RentSmart24 at Cagliari Airport

Pros: Eficiency. Car conditions

Pros: rien

Cons: tout: accueil - prix .....

Cons: Unfortunatelly I was advised upon arrival that I cannot rent 2 cars on same credit card although there was nothing written down in their Terms and conditions during registration. This costed me additional 270€ as we had no other option since I had only 1 credit card. In fact 270€ was charge for premium cover and driver name change only.

Pros: It's super easy and they are super helpful and cost effective

Pros: After booking the car, I received clear instructions on where to catch the shuttle to get to the pick-up location. The staff at the office were friendly, answered all my questions, and quickly handed over the car. The car itself was clean, new, and in excellent condition. I was very satisfied with the service and would happily recommend it to my friends.

Cons: No

Pros: 24h rental, what is uncommon in Sardegnia

Cons: Car hadn't ant parking sensors or camera

Pros: Value

Cons: The car was weak

Pros: Fast pick-up and drop-off, clean car

Cons: There was a warning for tyre pressure on the display right from the start, it should not be the customer's responsibility to check tyre pressure

Pros: Friendly and Fast. No annoying sales pitches for insurance etc.

Cons: Luckily we brought our own baby seat the ones we saw there looked very outdated and dirty.

Pros: Staff davvero gentile e disponibile. Tempi di ritiro e riconsegna velocissimi. Consigliato il check-in online. Rende il ritiro davvero rapido.

Pros: La cordialità e disponibilità nelle spiegazioni di tutto

Cons: Mi e piaciuto tutto

Pros: Friendly helpful service

Pros: Good service

Cons: Wind screen wipers were many years old. Navigator shoul be in every car!!!

Pros: All went smooth. First experience with this company. Happy and hopefully i will use it again.

Pros: Web page was incest snd get paid twice for insurance. There is no signs to when return.

Pros: Quick, cheap.

Cons: Car had minor issues, nothing big. Agent couldn't explain what it would cost me to get a tow assistance, instead they thought I should read the agreement (after signing it)

Pros: Everything perfect

Cons: I like the fast service

Pros: Convenient and very affordable prices

Cons: The assistant said it would be cheaper to get a taxi from the airport but it wasn’t so I had to come back to the rental place to get a cheaper taxi.

Pros: Everything has been correct.

Cons: I signed about little scratches / small things without checking from both sides. That's not O.K. When you are tired you can put your signature everywhere...

Pros: Very smooth

Cons: Nothing

Cons: When we returned the car, we were unexpectedly charged €36 for not having it washed inside and out. This was the first time a rental company required us to return a car cleaned, and we were not informed of this at pickup—only at drop-off. The car was not particularly dirty, and the charge was based on a vague clause stating the car should be returned in the same condition, including fuel and cleanliness. While fuel was clearly mentioned, no specific mention was made about washing the car.

Cons: Oil service was not reset and oil level was below minimum. Had to buy and add oil. No Ad Blue in the car when we got it. The car was after two days starting to have reduced power. Had to buy an fill 10L of Ad Blue. Shouldn’t be like that when you rent a car

Cons: that they refused to find a solution and sent us away on a sunday midnight and let us pay 100€ for taxi

Pros: Mimo późnego przyjazdu do Cagliari mogliśmy odebrać swoje auto. Otrzymaliśmy auto to, które rezerwowałam. Bardzo polecam to biuro!

Cons: Nie było takich rzeczy.

Pros: Fast, efficient, easy.

Cons: All of the rental cost add ons

Pros: It was one of the cheaper options

Cons: Car didn’t exist when I arrived, waited 3 hours, had to take a car from another group at same price (due to using a 3rd party booking), dropping off the car somehow took almost an hour, would never rent from then again (would pay 30% more at least to rent from somewhere else)

Pros: Friendly and helpful staff

Pros: Really quick and easy

Cons: Weren’t sure how clean the car needed to be on return, should have asked though when he mentioned it needed to be clean. No issues though we vacuumed and hosed down

Pros: Efficient shuttle to airport

Cons: The car provided was in similar category as Skoda Karoq but I don't like the brand Citroën (C5 model) given.

Cons: Firstly, I reserved and paid for reservation of car (one of the most comprehensive insurance products). Later, when I did an on-line check-in - here the rent-a-car tricks begin and app guides you in such a way that you still pay for the best insurance, at the end you see that you pay even more than what is stated on the contract. plus, you order one vehicle, gets something different.

Pros: Quite convenient

Cons: Since I have debit Mastercard, I had to pay additional 177€ for premium insurance before pick-up although it was already covered in final price

Pros: Agents at the desk are vero good

Cons: I booked a i20 or similar and they gave me a ypsilon. For them are in the same category but it's an evident downgrade

Pros: Quick at the office. To pick up and to drop off.

Cons: Difficulty to understand on the phone.

Pros: The car was in excellent condition with relatively low mileage. The car was perfect for navigating the mountainous regions of Sardinia.

Cons: No major complaints, except for a small detail—the wiper wash container was empty, which initially made me think it wasn’t functioning.

Pros: Very friendly and efficient

Cons: N A

Pros: Fast and efficient service provided. Well organized team.

Cons: Nothing. All super

Pros: All perfect, nice people and perfect car. Thanks

Pros: Almost nothing. The rental counter guy was nice, but wasn't there when we arrived, we waited 45 minutes to get the car, and then the car had a flat tire, so we had to wait another 45 minutes to get a new car. Overall, it took 2 hours before we were able to leave with a car.

Pros: Good price, shuttle from/to airport.

Cons: Pick-up process took quite a lot of time (notification to check-in in advance received at the time of picking up).

Pros: I had an accident and it was dealt with with efficiency and professionalism

Cons: Nothing

Pros: Kindness and good quality of services

Cons: Maybe need some info about online check in as it is bit suspicious later. But finally was OK and helpful on time off picking up the car. Great service. I recommend it for others and myself next time.

Pros: Very easy, quick and no hassle at all!!! I would hire a car again and again from this company, highly recommend them.

Pros: Value for the money

Cons: Value for the money

Pros: Horrible!! Never again with this company!!

Cons: No support in case of an issue with the car!! The Road Assistance completely unavailable and unhelpful!! Never again!!

Pros: Great car, fast service

Cons: The inside of the car was not clean, there was uncertainty about damages when returning the car

Cons: Never ask me to do your company's job of cleaning the car for you, that is unacceptable

Pros: Very professional, knowledgeable and good shuttle service

Cons: The fact there was the delay in collection after we’d cleared the airport earlier than anticipated. The extra charges

Pros: Personale maleducato, ha segnato che abbiamo restituito la macchina fuori orario 15.09 quando il nostro noleggio terminava 1630. Ha segnato cerchione con una piccolissima riga invece macchina era già cosi

Cons: They did not pick up the phone when I was calling them.

Pros: Great service- from pickup/drop off to the airport to the rental service - Alissia from the rental office was very nice and explained everything very well!! Great experience :)

Pros: Instructions clear to collect vehicle via shuttle

Cons: Car substitute had smaller boot than car booked and nothing available to help us with 5 large suitcases for 5 adults and hand luggage which the booked car would have coped with

Pros: Elena at the pick-up desk was amazing! Fast, informative, helpful. Hassle-free and very good service.

Cons: That the desk isn’t on the airport but it only took two minutes with shuttle and the shuttles were frequently, meaning no problem!

Pros: Rapidité

Cons: Explications pour trouver le loueur

Pros: The efficiency of the staff and the convenience of the shuttle bus from the airport

Cons: everything was great

Cons: Very rude staff of rentsmart at the counter, car was missing windscreenwasher completely

Pros: Professionali, efficienti.

Pros: They created huge problems at pick up. Their online system was having problems and there was no one from the team at store. Some agents from Parking go helped us After almost 2 hours without assistance from Rent Smart (worst service ever) They got in the system and solved problem . But Rent Smart charged me more 110 euros They stole our money and I will try to get it back . They did not behave properly or professional and I have several proof to show to Discoverscars

Cons: The worst rental car service I have ever seen (I am not overreacting. This is unfortunately the truth .

Pros: I will NEVER rent again with RentSmart24! It is the worst rental car!

Cons: In addition to waiting more than an hour to pick up the car despite being asked to check in online, they also billed me 39 eur for cleaning a seat where there was some sand!

Pros: Auto nuovissima

Cons: Niente

Cons: They charged me because i picked up the car during the night (my flight was canceled and i had to take another one later)

Pros: fast pick up

Cons: There is no sign "RentSmart24" on the transfer car. You can find the sign only on driver's uniform.

Pros: Kind people working with the public

Cons: It’s not in the airport, but they provide transporte to the local.

Pros: Çok başarılı, yardımsever, seri, hemen cevap alabiliyorsunuz.

Cons: evet çok beğendim

Pros: Great all round

Cons: Seemed expensive

Pros: Efficient and very polite and helpful

Pros: They were fast.

Pros: Very helpful staff. Efficient communications before the journey started.

Pros: Muy amables y formales. El coche estaba impecable.

Cons: No hubo nada que no nos gustase.

Pros: The ability to check in on line

Cons: Fast and smooth

Pros: The staff was great! Really kind and the service with the online pre check in was very smooth and allowed a quick pick up.

Pros: Fast pick up and drop off

Cons: Poor tires and no floor mats

Pros: everything ok

Pros: Explained process in detail. Looked round car for damage before and after. Explained their expectations for cleanliness on return

Cons: Bit of a wait for bus to airport

Pros: finding the shuttle was a nightmeare they need to be more specific about DEPARTURES!!!!!!

Cons: speed of getting paperwork sorted pickup and drop off

Pros: Exactly did what they said they would do, east

Pros: Worth ever ecperience in my life, disgracefull agency in Caligliari, will post negative review everywhere online

Pros: Car condition

Pros: Good contact with rental service

Cons: Nothing

Cons: We ordered a Citroen C3 Aircross, but were given a Fiat 500x as a comparable vehicle. The Citroen can hold at least 2 standard 20 kg of luggage, but not a rented Fiat vehicle. The rental employee did not want to deal with us at all. When returning the car, we were accused of causing a scratch on the vehicle that was already there. If I had not videotaped the entire vehicle when I took over, the damage would have been claimed from us.

Pros: Nothing. They didn't have the correct type of vehicle (petrol available instead of diesel). They were about to give us the keys, without mentioning that the car was of different type. We thought and asked from ourselves for confirmation. This seemed like they were about to make fool out of us, instead of properly inform us that petrol car was only available at the moment, despite our initial booking.

This seemed like they were about to make fool out of us, instead of properly inform us that petrol car was only available at the moment, despite our initial booking. Furthermore, the employee just said "OK then, deal is off", and didn't bother to find any solution for their fault.

Pros: Ticked all the boxes!

Pros: Good Qualität reception

Pros: Efficient, fast and friendly!

Cons: No spare wheel or emergency repair kit in case of puncture but compensated for free towtruck and repairs in case of puncture!

Pros: disponibilità, efficienza e precisione

Pros: Very professional and have a very efficient service

Cons: All was great

Pros: The price and the transfer Washington ver efficient

Cons: The moment se arrived elas necessary to do check in online , we didn’t know , I should be been more clear in the documents . We spend 2 hours to pick up de car in the front desk.

Pros: Nothing, do not use RentSmart24. I had child seats that the buckle did not work, they did not honour the price agreed with Discover cars booking voucher, they did not provide a car of similar ‘category’ as per agreed. The car provided key did not work properly. When trying to contact them during the rental they did not respond to phone calls or email. Was also a 1/3 full tank of fuel on pick up, which is impossible to guess when returning, so effectively lose money there too.

Pros: We asked for the car to be returned near Venice and the agent did not noted in the reservation. We had to drive to the airport in order to return the car.

Cons: I would not rent from you again.

Pros: Fast service, good price, new car (car mileage 250km), I recommend this company!

Pros: Courteous and open with their guidance and communication

Pros: Easy everything, super high value for the money

Cons: The 'water' to the front window was almost empty.

Pros: Nulla

Cons: Rivoglio i miei soldi
