Cons: At drop off I had to go to the noleggiare box, not at the car park, and then go back to the car to wait for the staff to come and check the car

Pros: Not much to be honest. Not only did we have difficulty, but the customers in front of us, of which there were are least two while we queued, were refused the car rental as apparently the credit card used on line with Discover Cars did not EXACTLY match on the agreement when they arrived in Italy.

Cons: The car was smaller than we had 'requested'. On collecting car from the rental company in Italy, we had to pay a large sum of money as they refused the insurance we had paid for through Discover Cars which apparently are brokers.

Pros: I liked nothing about the experience with Noleggiare at Cagliari airport. The agents were rude, deliberately misleading and only interested in trying to upsell.

Cons: I booked a car with Discover Cars and paid the additional premium to have full CDW insurance. The documents from Discover Insurance clearly stated "you do not need to pay anything extra at the rental desk". When arriving at the rental desk, the Noleggiare agent very forcefully tried to get me to take their own additional rental insurance for €30 per day. When I refused, the car I booked (he had the keys in his hand) was "no longer available". Disgusting company.

Cons: I had a feeling that they were trying to cheat me. Although I had full insured car they try to charged me due to their policy for two scraches. Also fuel tank was not completley full when I took the car.

Cons: The rental agent pushed for us to purchase additional insurance and made us feel very stupid for not doing it (we had purchased comprehensive insurance through discover cars already). When we didn't buy it his demeanour changed and he wasn't as friendly. Also, there was a small issue in dropping back the car as no space was available in the car park for myself or several other customers, and with no on-site agent at that time (7 am) it was stressful trying to figure out what to do.

Pros: We were deceived by the agents. Our original contract was cancelled because we were late for pickup our. We were late because our flight was late.. We were told a new contract will be made and we will not pay anything for the one that was cancelled. We asked a couple of times to make sure that no charge would be made against the original contract. We were assured by the personnel who seemed very nice and professional. Unfortunately, the charge came, so we were charged for both contracts.

Thus Contract not sent to me . Then despite call to the desk and claim on their website and e-mail check I requested it was not corrected. The police could have given me a fine for not having documents to date. Not a serious company , Not to trust.

Cons: We were sold additional insurance and were advised that the insurance offered as part of the initial booking would not provide cover over €2400 and not be adequate cover in the event of a significant incident.

Firstly agent told us that if we do not have proof that someone scratch the car we will have to pay for it, only with full coverage platinum insurance we will be safe we took middle option everything was covered except very bottom and roof but he still insist to give us the most expensive platinum insurance even we had full coverage from discover cars. It was pure luck that we did not stuck in Cagliari because this company refused to gave me the booked car. No humanity, no flexibility, very rude service. They did not even try to help me. On the voucher it says: I need a physical and valid driving license, I had it. The damage was not affected for this instruction. Bad service

Pros: the guy a the rental desk was friendly but we already had the insurance that we paid at discover cars and then had to pay 200€ more for the insurance. We couldnt even dicuss it with the renatal desk. And the we didnt get the car that we paid for. We paid for a fiat 500 and got a fiat panda. They said we made a reservation of the category fiat. That wasnt true because on the website we made they were Fiat panada and fiat 500. So we clicked on the fiat 500 and the comfirmation came of the fiat 500

Pros: I had reserved a car with GPS but I was told that they didn’t have any left. So ask the assistant to give a moment to discuss it with my partner. When I came back (after about 5 minutes), they rented the car to someone else and offered me a much more bigger and expensive car instead. I was told that I was late.

In the end the claim was dropped. They really pushed for us to take up a Zero excess insurance policy, which was not great.

You sign the rental agreement at the desk and they can put whatever name they want on it. They were not halpful at all and flat refused to do anything to try and fix the situation. Everyone's excuse these days is that they are not able to help, there is no autonomy or decision making made on the ground. We ended up having to go to another company on the day and pay
