Cons: Mi hanno consegnato un auto senza liquido refrigerante e senza olio motore attendo rimborso di euro 37 per spesa da me sostenuta personalmente

Pros: There was nothing to like.

Cons: Locating the kiosk was a challenge due to its hidden location & lack of signposting. After 25-30 minutes with 3 young children & 2-large suitcases. We arrived at the kiosk 5th in line, despite this, it took another 1hr 35mins to receive the keys. Then, we had to navigate the car park and locate our car in all the mellay all by ourselves. Returning the car proved difficult also as there were no spaces available for Moventur which meant waiting around for one to become available.

Cons: It was a bit difficult to find the parking place when I gave back the car, but it is the airport problem I think

Pros: The agent at the Movetur Cagliari Elmas desk was fantastic. Don’t get his name, but he had cropped hair and glasses. Very welcoming and helpful. Checking and checkout process excellent and painless.

Cons: It wasn’t until the third car that we got the right one. The first had something loose underneath, the second showed an oil issue, and the third was fine at first, but after two days it gave a message that AdBlue needed to be refilled. The person at the desk was friendly, though.

Cons: Moventur are a bunch of thieves. They have not refunded my €850 deposit citing credit card transaction issues. They asked for my bank account details and then said they were incorrect. Discovercars should not promote Moventur.

Cons: My car was supposed to be similar to Skoda Kamiq (small SUV). Instead I got a Ford Focus. The Ford Focus smelt of body odour and drove very badly. It made me 3 year old daughter so sick we had to keep stopping. We were supposed to have something that could take 3 suitcases but we couldn’t fit two in without removing part of the cover shelf in the back windscreen. When we raised that we didn’t like the car, we were told that it was in the same class as the Skoda Kamiq. False advertising.

Cons: I have a limit of 700 hundred in the credit card for my booking, and my booking only will cost 300€ more or less, but something happen with de limit of my credit card and i have to pay 500 for the car to get to spent only 70 on the deposit. That kind of way to facilitate things in a foreign country is a bit boring and stressful. With a booking made for so long the company could me more flexible with clients. So i have to spent 200€ more than i thought and decide in a few minutes. A bit sad

Pros: Nice car. Friendly staff. The car was so new that we were unable to enable Apple carplay (without downloading some additional app) and connect google map with the car. But the car has its own navigation system and the staff helped turn it on (free of charge).

Staff told me to inspect the car or send a video or photo. No proper instructions at pick up on what I needed to do. Horrible experience

I bought a larger SUV, automatic and I paid extra for it, they gave me the smallest one and manual, not enough room in the boot to fit 2 suitcases and 2 carry on bags. Well and truly over paid for this rental and nothing offered in return. They also tried to say the fuel was half when I got in, luckily I took photos as it was well below half a tank.

Cons: No support with baby sit mounting in the car.

Pros: Super easy to deal with, clear communication and no hassle. Full coverage with their insurance = no need to even take pictures of any dents or scratches as they didn't even need to check it upon handing it in again. Just full to full fuel tank and nothing else to think about.

Pros: I liked that I received the same car I wanted and that it was almost new, it had only 25k kilometers driven, it was really good driving that car.

Cons: I did not like that when I rented a car by Discover Cars I bought full insurance at website and when I wanted to pick Up my car at Moventur they told me that this insurance is not full, if something happens I might pay Up to 1.5k EUR plus if something happens I need to pay for it and later ask Discovercars to pay it back to me. I could buy another insurance at Moventur but it was expensive (150 EuR) so I did not buy another insurance but fortunately noting happened and deposit was returned to me

Pros: It was an easy process to pick up and drop off the vehicle. The salesman was polite, knowledgeable and definitely not pushy.

Cons: Like all Car Rental Companies it takes way too long to return your deposit. This process should only take 4 days at the most. All companies are the same but, this needs to improve.

Pros: No hassles were given, despite the reviews read. The car given was brand new. An unrecorded scratch was found and reported to the desk right away. The car was returned without issues, following a light interior vacuuming to ensure I comly with the terms of service and avoid cleaning fees.

Cons: The instructions stated that the pickup desk is within the terminal, while in fact it was in a building outside. Nonetheless the staff picked up the phone and explained where to go very well.

Pros: It was a very good experience. Make sure to get the cleaning service if you plan on visiting the beaches in and around Cagliari. The car gets dirty and there’s sand everywhere.

Cons: All car lenders have the same issues at Cagliari airport in that the cars and service desk is quite far away from the terminal.

Cons: We were provided a car with significant scrapes scratches all over the vehicle. Moventur’s pre vehicle inspection only outlines 4 ‘small scratches’. We sent photos to the WhatsApp, as requested outlining another 9 scratches that were not on the report. After returning the vehicle, Monentur then claimed we were responsible for the smallest scratch that is hard to see on the photo they provided and proceeded to charge us €330.

She said that you have to have the international drivers permit to drive in Italy (which turns out to be true, and I don't) and that they couldn't rent the car to me ... UNLESS I purchased the insurance. That cost me another $180. She then told me to lie to the police and tell them I left my permit with them if I got stopped.

Cons: Da dove iniziare? - addebito di ulteriori 30 € per ritiro fuori dell'orario di apertura ( arrivati alle 20:15, sulla prenotazione tramite Discover l'arrivo era entro le 22 e sul sito Moventur era entro le 21). - tentata vendita "aggressiva" di ulteriore polizza assicurativa a copertura franchigia, nonostante avessimo già stipulato ( e pagato) una copertura totale con Discover Cars. - in realtà se non stipulate la loro assicurazione qualcosa che non va alla riconsegna ve lo trovano sicuramene.

Cons: Business model seems to be to scam tourists by making deductions to the deposit. The extra insurance was 25 euro per day so would have cost me 250 euros. I was charged 160 euros for a very faint scuff to the black trim underneath the rear bumper. I’ve rented cars all over the world and never been expected to check under the car before.
