EasyAuto at Crete Airport Chania

Cons: They said that they upgraded me. Well they upgraded me into a 2016 vehicle, the radio didn't work nor did the USB charging port for your phone. At least the vehicle didn't break down.

Pros: Reactivity of agents, easy process for pick up and drop off, good car conditions

Pros: Very friendly, polite, fast.

Pros: Easy communication and quick check in procedure

Cons: Car was not in the greatest condition but was fine for what we needed. Immediately needed gas upon pulling out. Tire light on. Older car.

Cons: The car wasn’t very clean sadly. It was hard to see through the windows

Pros: Not much

Cons: Car boot catch faulty and I was told I could return it to exchange the next day. I’m on holiday!!!

Pros: Good communication

Pros: I appreciate that I rented the car without deposit required.

Cons: I was not made aware that vehicle collection and drop-off was at a separate location.

Pros: I had the option with no deposit. I must say that I was a bit confused if I should go on the minibus from the airport until the parking to get the car, so I refused and asked that person to bring me the car. They were kind to do so. After I explained my concern, they understood. They were kind to changed my car as I requested, because tha car was to small for my luggage and wheelchair. They did that with no extra charge. Appreciate the support 👍

Pros: They were perfect and more, I felt like I ve know everyone of them, Lea ( her support was amazing) Geoge was very efficient….

Cons: The way they answer very quickly and nicely to any problem or needs. They were really helpful and supportive and I really appreciate that Thanks to Lea ( absolutely perfect) and to Geoge for the help

Pros: as above, very helpful and polite and happy to go that extra mile

Pros: we were met at the airport and it was the easiest car pick up ever

Cons: Drop off signage wasn't great

Pros: The good service from the lady over the phone and when we met her. Easy to talk with!

Pros: Cleanliness and efficency

Cons: The fact that they ask for my credit card information and put them in writting on the rental paper. Card number, expiry date and cvv. This is dangerous in case they lose the paper, didn’t feel safe to give those details on some physical paper.

Pros: The rep was in the airport to meet us and was friendly

Cons: On arrival I had to go by minibus to collect the car. My wife was not allowed on the empty minibus! She had to wait at the airport with the luggage for me to fetch the car! The aircon did not cool the car properly then smelt of fumes. We lost 2 hours taking the car for exchange at the airport. EasyAuto did not deliver. The 2nd car had no problems. On departure I had to leave my wife with the luggage again at the airport.

Pros: Agent met us with a sign with our name on it and took us to our car which was right outside the door .

Cons: Car almost empty when picked up and didn’t realize it

Pros: One of the main reasons for choosing them was that they accept debit cards not just credit cards. I really hate the fact that most of the rental companies turn you down if you don't own a credit card. What if you don't want to have one? So, special thanks to Easy Auto for accepting this request.

Cons: Everything was fine.

Pros: easy, good communication, everything was very smooth in terms of service. Someone had scratched our car in a parking - we went to EasyAuto and they were very cool about it - wrote down the incident quickly and we went on to our path. We didn't have any issues either with the Website (Discover) or the car provider (Easy Auto). I highly recommend both! :)

In comparison to other offered cars during that time, great value for money.

Pros: Great service

Pros: The delivered car was perfect en delivered right on time

Cons: The child seat was verry expensive compared to other car rental companies

Pros: The car was in fine condition and it was clean at the pick-up.

Cons: The pick-up and dropping off procedure was in a hurry and I left a phone cable in the car. They had no office at the airport. I had to write down my card informations (including security code) to the printed paper, I think it is not an appropriate attitude nowadays (GDPR, etc.)

Pros: simplicity

Cons: deposit block should be released after the return of the car

Pros: Quality of service. Friendly staff, easy communication, easy pickup, easy dropoff. No problems. Got my warranty after 1 week without any issues. All good.

Pros: Easy as pie

Cons: Na

Pros: Friendly personal for pick up and dropp off. Fast check in . Efficient transport to the airport (very close)
