Pros: Nice and fast service. I received the deposit money fast.

Cons: Car interior scruffy. Car very dented and scratches. Never seem to get Car ordered always get a fiat panda. Apart from that Car seemed reliable and easy on fuel. Deposit refunded few days after return.
Pros: They were diligent and professional. The car was OK and they set it up for me and showed me the essentials.
Cons: Everything great except for the very high charge I incurred by a surface scratch on the plastic bumper, on a car which was already somewhat scratched. And which isn't covered by the insurance, although the car provider assured me it would be.

Cons: I ended up not renting any car. It was needed from me to pay with a credit card for the deposit, while I only have debit cards (which is a bit insane nowadays that card use is so widespread - if not the only means of payment). To avoid this and still get the car, I had to pay sth like 130 euros on top of what the initial agreement was. Seriously not worth it. The stress that such an incident creates on one's holidays is very unecessary

Cons: We was not given the car of choice or offered an equivalent. We were in fact down sized and not offered any money back. Disgusting service. We were arguing with the sales representative for over 1 hour in 30 degrees heat. We could not fit our 3 cases in the boot. Me and my children had to balance a 24kg case on our laps the 1 hour journey to our appointment.

Cons: Very high mileage old model micra which was very battered, lots of damage & internal condition poor. Wanted us to pay extra for breakdown cover despite our booking stating it was included. Engine fault warining light came on within a day and power steering also failed. At first they refused to even change the car & were rude & aggressive about it. When they did finally agree to change, they insisted we sign to confirm that we agree the replacement vehicle wasn't damaged before letting us see it.
Pros: Great customer service. Sometimes really hard to find good customer service, but they were really nice and patient. I give the employees 5/5

Cons: Car is 2017 old and it is consumed not as expected. Not a pleasant experience in getting the car nor the car was I'm a good shape. One wheel ³cover was missing. The wiper are dry did not work during the trip. Also the water container for the windshield was not functional. I had to stope few time to wipe the front and back window

Cons: Cars in terrible shape (comparing same model cars we have seen around the Island. No assistance after picking up the car.
Cons: Waited an hour to collect the car, the staff were just faffing about which isn’t what we wanted after a 3 hour delay. They finally gave us the keys and we went to load our bags in the car and the staff had shut the shop and left. We turned the engine on and noticed the engine management light was on and so was the tyre light. The real wiper had been broken off and not replaced. The car was in an awful state. We was an hour and half away so couldn’t bring it back the next day.

Cons: They didn't accept debit cards for deposit and tried to charge me extra to use debit card. The car They gave us was a lesser model than we'd paid for and then they tried to give us a model below that also. Charger on the car they gave us didn't work

Pros: Easy and quick for pick up and drop off. Vehicle in good running order. I noticed the tire pressure light was on. They immediately took the car to the neighboring gas station and CheCked the tires.
Cons: We weren’t informed that the credit card for the deposit had to be issued on the name of the driver, so we had to deposit 400€ cash and pay 50€ extra as a fee for giving the money cash and not by credit card. The agents were unwilling to help us with this issue which was an inconvenience. Car was OK, we got a free upgrade because ABBYCAR did not have a small car at the time, although that was our initial booking. ABBYCAR is ~10’ walk from the airport but they refused to drop us off there.
Pros: The only positive was the return of the car. Everything was executed in a quick and smooth manner.
Cons: It is unacceptable for a company to not accept cash or American Express cards for the car guarantee. The staff was completely unhelpful towards a solution, only proposing something after a lot of effort, in a very rude manner and with increased cost. On top of all that, we weren't able to register a second driver because she didn't have her driver's licence in a physical form, independently of the fact that the government has issued an official wallet app for your ID and license. Can't recommend
Cons: The car was in an awful condition upon collection and really is not what I would expect at all from a rental car. I had to take numerous pictures before leaving the rental desk as some of the damage on the car was awful. The car did not provide value for money in anyway and I’m extremely disappointed in the car provifed

Cons: Not intuitive or easy to find the rental car office. In combing through the confirmations it would have helped to have a clear call out "Exit Airport and turn left, walk 7 minutes down the road toward the the Shell Gas Station". Consider investing in a side walk to get to the office. There should not be an 80 Euro penalty for using a debit card or alternate payment method; consider adding an alert when booking "Reminder: No Debit Card or Amex Accepted, penalties will apply".

Cons: - reduced staff and for this reason tired and somewhat irritated -The air conditioners set at 16 degrees Celsius, which was beating exactly on the heads of the customers waiting at the office and the staff's lack of availability to at least reduce the ventilation, so as to mitigate the overall disturbing effect - Deflated tire (0.8 bar) on the front wheel, the windshield was dirty, which made it difficult to see at night (rented car at 19:30) until we managed to clean it

Cons: due to a bank error, I did not get the deposit back, it was deducted from the credit card. They promised me two or three days to get it back, but it's been nine days since then and the money's gone. They have no answer to my letter.

Cons: I had a return flight at 10am, I informed the staff of this at pickup, they stated it was okay, as they opened at 8am for dropoff, but the girl on the rental desk didn't turnup till 8;10am, after me phoning her to find out where she was, it where was I to put the car key, but I really wanted somebody to inspect and confirm all was okay, so the 1550euro security on my credit card could be returned. Also the petrol level is not full to full, so you end up having to judge, and costing you more mone

Cons: That they only accept credit cards and not debet cards! That is not common knowledge in Denmark. We met a family who wasnt able to get their car because of this issue. They only had a debet card and lost their booking and the money they had spend.

Pros: The car was booked by my husband as aain driver. The main driver had to have his credit card, which he didn't. I was a second driver, but my credit card was not accepted. Discover Cars don't have a phone number for contact in case of emergency. I had to email them to change the main driver to myself. They offered to do it the next day via email. Very inconvenient... What Abbycar offered is to pyt down €600 cash as a deposit and €100 as a one off payment on top of what we have paid alreaday.
Cons: The other option was €200 cash deposit and €200 one off. This was more expensive than to book another car and to lose all we have paid till now. I was impressed from the lack of flexibility in Abbycar and the lack of customer support in Discovercars. The only good thing is that you can easily book another car through the same search engine. But you have to read ALL the small print.
