Pros: Friendly and fast pick up and drop-off

Pros: The staff were excellent. Efficient, friendly, and helpful.

Cons: The car was not in the best condition. It had previous damage to the front bumper which had not been repaired. Parts were loose and this could easily have led to unwanted issues during the hire. I didn't realise how bad the damage was until a few days into the hire.

Pros: Tried to pressure me into taking out extra insurance even though I’d already take out top up insurance from Discover cars.

Pros: My credit card did not work and there was no possibility of taking the credit card of my wife or change the name from the main driver to her name to have the main driver and credit card in the same name. We lost our insurance and needed to go by bus and taxi. Your non-flexibility destroyed our holidays and I would even recommend my friends to not choose your company.

Cons: No service, even aggressive employee when he told me I must buy a 500 Euro insurance because of the issues.

Cons: The car had done 150,000 + Kilometres.

Cons: The car was really old, more than 73 000 KM, it had a broken parking sensor that was causing noise all the time and driving us crazy the whole holiday. We reported this to the car rental immediately after we picked it up and they said everything is ok and they cannot find another car. After 30 mins of talking, they managed to find some alternative car, which was probably 15 years old The windshield fluid was almost empty (managed to clean the windshield twice in total) and car was very dirty.

Pros: fast pickup and all was sorted quite quickly

Cons: Car condition, the way how to car is haneded to you and the other way how every details is checked once the car is returning back (situation like, we will give it to you as messy as we want but you have to put that back nicely clean and without any scratch)

Cons: Very poor customer service by representative named Chris(Christian) in Surprice. Extremely rude, unprofessional and confrontational for no apparent reason at all. The only unsatisfactory experience I have had within the country of Greece or with any other booking through DiscoverCars.

Pros: Nothing. The staff were aggressive and try to isolate and bully customers.

Cons: Scammers and liars. Also providing vehicles that aren’t safe to drive.

Cons: Condition of the car. There were stains on the upholstery, damaged plastics, etc. We had very delayed flight and landed at 2AM (4 hours after closing the office) but there was no option to pay extra for late pick-up. There was such a option from other companies.

Pros: Someone will greet you at the airport and within minutes they drive you to their office which is only 3 mins away. When you drop off the car, there's a quick inspection and again in minutes you"re dropped at the airport.

Cons: The person assisting us on check in wasn't friendly, helpful or patient. However, this seems to only apply to this person as other staff were courteous and helpful.

Pros: Surprice were waiting straight away for me. No messing around. Excellent value for money. Thank you

Cons: Service described as ‘Meet and Greet’, but the vehicle was off airport and required a shuttle - though this was less than 5 minutes.

Cons: The man who went through my paperwork was rude and very dismissive of my Discover cars insurance. He said goats would jump on the car and I needed to pay €500 extra to insure "his car" was protected. I did not pay and politely told him i was covered by Discover cars. It was very threatening and misogynistic behaviour and he needs to drag himself into the 21st century. I will not use this company again, i felt quite shaken by his attitude and aggressive manner.

Pros: Really easy, someone met us at the airport- swift transfer (approx 2 mins from arrivals), friendly helpful service - Altho think we had a new person sorting us out. Returning the car was even easier/quicker. Would definitely use again :)

Pros: Car was quite old and sounded it, it had 155,000km on the clock. It's the oldest car I've ever rented.

Cons: Car windscreen was dirty. Didn’t help to use screen wash, it was still splattered round the edges which was distracting when you’re driving a left hand drive car in a strange country.

Cons: The agent was very rude with no reason. He also offered "additional" insurance for 100eur despite the fact that I bought full coverage from DiscoverCars. He insisted on buying his insurance claiming that the one from DiscoverCars is fake. He treated clients unprofessionaly giving orders and acting unpolitely: "you go out", "you sit here". I wish I took diffeent company. We came with my husband for a 3 days trip without children. This car rental was like a rock in a shoe :(

Pros: Not very much. The first car I was given was very old. When driving to our accommodation the car did not have enough power to get up even the slightest incline in the road and was dangerous. I returned it the next day and was given a slightly less old car which worked OK although it was obviously so old that it didn't have any bluetooth or even usb charging points.

Cons: Not very much, the first advisor seemed very rushed and just wanted to get rid of me. When I returned the first car the next day the advisor was more pleasant although she did expect me to refill the petrol tank even though it was due to Surprice that I had to use fuel to return to their office.

Cons: Airconditioning did not work on the passenger side, seatbelts did not pull back, warning on the screen for airbags disfunction. Plastic on the shifter was broken

Cons: Old car provided, AC not working to full capacity. Many issues with the car but also one of the staff was very rude, bald male.

Pros: Surprice is a budget rental service. I booked out of high season, the car was ready to go including the requested gps. Easy and friendly return policy, I didn't hvae the feeling I had to double check everything. Transparant, easy, no hastle.

Cons: As it's a budget rental, please be aware these are not the newest cars.

When picking the vehicle up we even questioned this particular mark and his reply was don’t worry small marks are okay. They kept us waiting and made me pay £180 before taking us to the airport. Cons: It was very hard to find the Surprice rental car pickup and drop off location. The local address is Chania wasn’t listed on any of the rental car paperwork. We spent a lot of time walking around at pickup looking for the shuttle van and driving around at drop off looking for the location.

Cons: When I arrived they told me that I had to get in the minibus alone as there was only space for one person. I did not feel safe as a female getting in a random bus alone without my partner and he couldn't go as I was the driver. They then made us walk on a dirt track for 10 minutes wheeling 3 suitcases which broke my large suitcase wheel. They gave us the car & luckily had photos and when we returned he tried to say we scratched it and needed to pay. This was a lie as we had photo proof.

Cons: Had to wait nearly 45mins to be picked up from airport to get the car. Then had to wait for 4 other clients to have their cars sorted out, paid for out of office hours why? First car was dirty inside with stains, doors creaked, clutch seemed to be going. Had to change the first car, second car was better but trim inside broken near driver seat, wiper blades were useless didn't clean windscreen at all.
