Pros: I really liked how friendly and helpful the staff were, how quickly everything was handled at both pickup and drop‑off, and the fact that they explained all the local driving rules clearly. I also appreciated that they offered to take us to the airport after returning the car.

Pros: Though we informed of our dislike of condition and trouble with the car, they said that it was the only car left and we saw that the whole lot of car was available and this was before the season had started...

Cons: I adission. They managed to make a mistake about which airport I was arriving at, even though it was correct as in the booking reference. So they to get me a car last minute. And also for some weird reason there was water and not whipper fluid in the car.

Cons: From outside car was nice but technicaly i was worried if its going to last hole week. Car was little bit lazy. Oil change indicator, weird transmission bearing noise, front wheel bearing noise?, duallmass flyweel? I dont blame autocandia, i blame skoda. Simply clever 😁

Cons: Representative waited for another consumer so we waited with him. Representative emphasize we will be better off to pay extra insurance to avoid paying to him in case of damage even though we paid all damage cover in advance.

Pros: Pretty efficient on pick up. Similarly efficient on drop off and a particular mention to the guy on duty on Tues 5/9 evening. I left my glasses in the car. I only realised as I was about to go through Security at the airport. I called him, he found my glasses and drove the short distance to the Terminal to meet me and pass them back to me. Much appreciated.

Cons: No customer service even though we told them we have been double charged 65€, they didn’t try to protect us but instead said “yes, we know, this happens all the time with clients because they book through DiscoverCars.” Although this wasn’t their mistake, they still did nothing. We weee also provided with a different car than what we have reserved without explanation why.

Cons: The car was dented which I think was a good thing, when driving around crete you can easily get dents and scratches, so having a car thats already dented takes off pressure from you as a driver. What I didn't like was the cleanliness of the car inside, I don't think it had been cleaned for a couple of years.

But when I got there they told me that I didn’t pay for this and that this wasn’t the first time they have the same issue with discover cars. Also the car was rented based on a full insurance but they told me I have to pay additional amount to get the full coverage.

Cons: They tried to sell the extra insurance there as well and if you buy this from them they do not block the 700 euros on your card. I would have really loved to know this before, as i would have bought it directly from them so they should write it somewhere when you book the car.

Cons: A warning light was on, I phoned the rental agency, got an answerphone, left a message but I was not called back. The next day I solved the problem but I was not called back. If the problem had been more severe I feel I would not have got the support promised in the agreement.
