived - there was meant to be a shuttle bus which was a lie. A car was found but it had a defect. there was a flat tyre warning on. They blew the tyre up and said watch the light. This caused anxiety through our holiday. the tyre had to be blown up 5/6 times. we did not think they would replace the car for us so did not call them. I need more space! No partial refund given
