Pros: Very nice people

Cons: They try to sell me one more inssurancr, even if I told them that I already have one

Pros: Good service at the airport, helpful staff

Cons: Good service, but it's not certain whether the customer will get the car they ordered—unless it's directly through Locauto.

Pros: Servizio celere

Cons: They charge an extra 45 euro for 7 min delay despite the fact that we was at the parking lot and just cleaned the car

Pros: Speed of service, lovely car, multiple locations

Pros: Quick and helpful.

Cons: My credit card details, including expiration date and CVV code were manually copied and stored in Locauto computer. It was mandatory for the car rental. There was no window washing liquid in the car.

Pros: Quick, clear rules, good service.

Pros: Helpful employees.

Cons: Everything was pleasant.

Pros: Friendly people.

Cons: First car had a tyre low pressure and the oil change required warnings on. Exchanged but a tedious experience.

Pros: I ordered and paid for a Volkswagen, but they changed it to a cheaper Nissan. They didn't provide any compensation.

Pros: Car given was new

Pros: Friendly, English speaking.

Cons: Had to pay more insurance after already thinking we had paid top insurance through discovery cars. Car was not thoroughly cleaned, food in between seats, milk stain on side of centre console, stains on seats. Car would throw faults.

Pros: They are fast, kind, and give you a new or like-new car.

Cons: I never get the car I book on the site. Not a big problem. But if I pay more for a car (vw t-roc), it's not good to get a cheaper car (vw t-cross). Which I could have rented for less.

Cons: Оказа се ,че трябва де се доплаща за застраховка, а смятахме ,че сме платили всичко

Cons: Good People)

Pros: New car and cery fast and polite staff

Cons: Non

Pros: We were given the same car chosen during the reservation

Cons: Nothing

Pros: I like the proximity to the airport. I like the kindness of the staff. The cars are always clean, in good condition, and beautiful. Picking them up and dropping them off is easy and simple. I like that they accept debit cards.

Cons: I don't like that they recommend things that are not necessary. Navigation for extra money when it is in the car as standard. New insurances for extra money, in addition to the fact that I took out full insurance for the car. So these are useless recommendations for me. And it casts a bad light on the Locauto company that it wants to collect extra money illegally and by scamming.

Pros: quality of car

Cons: location of facility and wait time to check-in.

Pros: Everything. From booking to the entire process, everything went smoothly. Without needing to leave exorbitant deposits, and with very competitive prices with other rent a car that asked for deposits of €1200. Flexible in relation to vegetation marks and dirt on the car.

Cons: /

Pros: Very friendly and helpful staff, good location, fast service, comfort and clean car.

Cons: It minded me that in case of crashing or scratching the rented car my insurance was valid through Discovercars, not directly from Locauto. In that case Locauto would take my money and then l would have to solve the problem via Discovercars.
