Pros: Pick up was fine. Gentleman was very nice. Dropping off, the woman was very rude.

Cons: Car was old and had faulty headlamps and aircon - which only worked on full. OK most of the time but when I drove at night not so good (or safe).

Cons: Took forever to process the car and give me the keys when I arrived (kept me waiting for at least a half hour then came in to help me get the paperwork processed); also, they claimed a scratch on the bumper of the vehicle when there was nothing there and charged me for it. Terrible service and lack of communication.

Cons: Fraudulent rental company. Steals deposits and is very dishonest.

Cons: The car rental agency owner took us 50€ on our credit card without telling us, when asked for the reason he told us he charged the money because the car had sand inside. The contract didn’t mention it neither we received communication about that nor gave us a receipt. Never again. We are thinking of proceding legally.

Pros: The customer service was excellent. It was a bit confusing to find the pick up place, but everything was very smooth once we did. The bigger age goes we’re not allowing one way rentals - Alma instead not only provided it, but also had a representative meet us at the ferry to pick up the car. Very efficient and friendly.

Cons: People seemed sketchy and tried to charge us 50 euros extra when we picked up the car. When we left the car they said that everything looked okay and the deposit would unblock in 2 weeks. Hopefully that's going to happen!

Cons: I was forced to pay a damage to the car I was not a part of. Somebody did scratch it while it was parked. Cars should be ensured.

Pros: No one at the desk when we arrived to return the car 3 hours before the flight. a lady from a near carhire desk came to check the car and she was very unfriendly .

Pros: STEALERS! TO AVOID ABSOLUTELY!!! SPEND A LITTLE MORE MONEY AND GO TO A REAL ESTABLISHED VENDOR! The owner did a very speedy check of the car at first, and then at the end, another employee performed the check out, and did a very very long check, and did find some damages that were not checked by the owner. We didn’t do the damages but they forced us to pay for them.

Cons: The car itself was very beaten up. I don't think there was a single panel without damage and it had done 100K km. Not the usual kind of rental car I am used to.

Pros: The car had to be replaced on the 3rd day due to a problem with the trunk. They were responsive and quick to respond.

Cons: I wanted to return the car at the beginning of working hours - 7.30. However, Discovercars allowed the first return time to be 08.00 as it counts from the 7.31 start of the working day. There is no other option before 08.00 and this created stress for my family with young children as my flight took off at 08.40. However, a reasonable alternative was found and we left the car early. In general - happy.

Cons: Location / signage for "Alma" was not very obvious from the street. On arrival we walked passed it twice and had to ask directions. When we did find the Alma sign, it was very faded / ragged, and was lost amongst the other signs around it.
