Cons: Not possible to use Navigation. Only using USB and smartphone.
Pros: Very quick service returning the car. The car was clean and prefer the full tank policy at pick up. Discover cars customer service was excellent and tried to help us by contacting Maggiore when our flight was delayed and landed out of hours (although no Maggiore representative was available)
Cons: No representative available to contact directly, especially in the case of flight delays. Very disappointed. This resulted in having to find alternative transportation to our accommodation 45mins away on arrival and return again the next day. If there is an arrangement to collect keys out of hours, that would work better for late arrivals - especially when no fault of customer.
Cons: The rental agents were very rude and tried very hard to sell us all the insurance they have, even though we already had full coverage insurance for discovers cars. They were trying to scare us and say that we really should pay for their insurance (we would have to pay more than €200)
Pros: everybody was kind and in the end, everything was OK.
Cons: We were a little confused about the insurance... We paid for additional insurance, when we make a reservation, but the guy in the rental office tried to convince us (in "italian english"), that we need additional insurance (?)

Cons: the car had mechnical faults (hybrid system), the windshield washer didn't work, and the driver's side wiper blade was frayed and not cleaning the windshield properly
Pros: Quite pricy, as most of other providers in the area. Quite a slow turnaround, spent like an hour waiting in line.
Cons: Decent car. Clean. Easy drop-off.
Pros: We got upgraded and had the pleasure of driving a Fiat500X.
Cons: When we book a car, we indicate at what approximate time we will come pick it up. The very least they could do is adapt the number of representatives to the flow of reservations predicted for the day.
Pros: We got a better car then what we booked.
Cons: I made the reservation and payment but I wanted my boyfriend to be the driver (because I cant drive), but I didnt recognize by making the reservation I become the first driver so we needed to pay for the 2. driver which was not correct. The drop off was very hard, we didnt find the office and the signs for maggiore parking. All the other rentals were so easy to find but maggiore signs were shabby and fade, it was hard to find.

For rentals of 28 days or more, mileage is limited to 4500 km per rental.
A young driver fee applies to drivers under the age of 25.
There is no maximum age.
A Senior driver fee is not applied.
The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 1 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.
Driver licenses will be accepted if issued in the following country(ies): United Kingdom, EU.
Driver licenses from all other countries must be accompanied with International Driving Permit (IDP).
A driver license printed using a non-Roman alphabet (Arabic, Japanese, Cyrillic, etc) must be supplemented by an International Driving Permit.
Please note that the International Driving Permit is valid only if accompanied by the regular driver license.
In order to pick up the car, the following documents are required: passport, valid driver license, credit card on a main drivers name, booking voucher.
The exact deposit is determined on pick up since the amount is dependent on the type of vehicle. Deductible/excess will be charged per damage.
If the customer takes the following extra equipment: GPS Navigation system, Baby seat (up to 1 year of age), Child seat (2-4 years of age), Booster seat (4-10 years of age), Ski rack, Snow chains, Winter tires, then an additional amount of deposit will be held on their credit card.
It is possible to pay and leave the deposit only with the following payment methods: Diners, Discover, MasterCard credit card, VISA credit card, American Express credit card, Maggiore Charge Card.
The following payment methods are accepted: Diners, Discover, Visa Debit Card, MasterCard credit card, VISA credit card, American Express credit card, MasterCard debit card, Maggiore Charge Card.
Visa Electron, Maestro, Cheques, JCB, Prepaid cards is/are not accepted.
The main driver must provide a physical payment card in their name with enough funds to cover the deposit to pick up the car. The rental company will neither accept virtual credit cards (e.g., GooglePay or ApplePay) nor someone else’s card (including family members).
Additional charges will be applied in case the car is crossing state or region borders.
Details are available from the car rental company's reservation office. In the event that Cross Border & Territorial Restrictions are violated, all protections lose their validity.

When picking up the vehicle, all drivers must be present and must provide valid documentation.
Delivery/Collection service is available only by previous request. Delivery/Collection service is available within city limits. Additional charges will be applied, depending on the distance.
If the renter would like to extend the rental period, renter should return to the car hire office at the end of the rental period to sign a new agreement.
Period of time, during regular working hours, when the car is still guaranteed for the customer, if the customer is late for pick up (the grace period) is 0 minutes.
