Pros: Representative was kind and efficient

Cons: Representative waited for another consumer so we waited with him. Representative emphasize we will be better off to pay extra insurance to avoid paying to him in case of damage even though we paid all damage cover in advance.

Pros: Pretty efficient on pick up. Similarly efficient on drop off and a particular mention to the guy on duty on Tues 5/9 evening. I left my glasses in the car. I only realised as I was about to go through Security at the airport. I called him, he found my glasses and drove the short distance to the Terminal to meet me and pass them back to me. Much appreciated.

Pros: They were on point at the airport, picking us up to their office.

Cons: No customer service even though we told them we have been double charged 65€, they didn’t try to protect us but instead said “yes, we know, this happens all the time with clients because they book through DiscoverCars.” Although this wasn’t their mistake, they still did nothing. We weee also provided with a different car than what we have reserved without explanation why.

Cons: the baby car seat was in extremely bad condition. The representative suggested to come in a day or two to replace it (he was supposed to get more). Due to logistics we kept the seat as is.

Cons: The car was dented which I think was a good thing, when driving around crete you can easily get dents and scratches, so having a car thats already dented takes off pressure from you as a driver. What I didn't like was the cleanliness of the car inside, I don't think it had been cleaned for a couple of years.

Pros: The response rate was great. I initially had some come concerns about the car but they were very respondent. They checked the car.

Cons: I have a problem with the fact that my confirmation was based on full to empty. But when I got there they told me that I didn’t pay for this and that this wasn’t the first time they have the same issue with discover cars. Also the car was rented based on a full insurance but they told me I have to pay additional amount to get the full coverage.

Cons: They take a deposit for 700euro and when I returned the car they said the money will be back on the account in 9 dags, why not in 2 days. The car wasnt in the best condition, felt like drivning a 10 year old car. I would not recommend renting here.

Cons: Had to call to be picked up for meet and greet,only 1 person working in pick up spot..took forever and car cleanliness was bad…back seats were in need of deep cleaning and car was dusty and dirty inside

Pros: Price was good, they waited for me in the airport, they were there at 6 in the morning when I left the car back and all was good.

Cons: They tried to sell the extra insurance there as well and if you buy this from them they do not block the 700 euros on your card. I would have really loved to know this before, as i would have bought it directly from them so they should write it somewhere when you book the car.

Pros: Car drop off was really fast. I could drop off the car outside normal working hours (5:00), paying a small fee for this service.

Cons: I got a Fiat Panda which is not similar to Skoda Fabia for which I payed. The car was too small and totally rudimentary.

Pros: We were met at the airport by the representative. The car was good value. Well presented, quite new.

Cons: A warning light was on, I phoned the rental agency, got an answerphone, left a message but I was not called back. The next day I solved the problem but I was not called back. If the problem had been more severe I feel I would not have got the support promised in the agreement.

Cons: Autocandia representatives gave me a car with flat spare tyre. It was not shown me at a pickup. But at return, they checked spare tyre, found it damaged and charged me for it. Is it a business model for additional income?

Pros: They were able to provide us with a vehicle very quickly despite not having any record of the booking from Discovery and were extremely helpful and kind

Cons: As a result of them not having the paperwork we didn't receive the car we had booked
