Cons: The van was in terrible condition. I asked for a different vehicle but they didn't have another the size we needed. Are drop off they told me the car was fine and I didnt need any documentation and they don't give any. 3 weeks later they charge my account almost 1000 and say it had a scratch when it was returned. There was no notice no emails no damage reported to me, just 950 taken out of my account. When I called they said you should of been notified and we will email you. Worst service ever!

Cons: You were not there to meet us at the airport....After 1/2 hour waiting we had to call you....it turns out that you did not have a car for us!!...It took you over 2 hours to 'fob' us off to another rental company.

Pros: Was quite quick to drop off

Cons: Seemed unprofessional. Emailed me a day before saying can they give me a manual car instead even though I had specifically paid more for an automatic. The car was dirty and seat ripped, as well as scratches all over it. Looked like they had borrowed their friends car. No official desk and were driven out of airport to pick our car up. Took pictures of my driving license and hire copy on their phone as didnt have a proper office.
