Noleggiare at Cagliari Airport

Pros: Rude. Obstructive. Dismissive.

Cons: Didn’t have the car we booked. No automatic. Too small. Pointless booking it.

Pros: I liked nothing about the experience with Noleggiare at Cagliari airport. The agents were rude, deliberately misleading and only interested in trying to upsell.

Cons: I booked a car with Discover Cars and paid the additional premium to have full CDW insurance. The documents from Discover Insurance clearly stated "you do not need to pay anything extra at the rental desk". When arriving at the rental desk, the Noleggiare agent very forcefully tried to get me to take their own additional rental insurance for €30 per day. When I refused, the car I booked (he had the keys in his hand) was "no longer available". Disgusting company.

Cons: We were charged for vegetation scratches and I couldn't see any.

Pros: Friendly reception and concern with our requests. Quick and easy drop off.

Cons: The pick up in Cagliari AirPort is a bit far from arrival not so easy to find when coming for the first time.

Cons: I had a feeling that they were trying to cheat me. Although I had full insured car they try to charged me due to their policy for two scraches. Also fuel tank was not completley full when I took the car.

Cons: The rental agent pushed for us to purchase additional insurance and made us feel very stupid for not doing it (we had purchased comprehensive insurance through discover cars already). When we didn't buy it his demeanour changed and he wasn't as friendly. Also, there was a small issue in dropping back the car as no space was available in the car park for myself or several other customers, and with no on-site agent at that time (7 am) it was stressful trying to figure out what to do.

Cons: State the proces of the extra insurance on the website. Now people have to decide on the spot which negatively influences the transparancy of the company.

Pros: We were deceived by the agents. Our original contract was cancelled because we were late for pickup our. We were late because our flight was late.. We were told a new contract will be made and we will not pay anything for the one that was cancelled. We asked a couple of times to make sure that no charge would be made against the original contract. We were assured by the personnel who seemed very nice and professional. Unfortunately, the charge came, so we were charged for both contracts.

They told us that we were not covered for external damages as scratches and that we could be charged almost 1700€ if anything hapend . The car was not very clean ( inside and outside). Pros: Overly expensive with added coverage Details not provided from discovercars to noleggiare. I had to write them again. The recopy by noleggiare of the e-mail was erroneous. Thus Contract not sent to me . Then despite call to the desk and claim on their website and e-mail check I requested it was not corrected. The police could have given me a fine for not having documents to date. Not a serious company , Not to trust.

Cons: We were sold additional insurance and were advised that the insurance offered as part of the initial booking would not provide cover over €2400 and not be adequate cover in the event of a significant incident.

Cons: The need for a credit card to make the deposit was unclear from the beginning, making us pay more 200 euros than the initial price for a "Premium Package". We noticed other clients getting stuck on this scheme as well.

Firstly agent told us that if we do not have proof that someone scratch the car we will have to pay for it, only with full coverage platinum insurance we will be safe we took middle option everything was covered except very bottom and roof but he still insist to give us the most expensive platinum insurance even we had full coverage from discover cars. He gave us a key but none went with us to show the car at night !

It was pure luck that we did not stuck in Cagliari because this company refused to gave me the booked car. No humanity, no flexibility, very rude service. They did not even try to help me. On the voucher it says: I need a physical and valid driving license, I had it. The damage was not affected for this instruction. Bad service

Pros: the guy a the rental desk was friendly but we already had the insurance that we paid at discover cars and then had to pay 200€ more for the insurance. We couldnt even dicuss it with the renatal desk. And the we didnt get the car that we paid for. We paid for a fiat 500 and got a fiat panda. They said we made a reservation of the category fiat. That wasnt true because on the website we made they were Fiat panada and fiat 500. So we clicked on the fiat 500 and the comfirmation came of the fiat 500

Cons: Rides of staff insisting we had to pay another £150 for the week, this was not what we had booked and will be taking this up with Discover cars. Cost to add additional driver was crazy so we’re not able to afford that with the additional insurance that we were made to pay

Pros: I had reserved a car with GPS but I was told that they didn’t have any left. So ask the assistant to give a moment to discuss it with my partner. When I came back (after about 5 minutes), they rented the car to someone else and offered me a much more bigger and expensive car instead. I was told that I was late.

Cons: There was a bit of arguing about a tiny scratch on mirror, which surely would have been there already, but because the whole side had a massive scratch, we did not notice it. In the end the claim was dropped. They really pushed for us to take up a Zero excess insurance policy, which was not great.

You sign the rental agreement at the desk and they can put whatever name they want on it. They were not halpful at all and flat refused to do anything to try and fix the situation. Everyone's excuse these days is that they are not able to help, there is no autonomy or decision making made on the ground. We ended up having to go to another company on the day and pay

They charged me with 80€ just to book the car and when I arrived at the rental desk the 80€ went as a donation to the company, so they stolen from me these cash They charged me with 100€ for full deposit, I brought the car back with full deposit and they didn't return my 100€ back. They charged more money from that, that was on the agreement. Never I had such an experience like this, and I have rented cars in Spain, Throughout Italy, Germany, England

Since car wash was already included in the price, you could have an advantage in specifying it more clearly - Noleggiare pushed me - annoyingly - to buy an additional insurance, but I guess it’s not your fault

Cons: Make it cleareer that debit cards are not allowed, everywhere else it was always fine (Spain, Norway, US, etc. never a problem...). So we suddenly had to pay 200 Euros more than planned (when making online reservation) in order to get a car at all...this pissed me off a lot!
