Pros: Fast drop off close to terminal
Cons: 2-hour wait to pick up car. The 29-minute late pick up window set by Discover meant we built in a cushion in case our plane was delayed. When we arrived an hour early, Budget would not gives our car. But we only learned that after we waited 45 minutes on their interminable line while they spent 20 minutes with each customer. We had to sit around and wait until our pick up time and even then they wouldn't give us our car for another half hour. Never again!

Pros: The experience with this company on Crete was fabulous, but not so in Milos. In Milos they gave me a car that had been in an accident and was in poor condition and would not exchange it for another. I was left two days without a car which adversely affected my vacation.
