Pros: The car had >168000km on the clock, missing basic safety features such as reversing camera or reversing lights. Audio system not working properly when connecting a device using USB. One good thing was the size that accommodated 4 big bags. Car very old and missing the new features that you expect in hired cars. Car was not the One we booked. No meet and greet as noted on the rental confirmation.

Pros: Moreover, my wife had to wait alone for almost an hour because the agent took forever on the process of picking up the car with the paperwork and his talk with me. Why? He should be fired! I wanted to punch him out for leaving my wife by herself.

Cons: What kind of establishment is this? I was never informed that I am the only person that could go upfront. Sabros also made several rude and judgmental remarks at me with his condescending tone eg don’t drive off road and what exactly am I using the car for and where am I staying at? What business is of his? He also try to sell me more insurance when I bought full coverage. People like him give your company a bad name.

Pros: Did not like exer at all, we never got the car because apparently they didn't accept our credit card or visa card regardless of the fact that we were a wealthy couple, we even offered to pay extra cash. Never use Exer, we ended up using Kydon which happily accepted our money and were open late.

Cons: They kindly drove us back to the airport after not accepting our money.

Rate includes
Free cancellation with a full refund up to 48 hours before your pick-up time, Unlimited mileage, Collision Damage Waiver (deductible: € 800.00), Theft Protection, Roadside Assistance (in the country of pick-up), Third Party Liability (TPL), Airport surcharge, Free modifications, State Tax.
Driver requirements
Minimum rental age is 21 years.
A young driver fee applies to drivers under the age of 24.

There is no maximum age.
A senior driver fee applies to drivers over the age of 75.

The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 1 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.

A driver license printed using a non-Roman alphabet (Arabic, Japanese, Cyrillic, etc) must be supplemented by an International Driving Permit.
In addition to the regular driver license, an International Driving Permit is also mandatory if the customer is not a resident of the following country(ies): EU countries. Please note that the International Driving Permit is valid only if accompanied by the regular driver license.

In addition to documents mentioned previously, the customer will need the following: valid driver license, credit card on a main drivers name, Passport or ID card, booking voucher.
Deposit and deductible policy
A deposit will be blocked on the customer's credit card until the end of the rental period.
The exact deposit is determined on pick up since the amount is dependent on the type of vehicle.
Optional extras and services
Available special equipment: GPS Navigation system, Baby seat (up to 1 year of age), Child seat (2-4 years of age), Booster seat (4-10 years of age).
Prices for extras are shown on the booking page.

Adding additional drivers is allowed.
There is an additional charge for each driver.
Underage additional drivers are subject to both Young Driver and Additional Driver fees.
When picking up the vehicle, all drivers must be present and must provide valid documentation.

Fuel policy
The vehicle is provided with a certain amount of fuel and must be returned with the same amount in order to avoid additional charges.
Rental period
The maximum rental period per agreement is 30 days.
If the renter would like to extend the rental period, renter should return to the car hire office at the end of the rental period to sign a new agreement.
Business hours
Service outside of business hours is available by request and for an additional charge.
Period of time, during regular working hours, when the car is still guaranteed for the customer, if the customer is late for pick up (the grace period) is 59 minutes.
