Cons: Very dirty car, window on driver side not functional, door hinge limitation was broken, oil change alarm light in the control panel on, etc. They charged me extra 40 Eur because the drop off early with 1 1/ 2 hour, altough the lady at the sesk was there and they had also a drop_off box.. Never uae this company again. Very poor service..

Pros: Car was in a terrible condition. Came up with service alert on day one. Then day two oil was needed which we added at our expense and was not reimbursed. Car was dirty and tired. Very poor

Cons: When we collected the car, there seemed a long wait for customers returning their vehicles. Perhaps another staff on duty for peak times. I did not feel listened to when I brought up the size of the car we were given in comparison to what I had booked. As a result, our luggage and passengers barely fit and were uncomfortable.

Cons: I was still billed for a car I didn’t get. CarWiz would not even help us find another car. So we walked down the street and someone offered to help who didn’t have a car but found a rental agency that did.

Cons: Horrible, dirty, unwashed child seats. Absolutely disgusting, with pieces of old food stuck to the fabric. The sponge padding was non existent (years of tear and wear) & turned into dust. They looked like they were pulled out of a thrash bin.

Cons: The car was not really clean and had many small damages. Technically it was ok more or less (tire pressure signal has sent warning messages all the time), but one of the door could not be closed fully (lot of noise came in) and there were signs of small accidents around the car.

Rental agent required photo/video of dent to prove it was pre-existing damage, which I fortunately took when picking up the car. A scummy practice to gaslight their less diligent customers.

Cons: Agency pick-up location was closed when we came at the time of pick-up. Had to wait for a while before agent showed up. Also, despite our asking for a larger car the car we were first offered was too small for our luggage. Luckily the agent was very accommodating and helped us find a bigger car that fit everything.

Cons: Car provided not in good condition. Washer bottle empty and wiper blades perished, could not clean windscreen efficiently. Several dents and scratches to bodywork noted upon collection. But it started everytime and it ran OK. And fortunately it hardly rained in the two weeks I drove it.

Car of the class we had booked returned whilst still at rental office, so we had to wait until it was checked, cleaned and valeted. Unable to find a direct return flight from Chania so had to take an 06.25 flight to Athens. I contacted the Carwiz who were not very helpful Finally agreed that the car could be returned at 05.00 at an out of hours cost of 40 euro. Waited until 05.25 but Carwiz rep did not turn up!

If there’s any scratch on the car that wasn’t there before we gave it to you, we’ll take €290 minimum as cost! Didn’t like the staff here. Just landed in the country and the first Greek person I spoke to didn’t give me a welcoming experience.
