Pros: -Courtesy and professionalism of the staff at the pick-up desk -No pressure to purchase extra insurance -Damage correctly reported on the form -Courtesy of staff at drop-off -Professional car check (damage and fuel) at drop-off -Extended opening hours on Sunday evening upon arrival -Reasonable price, excellent value for money -Desk located inside the terminal and vehicle inside the airport parking lot
Pros: The experience with this company on Crete was fabulous, but not so in Milos. In Milos they gave me a car that had been in an accident and was in poor condition and would not exchange it for another. I was left two days without a car which adversely affected my vacation.
Pros: very helpful staff & excellent condition of the car
Cons: a little bit expensive the fuel charges
Pros: Quality of car; price
Pros: Easy process at collection and drop off
