Pros: Value for money , good for short distances wouldn’t recommend for long distances or travelling in the mountains

Cons: State of the car , missing door handle , windscreen dirty and wipers needed replacing

Pros: Terrible service.

Cons: They run a scam where discover cars is a third party and the actually rental car places look for any reason to cancel your booking and the try and charge you double. Discover cars was unreachable when we needed to call. And not willing to help.

Pros: Superior service. Easy very fast check in/drop off. Friendly staff and easy rental process. Great value and service.

Pros: Agent at drop off was friendly , said he would take onboard my complaint and offered a free car next trip, please confirm

Cons: Agent at pick up very pushy re extra cover ....made a number of derogatory comments re Discovercar.com The car had very little fuel approx 10th of a tank and I was directed to a closed petrol station ....this was at midnight and very stressful.....the paperwork said FULL !!! No water in washer tank , car very dusty , tyre pressure warning light came on ....pressure was fine , I had it checked . Car very much in need of a service , ran very roughly NOT HAPPY

Pros: Clean car. Fast return. Good value.

Cons: It generally understood that a renter takes photos & videos of the car both at pick up and upon return. One of the 4 fellas inside the office saw I was recording upon my return and he said it was forbidden. He told me to delete it. The other 3 agents did not say anything to me or him.

Cons: Feels like renting a car with the maffia. Took ages to pick up and drop the car. Upon pick up they tried to convince me to pay +200€ For insurance. Car was very dusty and dirty outside during pick up. Upon return they asked where I went to get the car in such a condition (dusty again like it was). It took them 1 month to release the blocked amount on my credit card. Very unprofessional and this was the worst rental experiences I had (even in case there was no damage, accident). Not OK cars

Cons: Details to find the car hire place not great, but as we had been to Chania before we knew where all the car hire places would be, so headed that way.

Cons: Super aggressive at pickup regarding insurance and roadside repair. Almost threatening. The amount extra was twice the original 6 day rental. On drop off - the late charge was as much as the 6 day rental!( 6 hours late - but we had advised) threatened to. Keep us in Greece if didn’t pay

Pros: It is one of the closer companies to the airport terminal.

Cons: Ok rent a car expect the customer to be responsible for all damage identification on collection of the vehicle. They give you a blank piece of paper rather than one with all known damage already marked for you to verify. I missed one item on collection, then was charged close to 400 EUR on return for the damage. Fortunately I have separate insurance for this, but it creates a hassle and is dishonest of the company to hope the customer misses damage on pick-up so they can charge extra on return.

Cons: Concerns about the effectiveness of the brakes- needs a service . Dash board displaying a light indicating a door was open.

Cons: Didnt accept debit cards, which was not made clear.

Pros: Pick up and return was speedy and fuss free and the vehicle provided was an upgrade on what I had ordered

Cons: They say “in terminal” but they are just off the airport, the fuel policy should have been “full-to-full” but the tank was half full, the contact number for ok cars on the booking paperwork was out of order - when I collected the car the lad told me that the number was an old one for ok cars in Spain.

Cons: There was NO sign of Discovercars inside the airport, despite their website says that's "inside" the terminal. FALSE !!!!

Cons: The shady business practices and telling me I should take photos and videos of the car to prove any damage wasn't caused by me. The last time I checked the company should provide a thorough review of the car for the customer. I shouldn't have to be the one to do the actual leg work.

Pros: Easy to find the rental desk

Cons: The car model was an old diesel Fiat Doblo with a cracked side mirror, broken seatbelt and problems with the lights (warning lamp for missing bulbs was on). Not an Opel Zephyra or similar vehicle which is what we paid for, and bad value for the price. The car was not ready when we came, and we had to wait for about an hour. I was not happy with the service at all.

Cons: Ordered a economy car apparently bigger than a 'small' model. Got a fiat panda. Not sure what could be smaller. Sent a email to query so far not got a reply

Pros: I feel like I got ripped off. When I got there I had to pay an extra €165 plus. I paid €52 online plus the €401 and the €165. Which online it said only €451.

Pros: It was flexible and close to the airport.

Cons: It disn't have the choosen car model, I almost ended by a fiat panda, all other cars was booked off when we get in thr line, but then an another car came up, Kia Picanto, which was fine.

Pros: Well, the car was clean. But I paid 3times more Than it worth. 50 EUR/day for a KIA Picante. Usually it's 17 EUR/day with full insurance.

Cons: They cancelled my reservation without notification however my phone number was available and charge of the call would have been billed As local call, sincs we are both EU members.

Pros: The guy was friendly once we actually found him.

Cons: The hidden fee without warning about our late pickup. Though we told them in advance. Why close if there are still flights coming in? Airport terminals were all open. Not this company.

Cons: No clear signs from airport to advise of where to go to find them and name had changed to Ok Mobility.

Pros: The local representatives were friendly but lost my rental agreement when I returned the car.

Cons: Difficulty getting any answers to questions before collecting car due to head office being in Spain. Also directions to collect car were totally incorrect. Walk out the terminal and turn left (not right as stated) and walk 200m.

Cons: The company is not contactable. Numbers given that do not answer. The car company address from which we were to pick up the car was not given and the company entity name for the car supplier was not accurate (The real name is Ok Mobility instead of Ok Rentacar). Additionally should we have found the 'OK' car rental on time we would have been given a Fiat Panda which is not an equivalent car to a Renault Clio which was the type of car that our confirmation indicated we would be given. Thanks
