Pros: The recepcion and the return was fast and the car was good.

Pros: Great car, personnel was nice and friendly. I had to do some amendments in loco and they were helpful. No stress at all.

Cons: I couldn’t get a confirmation I could have got the amendments I needed by phone, so I wasn’t sure I was going to get what I needed once I got there (one extra day)

Pros: Good app, easily used . Car place a short walk from arrivals ( outside, 5 minutes walking but we found it fine). Car offered was clean and lovely to drive with excellent connection to our phones ( a toyota hybrid model) Car insurance with Discovercars was okay price. The insurance offered by Viagairre was astronomical.

Cons: Not the specific car that i booked, however a good alternative was supplied. I much prefer lighter colour cars as they heat up less. I still had to deposit €900 on my card despite having full insurance through Discovercars.

Pros: The Service provided by viaggiare is shocking. When I pay to rent a certain car I expect to receive that car not something similar or in my case a faulty car and a faulty car seat. Safety of my baby is more important than anything. All the car seats were thrown on top of each other in a Barack , super dirty and most of them are faulty. Car was faulty, staff is not helpful and rude honestly absolut shameful company . I’ve lost 4h in front of their desk

Pros: They respectfully accepted I had excess insurance to cover what was excluded on their basic cover. Their basic cover also had zero deductible CDW which makes life easier and drop-off quicker.

There were only 7 people in the line before me and 2 agents were helping and the line took 2 hours. It was horrible to wait that long when you don’t understand why as well. It was so slow. Cons: Firstable was Discovercars. We paid for the car the car plus full insurance. At Viagiarre was that not ok, we had quite problems and we had to pay more than 100€ extra. Never ever again Discovercars. I would be really happy,if we could get our money back from Discovercars. The cost od the car was almost 250€ for 5 days,but it should be cca. 130€.

Pros: When picking the car we asked for a bigger one. Although they were almost fully booked, the girl found the way to meet our request. She was very kind and efficient. The car was very new and comfortable.

Cons: For the drop off we had to wait as the girl there was on her own and had a lot off people queuing for pick up. We never got the email with the confirmation that everything was OK although the release the deposit a few days after.

Cons: Difficoltà ad effettuare il check in online e ritiro della vettura troppo lungo dovuto al fatto che al banco check ci fosse solo una persona ( tra l'altro bravissima e disponibile) per ritiro e riconsegna e quindi costretta ad allontanarsi per il controllo delle auto in rientro. (attesa circa 45 minuti per ritirare l'auto da me prenotata).

I made a small scratch and they asked me not only a really high price for that but also a surplus to keep the vehicle at the facility during the reparation. we are talking about a small scratch, and when I received the car, the vehicle had several of these scratches but they gave me anyway. I will protest for sure that bill because several things are not wrong.

Pros: The best rental out there. It shows because there is a line to the desk (it's the left of of the two outside the airport). Agents are really friendly, speak good English and the order process is quick when you already have the car booked on discovercars.com. You have to have a Credit card, they do not accept debit cards, but it's normal. Great help and friendliness from Giacomo who gave all instructions with a smile. We had a hybrid Panda. Returned it quickly and without problems.

Cons: The parking is a little far from the office but it's not a big problem if you have all your stuff on wheels. If not, you have to walk about 200m through the parking lot.

Pros: Never got car because Discover Car canceled my reservation (without even notifying me!). So I can’t comment on this company, only on your company which I would never use or recommend. You charged me almost 100 dollars for nothing. I’ve used other 3rd party booking sites (like booking.com) and have never been charged for the service. I would like a refund of my deposits.

Cons: Finding your booth at the airports was very difficult. On arrival we were looking for Discover cars only to find out we needed to look for Viaggiare. There are no signs at the airports to indicate where you are located. It took us an hour to find it on arrival and then waited an hour in line. Since we returned it to an different airport, we had to start all over again but at least we knew what name to ask for. You could make it much easier by putting up signs like the other car rentals.
